Bodenlose Frechheit. Nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit und immer neu angezeigter Zeit wurde unsere Bestellung ohne Kommentar storniert. Wohl nicht das erste Mal, dass so etwas passiert. Absolute Frechheit.

Frechheit!!! Wir hatten eine Bestellung extra am Nachmittag schon für den Abend gemacht, als die Lieferzeit dann eigentlich da war, wurde alle zehn Minuten gesagt, dass es doch noch etwas dauert und nach anderthalb Stunden warten wurde die Bestellung kommentarlos gecancelt!!!! Wie kann man Kunden nur so sehr verarschen!?!

Leckere Bowl für einen guten Preis, jedoch nichts außergewöhnliches, Service ähnlich zu Subway (Bestellung und Zubereitung direkt am Tresen)

Die Portion ist groß, geschmacklich wirklich top und trotz der extremen Schärfe sehr lecker. Die Spicy Bowl hatte es wirklich in sich – und zwar ordentlich. Ich esse gerne scharf und vertrage auch einiges, aber das war schon an der Grenze. Wer empfindlich ist, sollte das auf jeden Fall bedenken. Preislich mit knapp 12 € absolut fair. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist auch, dass man zwischen den Räumlichkeiten hin und herlaufen muss, was nicht ganz optimal gelöst ist.

Von außen unscheinbar, drinnen größer und heller als erwartet! Das Essen kann man im Baukastensystem zusammenstellen! Schmeckte lecker, große Portionen! Service sehr nett, ruhig, großer WC-Raum.

Basis der Bowl To Go hätte etwas mehr sein dürfen, sonst alles super!!

Sehr sehr leckere und großzügig gefüllte bowls. Überragende vegetarische/vegane Auswahl. Es war geschmacklich wunderbar. Ich war schon einige Male dort und werde häufig wiederkommen.

Wir fanden die Bowl sehr lecker und man hat auch sehr viel bekommen also wir waren zu zweit und sind beide gut satt geworden. Die Mitarbeiterin war auch Mega Alien zu uns und voll verständnisvoll weil man im ersten Moment nicht ganz genau versteht wie das Konzept funktioniert wenn man das erste Mal da war.

Mega leckeres Essen in gemütlichem Ambiente und sehr nette Bedienung.

Die Musik im Hintergrund war so lala aber jedem das seine. Das essen war mega. Das einzige was mich stört ist das die Getränke so teuer sind und das man in einen anderen laden muss (offener durchgang) um das Geschirr wegezubringen.

Wenn diese Bowles meinen Magen erreichen, fühle ich mich jedes Mal gut gesättigt Vitalis und habe überhaupt keinen Crash !! das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und mit den besten Zutaten mit Liebe kreiert

We know Aro from another city and like it, but unfortunately it wasn't as tasty here…

I ordered from there for the first time yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the portion size. I (female) really don't need huge portions, but even I wasn't full this time. So, anyone expecting a generously filled bowl will be disappointed. I ordered a chicken bowl for €13.50 – it contained exactly three small pieces of chicken. The amount of rice was also very small; the bottom of the bowl was only lightly covered. The value for money is simply not there. It's a shame, because the dish tasted really good! With a bit more filling, it certainly would have been a great bowl.

Unfortunately, we didn't receive our entire order. The toppings and crunch were missing or mixed up in both dishes, and one even came without sauce. In my opinion, that's completely unacceptable, especially since we paid extra for additional toppings. It was tasty and filling, but I wouldn't order it again. Perhaps it's better in-house.

ARO Stuttgart. Very nice staff, but unfortunately, hours later, I got severe stomach pain with bloating and digestive problems. Please pay close attention to the combinations you choose for your plate! They offer a lot of gassy foods, not a good combination. I would like to eat again, but next time I will only choose tofu with rice and salad and leave out the other ingredients, including the sauces. As you write, this is your own creation. Please make sure that the gassy foods are thoroughly cooked and not served half-raw. It would also be good if the three tables along the back wall were wiped down every now and then. As I said, the staff were very, very nice—nothing against it, absolutely. And the food tasted really good, although it unfortunately gave me that severe stomach ache. All the best to you anyway.

Ordered through uber eats for the second time today and unfortunately was dissatisfied again. It has to be said that I have been going to Aro in Münster regularly since 2019. Strangely enough, the quality is somehow better there. You can especially notice the difference with the lemongrass tofu. In Osna, both the taste and the consistency of the tofu are different every time. It's also very sweet, which is just disgusting and not exactly healthy. The edamame today were completely over salted and inedible. I wanted to show Aro to a friend, I raved about it and then we ordered it together. She didn't like it at all because of all the salt.

Very tasty here at Aro. But the question of tip percentage is really annoying. One star deducted for that.

