The food was neither fresh nor particularly tasty. The foul was disappointing and the other dishes left a lot to be desired. The preparation took far too long because there was only one person in service. The prices were cheap, but that didn't make up for the quality. I didn't find the salad particularly good in terms of taste (it was a bit old) and overall the falafel box was boring in terms of taste. The staff was friendly, but that couldn't make up for the many deficiencies. We were even given a piece of cake to try, which unfortunately wasn't convincing either. If we came from Osnabrück, we certainly wouldn't come back. Not recommended!
We ordered catering for our civil wedding at the weekend and it was simply outstanding. We decided on a purely vegetarian & gluten-free menu and were able to completely adapt it to our wishes. It was only afterwards that we noticed that it happened to be vegan. All guests were completely thrilled. The food was there on time and in full and the price was also absolutely reasonable. Definitely recommended for every celebration!
I was looking for healthy food after shopping in Osnabrück and then stumbled across Gustav Grün. After briefly looking at the menu, I ordered a chicken bowl with kebab and was very pleasantly surprised by the quantity and taste. Everything was very fresh and "juicy" and not partly dry like some other bowls that I have tried in other similar restaurants. What stands out is the fact that ALL ingredients are warmed. It's much more pleasant to eat this way - at least for me - and is more appetizing than a mixture of cold and warm ingredients.
Full recommendation from me if you're ever in the area.
I will try the chicken shawarma next time I get the chance.
The food was very good as usual. The service was very attentive. Unfortunately the noise was unbearable. Conversation at the table was completely impossible. A company canteen, on the other hand, is pure luxury. Obviously, the focus here is not on the well-being of the guest, but rather on maximizing profits by cramming as many guests as possible into the restaurant. Unfortunately it was a bad evening for my family. Very unfortunate.
Service was too hectic, friendliness was limited, the food was okay but not a wow experience. €5 for three slices of bread (without butter) was completely unreasonable. All in all, satisfactory.
We came here because of the many positive reviews. The food was quite simple and, again, too expensive. Basically a Turkish pizza with fries served on a board for €20
Never again!
I ordered a **doner kebab pizza without onions**, but of course there were still **onions on it**. When I complained about the error, I was initially denied that I had ordered it without it. Then they just wanted to **fish out** the onions and sell me the same pizza again - absolutely disrespectful!
When they offered to make me a new one, I honestly didn't have a good feeling anymore. The employee looked so strange that I was afraid there was something wrong with the new pizza. I decided not to take it and just left.
Absolutely not recommended for people who value customer requests.
We were there for dinner and ordered a bowl and pasta with Bolognese sauce. We ordered chicken fillet as an extra, but got breaded chicken. The pasta was very soft, the Bolognese sauce had no taste, almost no minced meat and the breaded chicken was very soft. We grabbed drinks and realized after opening that the beer was expired and my soda was about to expire.
The service was good but I wouldn't go there again. The food tasted like it wasn't fresh and had just been warmed up.
