I can't understand the good reviews at all!!!!! I would prefer zero stars. It looks nice there, but the buffet doesn't have a huge selection, and there was no salad either. One of the meats said baked chicken but it tasted like pork and a little further on there was another strange baked chicken. I had a piece of metal (let's say it was aluminum foil) in my mouth after I took a bite of something. The ice cream was too cold or had already half melted and could have passed for pudding or something. When we spoke to the waitress we were ignored. Drinks included were all well and good but €64 for two people and horrible food. On the way home the stomach aches started and have not gone away yet. We should have driven a few meters further and gone to the other one. I'm really angry and disappointed!!

I'd love to give it zero stars! The shrimp weren't cooked through. The pasta was extremely overseasoned! Limited selection, barely any salad. My friend had metal in her food. The plates weren't cleared away for the entire hour. The ice cream was too cold and melted, a risk of salmonella. After eating, we both felt sick and dizzy. We had a hard time getting home and had to run straight to the bathroom. We're still not feeling well. I would only recommend eating there to my enemy. The restaurant is beautifully designed and modern. I'm really pissed off!!! 64 euros for two people for that diarrhea, no thanks, not recommended!

The worst part is that they've outsourced parking surveillance to a company that wants €40 if you want to go through the parking lot to the TÜV inspection station, which is also located on the property. The seafood didn't look fresh, the chef was on his phone the whole time, and almost all of the glasses were dirty. The noodles were burnt, and almost everything breaded and fried was dry and old. The only things you could eat were broccoli and cauliflower, but that was actually only enough for one person, and then no one else got any more. The sushi was more like dry rice with an undefined, dry meat side dish than sushi. The rest was cheap, rice filled with vegetables. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it anymore; I'll never come back. What a shame, it used to be a great store with a great concept.

The worst restaurant experience in a long time. You have to pay immediately upon entry, which is more reminiscent of online shopping than a restaurant. I can understand the appeal for many, endless beer and wine. I wanted something to eat and was disappointed. The soup was cold and the food tasted similar, not to say the same. The atmosphere is like a large canteen, not really attractive. The staff was nice, but you don't have much contact (paying at the entrance and clearing the table) because it is a self-service restaurant. We will avoid this restaurant in the future.

The price-performance ratio is really good! There are many alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included, including several types of wine and really good coffee. Even slush for the kids. Great buffet and drinks are included! The food was very tasty. The selection was very large, both in terms of ready-made dishes and freshly grilled dishes. The things we got were all nice and hot/warm. The beef was super tender and my personal highlight was actually the whole mushrooms in sauce. Everything else like duck, shrimp, pasta, rice etc. were also very tasty. New fresh things were always added when something was running low. The ambience is well maintained. You have nothing to do with the service except at the beginning because here you pay when you arrive and not when you leave. What I think is special is that the drinks are included in the price. You can also help yourself in the drinks corner and have a large selection of different drinks, from cask soda to soft drinks. We will definitely come back to eat here.

I'm not a regular visitor to Asians, but it's never been that bad. Absolutely no recommendation.

We were there an hour after opening and the plates were pretty empty. The taste of the salad was okay, but the mozzarella slices were slightly yellowish. My companion and I had filled our plates well for the grill when the food was finally there and a lot was missing. Terrible! I've never wanted to puke so badly in my life. My boyfriend and I wanted to have a really good time today since we've been together for 10 months now. After that meal we both wished we had never gotten together. I literally almost cried because that day couldn't have been worse. We were there right at 5 p.m.... the food was cold and probably from the day before, the sushi was almost inedible, the salmon was like leather and I don't even want to get started on the generally crappy selection. I then thought that because everything seemed so hopeless, I would just eat a salad (which you can make yourself) but that was just disappointing too. The mozzarella was already yellow and dry and there wasn't even a normal salad!! By the way, there was no hello or goodbye from the woman serving. Oh and that stupid robot was the most annoying thing I've ever had to experience, but at least it provided musical accompaniment to this terrible experience. Well, the bottom line is that we're both feeling sick now and our bodies want nothing more than to empty themselves. I'm assuming food poisoning. Thank you very much for this incredibly shitty experience.