I've never been disappointed by Aro. No matter the location, Aro is my go-to when I eat out. You know it's fresh and delicious, and healthy too. Highly recommended to anyone who hasn't tried it yet.

We've been there a few times now. Super friendly and patient sellers. And most importantly: very tasty and fresh food. + Suitable for people with gluten intolerance 😍 Addendum: We have also ordered via Uber Eats four times now. Unfortunately, once the wrong side dish arrived and twice the portions were absolutely small. Once everything was right. Unfortunately, the colder temperature of the rice is probably unavoidable due to the fresh ingredients - the rice was rather cold every time, despite the quick delivery. Still everything delicious! Because of these small errors, I'm deducting a star and would advise against ordering if food that isn't quite warm bothers you. Then it's better to drive/go there and eat there! We are still fans of Aro!!! 😊

Ordered from Uber Eats, then got severe stomach cramps and had a long toilet session. I then looked at the list of ingredients and didn't find any substances that I normally have problems with. Another person I ate with also had stomach problems.

Áro's bowls are always freshly prepared, there are high-quality ingredients that you can choose yourself and in my opinion the portion is just right to fill you up. There is also a large selection for vegetarians. I'm not a vegetarian, but the Teryiaki Beef (v) is simply great! The service is always very nice. I often come here to eat, so I highly recommend it!

I'm very picky when it comes to food, but even I always feel full. It is very very tasty and everything seems to be fresh. There is a vegan counter, at the other counter there are meat but also vegetarian meat variants. Even writing this makes my mouth water. So: I can only recommend it, it's definitely worth my money. Yummy!!

The portions are very large for the price and can also be easily ordered to take away. The ambience in the store is a bit sad, but that doesn't make the store any less recommendable.

You can't say restaurant. You go to the friendly filler and have the plate filled with lukewarm rice with 5 toppings etc. It has little to do with cooking. Unfortunately, the ginger & edamame filling station can't help rude guests who are on the phone at the counter or in the restaurant during the filling process, but it doesn't contribute to a pleasant visit either. The ambience deserves a 2 with great goodwill, and the toilet is almost as big as the restaurant. Summary: The restaurant has apparently been written up by the Osna Vegan Community. Service is good and the price-performance ratio is also good, but 4.8 is an attack on the profession for every chef

I ordered from Aro the day my daughter was born and wow did they deliver! The food not only arrived at the hospital on time, but was also incredibly tasty. A real highlight - there was a voucher on top!! Absolutely recommended, 5 stars from me!

Unfortunately we had to wait a long time because online orders had priority. Or better communication would have helped. The restaurant is very pleasant and the service is nice, there is not enough meat/tofu in the food and everything is too sour due to the mainly pickled dishes. Unfortunately we were disappointed.

It was our first time at ÁRO and it was just great. At the beginning we were very kindly explained how everything works. Then we put together two incredibly delicious bowls There were also special ingredients such as: kimchi, edamame, wakame, Japanese cucumber salad. We would love to come back and try out new combinations.

The bowls were very tasty, the selection of toppings was large (especially the vegan things!) and it is very nicely decorated :) definitely recommended 🥗

The employees are always friendly and open to answering questions, and in the event of rare (!) delivery problems (with supply chains), the staff does a remarkably good job of helping customers - definitely recommended. Not to mention the individually freshly prepared and very tasty bowls, which are suitable for vegans, vegetarians and “meat eaters”. Very worthwhile!

When I went there for the first time and wanted to try something new, the store was nice and clean. The employee gave the impression that she didn't feel like serving people and that she wasn't smiling. I had a bowl I made myself. The food was ok but more spicy would have been nicer. The vegan tofu wasn't seasoned at all, wasn't salted and didn't taste like anything.

It was very tasty and it's a great concept that you can put together the bowl yourself. There is a wide selection and there is something for everyone. Vegan, vegetarian but also with meat. The employees are very friendly and explain everything in detail. Even allergies are answered competently and confidently.

Das Restaurant bietet frische Zutaten und einen kundenorientieren, sehr netten, Service. Die vielfältige Auswahl an Bowls lädt zu kreativen Kombinationen ein. Ein rundum gelungenes kulinarisches Erlebnis, das mich gerne wiederkehren lässt.

Es gab freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen - flott angerichtet - zu einem mittleren Preis. Das Ambiente ist aber schlicht und die Lautstärke ein wenig zu hoch. Die Musik ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Empfehlung gibt es daher für einen kurzen Lunch, nicht fürs Dinner.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben: Die Qualität der Lebensmittel ist immer einwandfrei, die veganen Fleischalternativen sind sehr lecker. Ich verlasse den Laden jedes Mal mit einem Lächeln, weil das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, kundenorientiert und manchmal auch sehr witzig ist! :) Komme immer wieder gerne!
