For years, this has been our first choice for sushi and related dishes. The quality of the food has remained remarkably good over the years. However, the dining area is rather coldly furnished and exudes a somewhat unwelcoming atmosphere, which is why we've become exclusively pick-up customers. But even here, it would be more honest and advisable to adjust the pick-up times to reflect reality. The stated pick-up times are consistently delayed by a good 15 minutes. That's annoying! And last but not least: it's really unsightly to see bowls left open and uncovered in the aisle between the counter and the dining area. It's a shame that this detracts from the otherwise excellent impression.

For that price, we simply expect better quality. The Maguru Nigiri and Saka Nigiri tasted like soap. The noodles, well, they don't taste the same everywhere, but still... over-seasoning didn't help; the duck was far too dry. So, for sushi lovers like us, it was a complete disappointment. The only positive points, and they were truly delicious, were the tempura rolls and the reliable delivery, hence the 3 stars.

The Sushi House in Uelzen is a small, cozy restaurant. Unfortunately, the takeout order was marred by three major issues: underwhelming taste, a serious lack of service, and, above all, very poor value for money considering the portion size. The Food – Disappointing Portion Size and Taste For €20, expectations were high for a meal that was both delicious and filling. Sake Maki, Kanisuja Maki, and Sake Nigiri were ordered. The biggest shock was the portion size: For €20, the amount was so small that it was absolutely not satisfying. For the same price, one could have bought two generous doner kebabs, which would probably have tasted even better and definitely filled the stomach. The value for money is therefore extremely poor in relation to the amount of food. While the ingredients (the salmon) seemed fresh, the taste of the sushi itself unfortunately fell far short of expectations. The overall flavor was underwhelming and lacked the "wow" factor to justify the high price. Delivery Service – Poor Execution The second major point of criticism concerns the delivery. The order explicitly included the instruction: "Please do not ring the doorbell, but call." Despite this clear and important instruction, the doorbell was rung directly. This demonstrates a lack of care and a clear disregard for the customer's instructions. Such instructions are essential, especially for delivery services, and must be followed. Conclusion While Sushi House delivers fresh basic ingredients, the lack of filling portions, the poor value for money, and the failure to adhere to important delivery instructions were all disappointing. There is room for improvement, both in the kitchen and in the service.

They advertised starters and desserts on the phone, but there was no sign of any, and nothing was offered. Unfortunately, that was our last time there.

This was the worst sushi experience I've ever had. The food was cold and seemed old, the rice was dry, and the fish was completely tasteless. The service was slow and unfriendly, and we had to wait forever for our order—and even then, it wasn't what we ordered. The place wasn't clean, and there were leftovers from previous customers on the tables. I definitely won't be back and can't recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, it got very bad. We waited 40 minutes for the food to arrive on the conveyor belt. About 15 minutes later, it was empty, and we had to wait again. 20 minutes later, something finally arrived. Perhaps they should accept less online orders if they can no longer serve their customers in-store. The service staff don't seem to have any idea what they have or what they can offer.

We walked in and were seated at a table. At the next table, the owner was having private conversations about money, rent, etc. The service was awful. Things were forgotten, they didn't ask if everything was okay or if I needed anything. I was given dirty dishes and the wrong food. The ambiance wasn't particularly appealing either. The ambiance looks quite good overall, although some things are falling apart here and there. They could improve things if they repaired them. The food from the menu was hot and didn't take long to arrive. The all-you-can-eat buffet had long breaks, sometimes 15 minutes, but it was tasty. Now for the huge problem: the service leaves much to be desired. It's very unfriendly, far too slow, and they just slam the food down on the table without any care.

I ordered takeout food (sushi) yesterday. First, half of it was missing and had to be delivered. When I lifted the lid off the sushi, I was immediately hit by an extremely unpleasant fishy odor. The fish and meat were all spoiled and no longer fresh. I discovered this when everything came back up overnight. And unfortunately, several people have already gotten food poisoning after eating your food.

Whenever I go to Uelzen, I especially look forward to stopping at Sushi Haus for dinner. The food is always delicious and freshly prepared. The service is also consistently friendly, and the waiters are attentive and courteous. I'm happy to come back every time!

