Ich war letzten, nach langer Zeit, mal wieder in diesem Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist echt top. Sieht interessant aus. Da ich meist immer Pizza mit anderen Restaurants vergleiche, muss ich schon sagen, dass die gute Pizzen machen. War sehr lecker

Bedienung war nett. Essen hat geschmeckt.

Wir haben kurzfristig einen Tisch bekommen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Pizza war lecker.

Tolles Ambiente, Essen gut, schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen.

Ich liebe dieses Lokal und gehe sehr gern dort essen. Alle meine Gäste fühlen sich hier immer sehr wohl. Das Essen schmeckt, das Personal ist freundlich und das Ambiente einfach gemütlich.

Hier haben wir zu zweit Mittag gegessen. Die Pizza hat meiner Frau gut geschmeckt. Mein Nudelteller war exzellent. Die selbst gemachte Limonade ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Modern eingerichtes Restaurant mit hervorragend italienischer Küche. Die Speisekarte ist auf den Punkt, das Essen ein wahrer Genuss. Die Pizza wird in einem offenen separaten Bereich des Restaurants zubereitet sodass man zuschauen kann. Die Gerichte sind sehr gut abgeschmeckt und die Frische der Zutaten für das Auge und den Gaumen ersichtlich. Eine absolute Empfehlung, hier stimmt einfach alles. Vom Service bis zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Jederzeit wieder und einfach nur super lecker!

Auf der Durchreise dieses Lokal entdeckt. Wir waren ohne Voranmeldung bzw. Reservierung dort und bekamen sofort einen Sitzplatz. Unsere Getränke und Speisen wurden zügig serviert und waren sehr lecker. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Preise für die sehr gute Qualität sehr günstig.

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Uelzen seit über 25 Jahren!

Ich war gestern Abend dort ohne Reservierung. Zunächst bekam ich einen Platz im Eingangsbereich, wo es recht kühl war, aber auf Nachfrage wurde ich problemlos umgesetzt. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und das Essen war der Wahnsinn.

Der Cäsar- Salat 15,90 € ist absolut viel zu teuer, einfach Blattsalat ( bei Edeka gerade im Angebot für 1 €), je 2 Scheiben Gurke und Minitomate, Frenchdressing, Brot und das war's. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Ach ja Käse war dabei, aber ansonsten keine Raffinesse wie zb. Sonnenblumenkerne, Cranberries oder oder....Mais. Geschmeckt hatte es, aber für den Preis wünsche ich mir ein bisschen mehr wie hauptsächlich Blattsalat. Da würde ich lieber das nächste mal den Classic Burger für den gleichen Preis nehmen, der sah gut aus.

Sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Essen und eine schnelle Küche bei einem wunderbaren und angenehmen Ambiente!

Für die Pizza lohnt sich der Besuch wirklich 😉 hab leider noch nichts anderes probiert 😅

Ambiente nett. Leider wieder stellenweise verbrannt.

Seit lange mal wieder hier zum Mittagsessen gewesen.Wir (4) hatten 1x Pizza, 1x Pizza Brot mit Dip und 1x Nudeln. Es kam alles schnell und Heiß zu uns an den Tisch.Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Preis normal. Das Lokal war nicht voll, was sich aber innerhalb unserer Anwesenheit mehr füllte. Zusammengefasst war es ein guter Besuch dort. Ganz besonders möchte ich mich bei der Bedienung bedanken, die uns eine Soße vorher zum probieren brachte, ohne es zu berechnen. Mega Service. Einen Nachteil gibt es aber, in der kalten Jahreszeit sollte man sich im Lokal rechts einen Platz suchen, denn wenn die Tür geöffnet wird, zieht es ganz schön. Ein kleiner Vorhang würde da schon sehr helfen, ist aber Meckern auf hohen Niveau. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nicht für Vegetarier zu empfehlen und kein guter Service. Der Kellner kam unfreundlich rüber und kannte sich mit den Speisen scheinbar nicht aus. Ich fragte ob der verwendete Käse für vegetarier geeignet sei, der Kellner wusste es nicht. Ich fragte dann ob er evt tierisches Lab enthält, er wusste leider nichtmal was Lab in Käse ist. An dieser Stelle hätte man sich als Kunde, bei einem guten Service gewünscht, mal in der Küche nachzufragen. Ich bestellte dann eine Ofenkartoffel mit Sour Cream, hier sagte er mir dann, das Milch in der Creme sei, was mit natürlich klar war. Es sollte ja auch vegetarisch sein und nicht vegan. Man merkte einfach sehr stark, dass er sich damit nicht auskannte. Ich finde es sehr problematisch Gerichte anzubieten wie einen Brokoli Auflauf unter der Kategorie veggi, wenn man nicht davon ausgehen kann, ob es auch veggi ist. Für die Kartoffel habe ich fast 12 Euro bezahlt, sie war winzig..... es tut mir leid, aber ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen und werde auch nicht wieder kommen. SCHADE....

