A complete disaster!!!!! When we arrived there was almost nothing left, it was only refilled in stages and the sushi tasted like it was already spoiled! For the money it's a disgrace!!! Storing the glasses on moldy mats, the chocolate fountain where chocolate was supposed to be in it was as liquid as water yuck, I'm not picky at all but that was really a horror and my children got stomach bugs, this shop should be closed!!! Where the hell is the health department?

Once and never again! Went there this evening at 7:30 p.m. and there was almost nothing left at the buffet. Nothing was refilled either. The vegetables no longer looked good Disaster! My husband got stomach pains after eating and vomited. I also have to deal with nausea. Luckily I didn't give my 9 month old baby anything because he had a bottle shortly beforehand. The floor was also very slippery and not recommended. I had a hair in the baked bananas, my husband told a waitress that and she just laughed and moved on. He showed her with body language what we meant and I said it again but it came too no apology, we were just “laughed at” Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!

The "rotting" taste that some people describe here is perhaps the oil/fat, I ordered a portion of fried noodles without eggs but with vegetables that evening and the closer I got to the "greasy" inside of the portion, the more rancid it tasted The taste reminded me very much of a roll with old remoulade that had been left in a car for days (in midsummer and standing in the sun), which I actually ate once. I broke down shortly before I wrote this review because the smell was like that back then I felt high all the time

Food was okay, but in places it was already cold or warm and was therefore no longer as appealing and the taste could also be improved. The staff was unfriendly, we were greeted, but we were not told where the buffet was and that you should get your own drinks. Even when clearing away the plates were simply taken away and the waitress leaned over the table to collect empty glasses without saying a word.

I gave the store a second chance. I was pretty disappointed the first time and can only confirm it again. 1. 32 euros for what? 2.The food is either oversalted or tasteless. 3. You could see from the breading of the dishes that the oil hadn't been changed for a long time. 4. Rice balls with bean filling (which I really like) were stone hard on one side. I passed it on and when I poked around with a fork in the rice balls I was told "they're the ones with poppy seeds and that's why they're so hard". At the end of the work, you will be fed with the leftovers after the guests, this is in 10 hours... The rate is 1,300, although 1,500 was originally promised. You need to walk 40 minutes from the basement to work. About the kitchen in general, a separate topic - it's just terrible. I do not recommend!

I'm still gracious with 4 stars, the first time I was there on the weekend evening everything was great. But the second time I came at lunchtime and wanted to eat and the whole food was cold, you pay money and get cold food regardless of whether it's open, it has to be warm. And the sushi was horrible, you couldn't really bite through the seaweed and the tuna tasted like it had been open for 3 days.

Some of the food was cold and was only refilled reluctantly and in annoyance. The service was barely to non-existent. Dust and cobwebs were visible everywhere. Never had such bad Chinese food. Dry, hard, old. Simply inedible. And everything is extremely unhygienic and disgusting. A waitress set a table with fresh cutlery. I've been coming every few months since the store opened and today was my last visit. The last few times it wasn't so great, but I thought they were exceptions. We just paid a whopping 34 euros per person for the evening buffet. It was 6:30 p.m. when we came in. Nothing was refilled. The buffet was rather sparse and I wouldn't even want the food for 15.99 per person. An imposition. The seafood no longer looks fresh, the chef is on his cell phone all the time, and the glasses are almost all half dirty. The noodles burned, almost everything breaded and fried was dry and old. The only thing you could eat was broccoli and cauliflower, but that was actually only enough for one person and then no one got any more. The sushi was more dry rice with undefined dry meat side dishes than sushi. The rest was nice and cheap, rice filled with vegetables. All in all, pure disaster, I'll never come back. I've never experienced anything so bold.

Food okay. Were there on a Tuesday. Therefore there is relatively little going on. Accordingly, the offer was always very clear, but sufficient. We really liked the little “robot”. Beer was well chilled. Wine would also have needed refrigeration.

I was last there 1 1/2 years ago and was very satisfied back then and have always recommended Gourmet Tempel to others. But after yesterday's visit we won't be coming back.

Raw to freshly prepared: I didn't dare touch the meat at first because of how it looked. You couldn't eat the shrimp either, they were like mud in your mouth when you bit into them. What was surprisingly okay were the mussels and the crayfish. Night shift: The oranges were nicely prepared, but they were probably left there half a bit... so that the skin was already curled up. I don't even want to start with the chocolate fountain. Table hygiene: Dusty, sticky, dried food residue Staff: I can't say much about the staff, as you only saw anyone when the table was already full. The woman walked around with her microphone the whole time, hoping that some of the food would be exchanged... in vain! And all of this for a hefty price of €64 for two people. It's already intense. We'll definitely never go there again. Judging by the previous reviews, this hasn't just become so catastrophic recently. Something DEFINITELY needs to change there. First and last time. We were there for the lunch buffet when it opened. The food was cold and the service was unfriendly... 3 out of 4 people had nausea and diarrhea after their visit. The whole ambience has more of a cafeteria feel and is just plain uncomfortable (of course this is purely subjective and might appeal to someone else)... I still think one star is too many and what I will definitely remember is the “Jello” pudding, it was probably mixed completely wrong, I have never seen a hard Jell-O in my life. We let it “wiggle” on the plate and the cake that was next to it moved more than the pudding. It's still a running gag among us.😂😂

Received on February 23rd, 2024 at 5 p.m. by a slightly "chilled" boss (just like the room temperature), I had to wait about half an hour for the chopped duck. The quantities offered in the warming counter were small compared to the last visit in 2023. The bottom valve of my metal beer glass was partially contaminated with germs. Just like the sticky floor of the men's toilet, things have to be turned around here, otherwise an "iceberg" in the form of an official notice could stand in the landlady's way.

14 euros for a 3 year old child is tough. Plates are taken away even though you are still eating. The only ones who can speak some German are those at the entrance. Questions are not answered. The food is sometimes very overcooked or sometimes not cooked through. Freshly made food burned a lot.

Instead of responding politely to our thanks, she overreacted and gestured aggressively. To our surprise, she physically approached us and rebuffed us with exaggerated hand movements. As if that wasn't enough, she even locked the door of the restaurant after we left. This was the worst, most disrespectful experience of my life. Been there again for a long time and no has to happen again. Super unfriendly, food nothing special. And left €270 there. Never again for that!!!