We were there today at 5 p.m. The toilets are dirty, the dining room is also dirty upon closer inspection, and the plate conveyor belt could also be cleaned. For dinner we had sushi, which any supermarket is better than the one my friend had, which was Dutch meat croquettes. First there were fish croquettes, which was wrong, and then they came 20 minutes earlier than the sushi, so we didn't eat together. We come from the catering industry ourselves and are of the opinion that things can be done much better and cleanliness is the most important thing, it's no fun but it's a must in every restaurant.

We generally enjoy ordering there. But the quality often doesn't meet our expectations. We haven't had a platter where everything was just right in a long time. There's always something that's not good quality. Stringy tuna, hard or brown avocado, duck with nothing but fat. Often, you get the feeling you've just gotten leftovers. Changes are accepted, but whether they work out is always a surprise. It's a shame! The reception is always friendly, but unfortunately, that doesn't help the quality of the food.

Pro: Highly recommended in terms of taste, attractively prepared plates, friendly service, you get your money's worth. Cons: cool atmosphere, more between a fast food restaurant and a canteen, more walk-in customers to pick up on Sunday evenings. Toilets are clean but in need of renovation, employees smoke in front of the entrance door, which is unpleasant when the smoke comes in and seems rather unhygienic. Waiting time of approx. 40 minutes despite reservation. A treadmill buffet was announced, but was initially not started due to the low number of visitors, but there was a rich sushi platter as an alternative. A short time later it started because a few more people came. All in all, I probably wouldn't plan to eat there again, but I would definitely plan to have it picked up or delivered. The external impact and ambience is definitely still room for improvement, but definitely has potential. In the end, it was a largely positive experience because of the delicious food.

Soooooo.....It's a dream for us, if you're a sushi lover and have already tried some, you know that unfortunately this isn't the best quality, but it's way too expensive for that, so much for point 1 And when the sushi arrives and it's already warm to the touch and you're wondering whether you can eat it without getting fish poisoning, I find that very worrying. Luckily, we didn't get gastrointestinal problems, but I don't want to have the feeling that that could happen after eating sushi. The rice tastes almost like normal long grain rice, which is not our thing at all. And unfortunately it wasn't rolled very well. When eating with the chopsticks, a lot of things fell apart... On the positive side, the delivery was quick and friendly. The fish tasted good and the avocado was nice and fresh. But I wouldn't order again, I'd rather pay that price at the sushi shop in Edeka at the train station, it tastes great there! Sorry, maybe a better sushi chef and better cooling After a second and third attempt, I can add that the quality is now okay for the price, but I would still have expected something better. The cooling still doesn't quite work. A lot of things run out in the bags and you never get a little something on the house, even if you order something for €160 or more. I think it's absolutely cheeky. If I order from my kebab man for €35 I get a soda. When I order from Pizza King, I also get a snack there starting at €30 and here customers feel like they are taken for granted. We order there because it feels like the sushi in Uelzen is the best, but it could still be better. Correction! There has been a lot of food lately Better and we like to order there and even often. But even if you ordered over €150, there was still no extra food, no coke, nothing 😉🤦🏻♀️

The food wasn't particularly good, had sushi. The rice was very overcooked and the ingredients tasted very inferior. It can be done much better... The employees are friendly but everything takes longer than average... The sanitary facilities are more than unpleasant (men's toilet), The floor was totally sticky, open power lines, sinks totally calcified, dried plants. All in all, definitely not a recommendation

Really, delicious sushi 🍣👌🏼 I often order different types of sushi here and have always been satisfied. I've never eaten in the store here before. Up until now I had only ever ordered it home. So I can't say anything about the ambience itself. But the food was always fresh and well prepared. The menu says running and all you can eat from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. We arrived at 5:45 p.m. - everything was empty, we would have to wait 45 minutes for running. It was sushi mainly with fried things, hardly any salmon, let alone tuna. On comment, the waitress said: "I'll let the chef know," and it stayed at that. No dishes were added to the belt until there were 5 plates there. You had to ask for wasabi and ginger first. The table wasn't cleaned up once. There was long hair in a plate. No apology was made when I commented, but rather, "I'll take a look at it later." Salmon wasn't fresh, it had already lost color... it didn't taste good after 1 hour of circling because the food was already very cold and was supposed to be hot. Been there for the first and last time!!!! Toilet...a disaster...