The food was delicious, but the portions were quite small and therefore rather expensive. A nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, great service, and delicious drinks.

Definitely recommended. The service was absolutely excellent, as were the food and drinks. The only downside was the men's restroom. Only hot water came out of the tap, so you couldn't wash your hands properly.

I can't judge the service and ambience in advance because we picked up the food! To the 5/5 star reviews... Really been to Einstein? To eat... I haven't had such a bad grill plate for just under €21 in a long time! Three types of meat are expected, in 99% of the restaurants the beef/chicken/pork is considered "meat in one piece", there was a burger patty/small piece of pork/dry piece of chicken! For the price, that's a disgrace The potato with the sour cream we bought couldn't make up for it. Unfortunately we won't see each other again Einstein... It's a shame

The food is extremely tasty and freshly prepared and the staff is friendly. Plus, you really don't have to wait long for your food. Highly recommended and definitely worth a visit 👌

Apart from the ambience, a pure disappointment. This microwave food is an absolute disgrace for these prices. Charging around 15 euros for a small piece of lasagne, which in other shops is equivalent to an appetizer, is outrageous. I don't really want to say anything about the slightly older gentleman who served us, because then I'll get my pulse back. This guy is so unfriendly. Sorry, but never again

Eight of us had dinner there. It was super tasty, very friendly and a nice restaurant. We'd love to come back when we're in the area again.

We were there for dinner. The staff was friendly, the food was okay. Unfortunately we found everything there to be quite expensive and the price-performance ratio wasn't right for us.

The Einstein is really good in terms of furnishings and service. The pizza bread is also unbeatable, but a Caesar salad for €15 should contain a little more salad. You won't get full from this salad and I think you'll get more in a restaurant, but it wasn't anything outside of the house.

Pizza wasn't good and it was expensive. Unfortunately it was a disappointment. Drinks are also just too expensive. Einstein is not what it used to be.

Yeah, I can't say much bad things. The food is good and the service is friendly. I had tagliatelle with salmon and it was really good.

I am amazed and delighted to have returned to this restaurant after 13 years. The ambience is inviting and modern, and the service is prompt and friendly. The food we saw made our mouths water. I chose spaghetti with prawns in tomato sauce served with parmesan cheese which further enhanced the taste. The portion was enough to fill me up. My colleague chose pasta with salmon in tomato sauce, which was also very tasty. As a starter we shared a bruschetta which was excellent. There were a few bones in the salmon, but that's to be expected. We look forward to trying the pizza on our next visit.

The old town itself surprises with its flair and cosiness. Dinner at Einsteins was very good, the service was fine. We'd love to come back again. There was a lot of smoking outside.

At the beginning the staff wasn't quite as attentive as I would have liked. That was later put into perspective. The food (pizza) was very tasty 😋. The prices are reasonable.

Unfortunately there is no vegan dip for pizza bread. It would be so easy...

Used to be the best pizza in town...you went there regularly. Unfortunately little of the first-class food remains today. The last 3 times it's always been a disappointment, smaller portions for twice the price or almost inedible like the salami pizza from yesterday😔

Nach dem Umbau sehr stylisches und junges Design. Die Pizzen aus dem Steinofen sind sehr lecker. Auch sonst bietet die Karte nette Snacks, Cocktails und mehr. Guter Treffpunkt für Jung und Alt.