I've been to this restaurant several times, but the food is not always tasty. Today, January 26th, 2025, I was there with my family (6 people) at 12:30 p.m. when the restaurant opened. The omelet was way too salty, the chicken wings were burnt, and the freshly cooked meat and fish (from the cook, a blonde woman) were raw. The ice cream was completely thawed and the freshly squeezed orange juice in the container was fermented and spoiled. This is the second time I am disappointed with this restaurant. There were far too many dishes that were carelessly prepared, with too much salt or burnt. The employees didn't clear the empty plates from the tables. The soy sauce had a very strange taste. We were there for the first time today. It was unbelievable.. I don't know where to start.. EVERYTHING was cold and hard.. just stale and old. Example: baked eggplants and they were rock-hard, breaded squid rings and you couldn't recognize them! (that says probably everything) In addition, most of the tablets/containers were almost empty, nothing was refilled, except for a bit of sushi. Twice someone came out of the kitchen and touched individual potato grids with their hand and then put them back again ..another came and, as I said, added a bit of sushi but without gloves or tongs. When we mentioned that nothing tasted good, everything was cold and old, all we heard was that everything was fresh. My sister tried to eat Jell-O at the end and I tried to write because even it was hard. One chocolate fountain was completely dried from top to bottom, no more chocolate was flowing...it didn't look very appetizing either, just like the almost empty containers... I've probably forgotten a few things because there were so many things that were absolutely not true! Unfortunately I have to give one star to be able to rate it at all. Definitely would have given 0 stars!!! And then so much money for nothing... Oh yes, we got 10 euros waived after we said again when paying that it was absolutely not tasty. But the 10 euros don't make it up for it either.. I really hope that we don't have a bad time tonight. Unfortunately, when I read the other reviews, I can only confirm all of this and it really makes me sick to think about it. The shop should be closed!

What we just experienced was an absolute disgrace! Simply outrageous! In my opinion it doesn't even deserve one star! Went there with a group of 11 adults and three children and with a reservation! Checkout was no problem. Divided the whole thing by three and paid for everything! Until then everything is fine! Until the housekeeper became loud. The reserved area was no longer available, according to the loud lady! Who was clearly completely overwhelmed! That was still ok. We then went to another place assigned to us! Although we wanted to sit comfortably with the family at the round tables - that was the reservation! Then the housekeeper started discussing loudly! Something wasn't right with the number of guests. The cashier made a mistake and wrote it down incorrectly. Even though everyone paid, too little was written down. Recording 11 adults and 3 children was probably just too difficult. Instead of clarifying it in a sensible tone, we were loudly pilloried. The housekeeper said that all the guests here were “making fun of you”. We were really shocked by the language and volume. Even though we said that we had paid for everything and the cashier confirmed it, she was still arguing loudly! And if we don't like it, we should go somewhere else! We gratefully accepted this advice and got the money back and got out! I am at a loss for words!! Unprofessional, disorganized and last but not least, unfriendly. I ordered two sushi bags from to good to go and was shocked. Not only was it relatively small, but it had also simply expired. The fish was spoiled and smelly and I found a hair in it. Absolutely unacceptable to release something like that. When I picked it up the bag was sitting in a warm room for who knows how long. The grilled meat wasn't fresh... And everything else I eat is sometimes cold... I wouldn't go there again...

€32.00 per person is a steep price considering that most of the food is cold and not freshly prepared. The food is not refilled. We won't be coming back. It's not worth a single star. We have stomach aches, cramps, diarrhea and so on... Hygiene is a foreign word here. The toilets are a complete disaster. The shop should be closed! We will definitely be in touch with all authorities next week.

