The grilled meat wasn't fresh... And everything else I eat is sometimes cold... I wouldn't go there again...

€32.00 per person is a steep price considering that most of the food is cold and not freshly prepared. The food is not refilled. We won't be coming back. It's not worth a single star. We have stomach aches, cramps, diarrhea and so on... Hygiene is a foreign word here. The toilets are a complete disaster. The shop should be closed! We will definitely be in touch with all authorities next week.

That was by far the most disgusting thing we have ever eaten or preferred not to eat there. The food was ice cold and absolutely tasteless, empty plates, dirty tables and there were leftovers from other guests still stuck to the cutlery. Dessert was mostly thawed pieces of cake. The only thing that tops the whole more than negative experience is the price. 32.00 euros per person is an absolute disgrace.

So when you walk in you are immediately asked how many people there are without a hello or a tag. There was very little food served. and the Mayo was from December 31st, 2024, so 3 days over the date today (January 3rd, 2025) they drew attention there and then wanted to put the same ones back in. After saying repeatedly that it doesn't work, they get a new bottle and slap it on the counter. And it was very cool in the restaurant.

Pure disappointment. Table for 3 people (two adults and one child) without a reservation is no problem during the week. You go to the front desk, it smells unpleasantly like a canteen and you don't get a hello from the staff. You pay for food and drinks in advance. Unfortunately, that was the first and last visit for us to this restaurant. It's really better to drive a few meters further to Da Han. Much better in terms of taste and also in terms of staff and more personable.

A mere €35 per adult is pretty decent. Dishes were not picked up during our stay and we didn't think the food was particularly great either. For the money you can also eat somewhere else. Regret that we paid the price in the beginning and didn't go somewhere else. On top is of course the cozy canteen flavor.

I have to say Gourmet Tempel deserves a solid three stars. Neither more nor less. The ambience was very nice, everything was very large and beautifully lit. Pleasant. The all you can eat had a large selection and there was something for everyone, e.g. nuggets and fries in addition to Asian cuisine. The food itself tasted good, except for a few things. The squid rings resembled a rubber tire and the curry came straight up from the salt shaker. Everything very greasy. The fried noodles, on the other hand...very tasty! The buffet was always refilled. Unfortunately, the employees hardly spoke to anyone or even changed their faces. Too bad. The chairs at the table were set very low. Stupid for smaller people. You pay €35 per person, drinks included. Price performance okay. All in all a lovely evening.

Never again. We were there yesterday on Christmas Day and. Buffet now costs an impressive 32 euros on weekends and public holidays. Yesterday, without being pointed out, 35 euros per person. After I criticized this and asked the manager, I was rudely told that we should be happy that you agreed to open on Christmas Day. 105 euros for 2 adults and 1 child??. We were there on Sunday with 23 people. About 60 guests in total. There was nothing to complain about. Huge selection. Everything was always there. If you complain about it, it's incomprehensible. The 2.5 hours you have are definitely enough. The robot also sang a birthday serenade. It was a completely successful birthday.

We were there today at 6:00 p.m. and the plates were empty. I have to say, it's the second time that this has happened and anyone who stops adding food for €29 per person 1 hour after the store opens has to close the store for me. Complete exploitation... Mozzarella was yellow and already curling up, meat was being transported from plates back to the buffet and next to the dirty dishes there were only cold leftovers. If I could give minus stars I would do so now.

Hello, last night we had reservations for 13 people at 8 p.m. I chose this place because we visited it often! Always! I emphasize everything was fine. Food, service. Unfortunately, I was negatively surprised last evening. To be honest, the buffet was empty. There were few staff, stressed and busy. I don't want to give a bad rating because I know that this restaurant usually operates at a high level. However, I believe that the only culprit for yesterday's defeat was the lack of staff. Of course, this is my personal opinion because I have experience in gastronomy. And he realizes that people are not machines. The result is an empty buffet, dirty tableware not collected, etc. However, I think that for €430 I expected satisfied guests. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I hope that my opinion will reach the management, who will consider the issue of increasing staff resources, or reserves for sick leave or holidays, for employees on 1/4 time.

Very nice restaurant, food great and warm, but we were there early. We all enjoyed it. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately, toilets are not that good.

I usually never write reviews on Google but this is a must. Went to the buffet shortly before 8 and it was almost empty. They kept saying that something would be refilled soon, but nothing came except fries and fried noodles. For the price of 32 euros per person, it was very sobering.

Lunch buffet. The food isn't bad, but not everything is there like in all other Chinese restaurants. Unfortunately, the soup doesn't taste good at all, I've never had such bad soup at a Chinese restaurant. You have to pour your own drinks at the lunch buffet and there are 1l bottles or tetra packs available, which is no problem. Plates are not cleared away, you have to take them away yourself, but that's no problem given the price. I would probably accept everything, but the employees don't seem to be interested, nothing nice, nothing friendly, everyone is like machines. Also the woman at the beginning and what I found very strange and unusual, you pay when you come in and then you can look for a place on your own. Unfortunately there is no service or friendliness.

