This store is trying to scam customers. There is no option for grilled chicken in the menu on Lieferando, so I called to order something equivalent. The staff member told me that the grilled chicken was €17, but I would have to order an additional three Crispy Menus and two Fanta to bring the total to €31.50. When I asked why, he said, “For delivery.” But according to Lieferando, delivery is free! When I asked him about it, he said it was because I ordered grilled chicken and not crispy. Tricking customers like this to make more money is a terrible ploy. I cannot recommend this store and have also filed a complaint with Lieferando because it is a scam!

Disappointed with the taste and preparation. It's not the shawarma you know from other Arabic restaurants in Osnabrück. This was dry with lots of mayonnaise. Fries hard. Salad without spices/salt (usually with parsley), not enough pickled vegetables, hummus doesn't taste good... Unfortunately also falafel.. sandwich with fried vegetables ketchup in it??