Our food was ok, nothing more. Tuna in the bowl, however, was tough like an old cutlet, it wasn't edible and was put aside (complaints were made, you would tell the chef later if you believed it). When we pointed it out (there was a portion of wasabi stuck under the serving board and smeared the table when it was served) the only response was "There was probably something underneath in the kitchen" - apparently no one there thinks much of apologizing/understanding, rags or general hygiene. And then when paying, say EC payment wouldn't work: OK, bad, that can happen, BUT then say "That didn't work for all the last customers", but then not telling the new/dining guests on site (which is a thing It would have been easy and manageable) and then get snarky when guests ask... sorry, especially if you read in the reviews it's not the first time. No recommendation, service leaves a lot to be desired, price-performance critical, we definitely won't be coming back!

Good day. I’m sharing my impressions. The service is not rushed, lordly. When serving, they spilled coffee, but they pretended that it was so. Paying only in cash is quite inconvenient. The sushi itself is unpretentious, it’s immediately noticeable that they tried to make the menu as cheap as possible... Well, you get the idea - a lot of rice, cucumber, chicken, etc... Sushi was good as always, but there were times when it tasted worlds better. Among other things, we never respond to requests. If we want to get rid of something extra, it's only because no one eats it and it ends up in the trash. In terms of costs alone, it wouldn't be a loss for you because we would still pay the full price. I got the bridal noodles for the first time and I wasn't satisfied at all. All the vegetables were completely soft. It should at least have a bit of a bite to it, it doesn't seem fresh to me but more like a frozen Asian mixture.

The sushi is far from perfect, but edible. Pieces are unevenly shaped/cut (rolls were cut into 11 pieces instead of 12) and the sauces are purchased cheaply. The rice doesn't stick properly. You can tell that there is no Japanese at work. The store is actually not Japanese/Asian owned. If you are looking for fine Japanese sushi with the charm that goes with it, you better keep looking. Anyone who wants all-you-can-eat sushi and doesn't care about the plastic decorations will definitely not be disappointed. The service was friendly.

This evening we, 6 people, ate all you can eat from the conveyor belt. Until now we had only ever been to LG to eat sushi, but since today we have been visiting the sushi house in Uelzen more often. The selection was very mixed and well chosen, it was quickly refilled when the belt was or became empty. The dessert was also sweet and fruity. When the waitress came to bring us something to drink again, she also asked if we had had any of the dessert; if not, she would add something more straight away. The taste was very good and there was something for everyone at the table. We can't say anything negative when it comes to service and food. The ambience could still be worked on a bit.

From lunch we have fried noodles with vegetables and tofu peanuts with vegetables, cashews and peanut sauce. The stated delivery time within Uelzen was exceeded by 45 minutes. The food didn't taste good at all, not even the rice (which is hard to mess up). Some of the vegetables were hard and fibrous and I have never eaten such hard tofu. We had previously ordered sushi and fried noodles twice and the taste was good.

Reviews that Sushi House does not like will be removed by an attorney. Anyone who was dissatisfied and would like to rate accordingly should keep the receipt, as reviews can easily be deleted if the reviewer cannot prove that a business relationship existed. Such an approach borders on fraud and should not be supported. I therefore advise against visiting the restaurant.

The food itself is OK. No more and no less. However, the delivery time is underground. A large sushi plate was ordered and only after over 2!!! Hours and 2 phone calls delivered. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. My guests were slightly disappointed. Even when I picked it up at the promised time, I still had to wait over 30 minutes for the food in the store. Unfortunately, something is wrong with you.

Gehen auf Wünsche ein. Man wird gefragt ob noch was fehlt auf dem Laufband. Personal ist nett, Sushi schmeckt. Was ich leider sagen muss,das die Sauberkeit etwas zu Wünschen übrig lässt.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, allerdings war es im Lokal selbst sehr kalt. Wäre es wärmer gewesen, dann hätten wir mit Sicherheit auch mehr gegessen, aber so hat man leider zu doll gefroren

Das Restaurant macht auf den ersten Blick eher einen unscheinbaren und seltsamen Eindruck, aufgrund von scheinbar baufälligen Ecken. Obwohl wir fast die einzigen Gäste waren, hat die Bedienung recht lang gedauert. Über das Essen (wir haben Sushi gegessen) kann man sich auf jeden Fall nicht beschweren. Es war sehr sehr lecker und ist geschmacklich echt empfehlenswert.

We were passing through, so this was our first time here. Super friendly service and a great selection of food. Vegetarians are also welcome – not a given at a Greek restaurant. Value for money is okay. Only the ambiance was a bit sober. Highly recommended 👍🏼