The "rotting" taste that some people describe here is perhaps the oil/fat, I ordered a portion of fried noodles without eggs but with vegetables that evening and the closer I got to the "greasy" inside of the portion, the more rancid it tasted The taste reminded me very much of a roll with old remoulade that had been left in a car for days (in midsummer and standing in the sun), which I actually ate once. I broke down shortly before I wrote this review because the smell was like that back then I felt high all the time

I gave the store a second chance. I was pretty disappointed the first time and can only confirm it again. 1. 32 euros for what? 2.The food is either oversalted or tasteless. 3. You could see from the breading of the dishes that the oil hadn't been changed for a long time. 4. Rice balls with bean filling (which I really like) were stone hard on one side. I passed it on and when I poked around with a fork in the rice balls I was told "they're the ones with poppy seeds and that's why they're so hard". Let's start with the accommodation, which is simply terrible, it is a basement with mold, where it is cold and damp, there is no kitchen, there is no washing machine, the toilet and shower are on different floors. Instead of working as a waitress as agreed, I washed windows, washed toilets, the restaurant itself, that is, tables, chairs, pulled weeds and swept around the restaurant👍 The attitude at work is brutal, you work from 12 noon to 10 pm, and sometimes until 11, during this period you have no breaks, you just run and work, the bosses treat the employees like dogs. At the end of the work, you will be fed with the leftovers after the guests, this is in 10 hours... The rate is 1,300, although 1,500 was originally promised. You need to walk 40 minutes from the basement to work. As for food for guests, they don't always sell fresh food, but get yesterday's food very often, as well as drinks that guests who haven't finished drinking pour into one bottle and sell as new, this is with alcoholic drinks, juices and sodas. I'm still gracious with 4 stars, the first time I was there on the weekend evening everything was great. But the second time I came at lunchtime and wanted to eat and the whole food was cold, you pay money and get cold food regardless of whether it's open, it has to be warm. Some of the food was cold and was only refilled reluctantly and in annoyance. The service was barely to non-existent. Dust and cobwebs were visible everywhere. The only thing you could eat was broccoli and cauliflower, but that was actually only enough for one person and then no one got any more. The sushi was more dry rice with undefined dry meat side dishes than sushi. The rest was nice and cheap, rice filled with vegetables. All in all, pure disaster, I'll never come back. I've never experienced anything so bold.

We were there late afternoon (Sunday around 5 p.m.) but it wasn't supposed to be like that. Then you have to refill less at the buffet but more often. Rice, for example, was as cold and sometimes hard as it had been the day before. Many other dishes apparently only get refilled when they are completely gone. Some of it really didn't look appetizing for how long it had been there. As already said, it's better to refill less, but more often so that it stays fresh. Slush ice cream is available without straws. Frankly, it was a waste of money. Would rather go somewhere else again. The other restaurant nearby (whose name I won't mention) is much better and fresher.

We were there on May 18th. In 2024 there were 9 people there, including 4 children and we were already charged €9 more. When I confronted the extremely unfriendly boss about it, she didn't even apologize and I was constantly looked at askance. The next day two of us had diarrhea and nausea. We're never coming back.

You have to pay before you even sit at the table... and there's a reason for that... A little robot brought us fresh food straight from the grill, a nice little gimmick for people who like technical gadgets, but that was all the contact we had with the "staff". Of course, you have to pick up the food yourself, as is usual with “all you can eat”... but also the drinks! As a well-paying customer, I don't want to have to stand there for minutes and pour myself my own wheat beer... The food was clear and sometimes very poorly labeled. Every now and then an employee came past us and spoke about the missing food into her small radio so that we could get a refill! We weren't acknowledged and had to make room as quickly as possible... All in all, a very cold atmosphere, broken only by the serving robot at the next table playing its "Happy birthday" audio and a small present inside; not even that was handed over personally... You get the impression that a few amateurs took over a well-running shop and then let it go down completely understaffed and with absolute ignorance... It's a shame, it certainly had potential...

Very unfriendly boss! Just complaining! Everything dirty in the restaurant!! Nausea after eating! It's not for nothing that you have to pay in advance over €30 per person. Then you get the horror! You sit between dirty piles of plates and no one clears them!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Scheffin should be replaced!!! The woman has no idea about this business!!! Replace boss! Hire a cleaning company! Hire more staff! The store won't last much longer with the weird manager!!!

Were there yesterday, unfortunately a pure disappointment. We arrived and a woman came up to us and told us the price. 130€ for 4 people + one child. No hello, nothing. Personally, I think 15€ for a 4 year old child is pretty steep...for the few fries and nuggets he ate. The plates from the tables were not cleared once during the time we were there, so they piled up. The food was cold and mostly very dry...especially the fried noodles. Nothing was refilled, even though the lady was constantly standing at the buffet with her microphone. And there really wasn't anything going on there last night. I was last there 1 1/2 years ago and was very satisfied back then and have always recommended Gourmet Tempel to others. But after yesterday's visit we won't be coming back.

Food okay. Were there on a Tuesday. Therefore there is relatively little going on. Accordingly, the offer was always very clear, but sufficient. We really liked the little “robot”. Beer was well chilled. Wine would also have needed refrigeration.

Went there this afternoon and it was a complete disaster. (Sunday around 2 p.m.) We used to enjoy eating there, but haven't been there for a while now and went there spontaneously. >> Now I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!<< Finished dishes: You could hardly eat what was there. It was dried out, over salted or cold. It wasn't really filled in and the remains had already completely dried on the containers. So most of it was simply not edible. Raw to freshly prepared: I didn't dare touch the meat at first because of how it looked. You couldn't eat the shrimp either, they were like mud in your mouth when you bit into them. What was surprisingly okay were the mussels and the crayfish. Night shift: The oranges were nicely prepared, but they were probably left there half a bit... so that the skin was already curled up. I don't even want to start with the chocolate fountain. Table hygiene: Dusty, sticky, dried food residue Staff: I can't say much about the staff, as you only saw anyone when the table was already full. The woman walked around with her microphone the whole time, hoping that some of the food would be exchanged... in vain! And all of this for a hefty price of €64 for two people. It's already intense. We'll definitely never go there again. Judging by the previous reviews, this hasn't just become so catastrophic recently. Something DEFINITELY needs to change there. To offer such a service for such a price is outrageous.

Unfortunately, the food was below average. For this kind of money you can eat a delicious dinner with a drink in the city. I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it!!!!