That was by far the most disgusting thing we have ever eaten or preferred not to eat there. The food was ice cold and absolutely tasteless, empty plates, dirty tables and there were leftovers from other guests still stuck to the cutlery. Dessert was mostly thawed pieces of cake. The only thing that tops the whole more than negative experience is the price. 32.00 euros per person is an absolute disgrace.

So when you walk in you are immediately asked how many people there are without a hello or a tag. There was very little food served. and the Mayo was from December 31st, 2024, so 3 days over the date today (January 3rd, 2025) they drew attention there and then wanted to put the same ones back in. After saying repeatedly that it doesn't work, they get a new bottle and slap it on the counter. And it was very cool in the restaurant.

Pure disappointment. Table for 3 people (two adults and one child) without a reservation is no problem during the week. You go to the front desk, it smells unpleasantly like a canteen and you don't get a hello from the staff. You pay for food and drinks in advance. The selection wasn't very large and the taste of the whole thing bordered on poor, it seems as if the leftover food from the lunch table was being warmed up at the beginning of opening hours. The sanitary facilities are dirty, we came at 5 p.m. and neither soap nor toilet paper were refilled and there is an unpleasant smell of drains there. Unfortunately, that was the first and last visit for us to this restaurant. It's really better to drive a few meters further to Da Han. Much better in terms of taste and also in terms of staff and more personable.

A mere €35 per adult is pretty decent. Dishes were not picked up during our stay and we didn't think the food was particularly great either. For the money you can also eat somewhere else. Regret that we paid the price in the beginning and didn't go somewhere else. On top is of course the cozy canteen flavor.

service was very very bad .. i went there today we were like 16 people .. the women came to me and took our didches away and she was like u all eat alot .. thats a shame it was my fathers birthday .. and she ruined it all … never hoing there again ..

I have to say Gourmet Tempel deserves a solid three stars. Neither more nor less. The ambience was very nice, everything was very large and beautifully lit. Pleasant. The all you can eat had a large selection and there was something for everyone, e.g. nuggets and fries in addition to Asian cuisine. The food itself tasted good, except for a few things. The squid rings resembled a rubber tire and the curry came straight up from the salt shaker. Everything very greasy. The fried noodles, on the other hand...very tasty! The buffet was always refilled. Unfortunately, the employees hardly spoke to anyone or even changed their faces. Too bad. The chairs at the table were set very low. Stupid for smaller people. You pay €35 per person, drinks included. Price performance okay. All in all a lovely evening.

Never again. We were there yesterday on Christmas Day and. Buffet now costs an impressive 32 euros on weekends and public holidays. Yesterday, without being pointed out, 35 euros per person. After I criticized this and asked the manager, I was rudely told that we should be happy that you agreed to open on Christmas Day. 105 euros for 2 adults and 1 child??. In addition, the food has been decreasing for years. The plates are always empty or cold... During the week you're not open at all because fewer and fewer people are going. NOT RECOMMENDED

We were there on Sunday with 23 people. About 60 guests in total. There was nothing to complain about. Huge selection. Everything was always there. If you complain about it, it's incomprehensible. The 2.5 hours you have are definitely enough. The robot also sang a birthday serenade. It was a completely successful birthday.

Am very satisfied. Especially if you, like me, drink a lot while eating, you've come to the right place. Drinks are included in the price of the buffet.

I'm sorry for the nice employees that there may be, but we had to deal with a lady who looked like she wanted to do something to us. Rude, unfriendly - it sometimes created a bad feeling. Overall, I can just recommend going somewhere else.

The food was cold and didn't taste like anything. And I couldn't get the freshly prepared chewy food down. 30 euros isn't much for all you can eat and drink, but it was just pure disappointment

We were there today at 6:00 p.m. and the plates were empty. I have to say, it's the second time that this has happened and anyone who stops adding food for €29 per person 1 hour after the store opens has to close the store for me. Complete exploitation... Mozzarella was yellow and already curling up, meat was being transported from plates back to the buffet and next to the dirty dishes there were only cold leftovers. If I could give minus stars I would do so now.

Today we had a men's evening. It deserves 5 stars but you can always do something better 😉
