Yesterday was my first time at Mr. Wang's. The buffet is simply amazing! The selection is incredibly vast, and in addition to numerous ready-made dishes, you can also create your own dish from raw ingredients and have it freshly cooked in a wok. The dessert buffet is also unparalleled: various ice cream flavors (fresh, not from a package!), soft serve, a chocolate fountain, etc. There's far too much to try in one evening! :) The service is absolutely top-notch! The waiters are very attentive and thoughtful. Used plates are cleared very quickly, and the drinks service is exemplary. You rarely experience this level of service these days. As you can probably tell, I'm absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back! :) A huge compliment to Mr. Wang and his team! *****

We would like to leave our review. We have been visiting this restaurant for many years, and each time we experience a negative attitude from two of the waiters. We are consistently greeted rudely, the service is negative, and our table is cleared reluctantly – even though we used to always tip, regardless of who served us. Lately, we have naturally stopped tipping due to this kind of treatment. I would also like to emphasize that the attitude towards our children is not positive either. Shortly before we left the restaurant, our child wanted a drink of water. We wanted to take a bottle of water with us to give her something to drink. However, the waiter stopped us and said that this was forbidden and that we could only drink in the restaurant. Our child was three years old and simply wanted water. This is not respectful treatment. The food is always fresh, everything is clean and delicious, but the feeling that they don't want to be served or even seen here makes it impossible to relax. We will not be visiting this restaurant again. Learn to treat all people with the same respect – regardless of their nationality or language. This is especially important in your profession.

I visited Mr. Wang's for the first time yesterday. Unfortunately, I have to say that the buffet—as with most Chinese restaurants—was disappointing. It's your average, standard Chinese fare, without any particular flavor accents, boring, and unspectacular! Has Mr. Wang ever heard of ginger? Chili or other Asian spices??? The food, as is unfortunately so often the case, is tailored to the tastes of German retirees. Asian food can be done differently, and then it's truly delicious! What a shame!

If you like Chinese food, especially with the grill feature, then this is the place for you. A huge selection of dishes, and everything tastes excellent. Superbly seasoned and tastefully prepared. If you don't find something you like at the buffet, it's your own fault. The service is very attentive and always there when you need them. Little anecdote: I ordered a shandy, meaning beer 🍺 with lemon soda, and the waiter repeated Alster, which I only know as a beer with orange. Mr. Wang in Uelzen is, for us, the best restaurant anywhere! We've been coming here for years, including every time we visit. Right now, we're sitting comfortably here with guests from Jena. It's just as always. The buffet is so plentiful, varied, appetizing, and deliciously presented. The whole atmosphere is just so friendly, it's always nice to come back here. The food tastes so good that there's always an unusually large amount on the plate, and everyone eats it all up. We travel a lot in our motorhome and eat everywhere. Nothing is better than Mr. Wang! Some are very good, but many don't reach this level of quality. So today we'd like to say a huge thank you. Now, a coffee to finish off. We had a wonderful birthday here.

Went there for dinner with the family today. It was lukewarm and tough as rubber. The cafeteria atmosphere was loud and uncomfortable. Basically, not even a single star. Not recommended.

I went there for the lunch buffet with a flat-rate drink package. It's worth it. Personally, I find it too fried. The space reminds me of a waiting room.

The restaurant is huge, but you can't choose your own seat and sit wherever you're seated. It's a very noisy place with little atmosphere; you might end up sitting directly under a very cold air conditioner. The waitresses rush around cleaning everything, sometimes making you feel like you're sitting in a large train station concourse. At the end, you can only pay in cash. The fact that there's only a notice about this at the entrance, but not on the website, is acknowledged with a nod and a smile. Despite the certainly sumptuously good food, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Yesterday, two of us went there for the buffet, which included a flat-rate drink package. The price was about €35 per person. We made a reservation the day before, so we didn't have to wait. Positive - The selection, quantity, and quality of the food were really great. - The drink selection was really great. - The service was super friendly and cleared away empty plates regularly. - The grill service worked great and was completed very quickly. - Plenty of free parking. Negative - Unfortunately, it was very noisy inside (it was practically fully booked, which led to initial queues that quickly cleared). All in all, though, I highly recommend it.

You arrive at 8 p.m. and are seated, and for 15 minutes no one comes to ask what you want. Six waitresses are running around you getting new supplies, and the place is almost empty. I definitely don't recommend it anymore. Cash only; everyone can think what they want. We left without anything, and then suddenly they ran away. No, that's not right. The place isn't worth it anymore.

The buffet has a large selection, leaving nothing to be desired. The service is very friendly and attentive. I don't like eating there, though. The cafeteria-like atmosphere and the associated noise make it hard for me to relax. Furthermore, everything is very bright, emphasizing the hall-like feel. The biggest downside: still no card payments! I rarely carry cash with me, as I pay for almost everything with a card.

Today I ate at the buffet here for €34 (including all drinks and a variety of coffee specialties). The selection at the buffet is more than extensive. You can even cook everything from fresh beef and lamb chops to kangaroo meat. There's also sushi. For dessert, in addition to the usual Chinese desserts, there are also cakes and ice cream. The highlight for the kids is the 1m high chocolate fountain. Here, you can cover your own skewers with a thick layer of chocolate. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Overall, I give it 10 out of 10 stars.

Great Asian food hall for those on a tight budget and a hungry large family. This restaurant is very spacious and its styling doesn't attract any attention. The hardworking one The walking-friendly staff is effective and mildly friendly, but their communication skills could use a little work. The food is of good quality. The buffet is particularly recommended - there is a lot to discover for the taste buds for comparatively little money, a really fair deal! The only drawback: no cards, only cash is available here. If you don't make a reservation, you'll unfortunately only find out quite inconspicuously at the door.

Drove many kilometers to dine there. The food is really very tasty. Nothing was missing, everything was fresh and crisp. Great with the drinks flat rate at a fair price. I really like that kind of thing and it makes things a lot easier for the staff. Staff... from the former Peiner Wok Inn, that was a pleasure and you knew you could eat well here. This staff was always attentive and fun, it's nice that they're there and that they have a good employer.

The food at Mr Wang's is reliably good. It's also quite expensive now and we save the evening time on the weekend so it's not so expensive. The higher surcharge is paid and the food is freshly prepared. We use this service extremely rarely. Please be sure to reserve a table. Sometimes you're lucky but often the restaurant is almost fully booked. Also a nice restaurant with the whole family. Children will also find something for themselves here.

Yesterday we went there spontaneously to eat from the buffet (5:30 p.m.) Unfortunately, the buffet was not yet fully stocked and what was already served was unfortunately lukewarm. It wasn't until 5:50 p.m. that everything was in the serving bowls, and these dishes were then hot. Unfortunately, when we pointed out to the waitress that the food wasn't hot enough, there was only a smiling shrug of the shoulders and our words were repeated. We hope that things will get better.
