Absolut enttäuschend! Ich habe lediglich 2 Shawarma und eine kleine Fanta bestellt. Als ich mit Karte bezahlen wollte, wurden plötzlich 24 € verlangt – für diese Bestellung völlig unverständlich. Auf eine einfache Nachfrage erhielt ich keine klare oder nachvollziehbare Erklärung. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist inakzeptabel. Ich habe mich weder fair behandelt noch respektiert gefühlt. Für mich war das definitiv der erste und letzte Besuch. Ich werde diesen Laden niemandem empfehlen💔

Heute wollten wir mal etwas anderes sehen und ein arabisches Restaurant ausprobieren. Vorher riefen wir an, um nach dem Rindfleisch-Shawarma zu fragen. Als wir ankamen, stellte sich heraus, dass es Kalbfleisch statt Lamm war. Wir sagten: „Kein Problem, alles gut.“ Wir bestellten: 2 Rindfleisch-Shawarmas 1 Fajita 1 gegrilltes Hähnchen Und außerdem einen Tabouleh-Salat. Da fing die Geschichte an. Als wir den Tabouleh bestellten, sagte der Kellner: „Das ist etwas aufwendig für uns, es braucht Zeit.“ Ich war ehrlich gesagt überrascht … Tabouleh braucht Zeit? Ich sagte: „Okay, ich lasse Sie in Ruhe.“ Dann fragte ich, was zum gegrillten Hähnchen dazugehört. Er sagte: „Wenn Sie es pur möchten, gibt es Knoblauch und Essiggurken dazu.“ Ich fragte: „Und was ist mit dem Hähnchen ohne Soße?“ Er sagte: „Dazu gibt es Kartoffeln.“ Ich sagte: „Wenn es Reis statt Kartoffeln gibt, ist das super.“ Dann stellte sich heraus, dass der Unterschied darin bestand, dass die einfache Variante 12 Euro kostete und die andere 20 Euro. 20 Euro für ein gegrilltes Hähnchen? Na gut … aber wir baten ihn, es ohne Kartoffeln zu bestellen. Das Problem war, dass nur etwa eine Person vor uns war und die Bestellung trotzdem eine halbe Stunde dauerte. Man fährt also extra weit, gibt Geld aus und dann wird einem der ganze Tag durch das unhöfliche Verhalten des Restaurantpersonals verdorben. Gutes Essen und freundlicher Service allein können Menschen aus aller Welt anlocken, und niemand muss einen großen Andrang erzeugen oder den Eindruck erwecken, dass das Lokal geöffnet ist, wenn der Service letztendlich schlecht ist. Die Bestellung wurde nach und nach serviert. Das Fleisch-Shawarma ähnelte eher einem Döner, und das Brot bestand nur aus Petersilie. Ehrlich gesagt, die Menge Petersilie im Sandwich hätte locker für ein Taboulé-Gericht gereicht, anstatt zu sagen, Taboulé bräuchte Zeit. Die Fajitas waren gut. Das Hähnchen war durchgebraten und schmeckte okay, ohne fischigen Geruch. Überraschenderweise gab es dazu aber einen Teller Knoblauchsauce, einen Teller mit Essiggurken und Kartoffeln. Als wir die Rechnung sahen, bemerkten wir, dass das Hähnchen mit 20 Euro berechnet wurde. Wir fragten: „Warum?“ Der Kellner sagte: „Sie haben es nicht pur bestellt.“ Ich sagte: „Die Rechnung ist doch da, und da steht ‚pur‘.“ Zweitens ist es nicht nett zu behaupten, das Hähnchen pur gäbe es nicht mit Knoblauchsauce und Essiggurken, wenn in der Speisekarte eindeutig steht, dass Knoblauchsauce und Brot dazu gehören. Und drittens, selbst wenn es ein Missverständnis war: Ich habe keine Kartoffeln bestellt. Ich habe Reis bestellt, und Sie sagten, Reis sei verfügbar. Müssen wir denn alles essen, was Sie wollen? Und als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, stellte sich nach Erhalt der Rechnung heraus, dass die Barzahlung anders berechnet wurde als die Kartenzahlung. Das Merkwürdigste daran: Die leeren Getränkedosen waren sogar separat aufgeführt. Eine Dose Cola kostet also zwischen 2 und 2,50 Euro, und dann kommt noch eine Liefergebühr dazu? Ergibt das Sinn? Ehrlich gesagt, jedes Mal sage ich: „Geben wir unseren arabischen Restaurants hier vor Ort eine Chance.“ Und jedes Mal bereue ich es. Höhere Preise als anderswo. Null Service. Sauberkeit: 1 von 10. Wir setzten uns an einen Tisch, und niemand fragte uns nach unseren Wünschen oder ob der Tisch sauber war. Verspätete Bestellung. Fehler bei der Bestellung. Wir wurden gezwungen, etwas zu bestellen, was wir nicht bestellt hatten. Und als ob das nicht genug wäre, war auch noch die Rechnung falsch. Lohnt sich das wirklich? Im Ernst? Eine absolut furchtbare Erfahrung, die ich nicht wiederholen werde, selbst wenn es das einzige Restaurant dieser Art auf der Welt wäre. Das Problem ist: Wenn wir in Restaurants anderer Gemeinschaften gehen, bekommt man, was auf der Speisekarte steht, und bezahlt nur das, was man bestellt hat. Abgesehen von einigen arabischen Restaurants hat man ehrlich gesagt jedes Mal das Gefühl, die Rechnung genauestens prüfen und bezahlen zu müssen, selbst wenn man dasselbe bestellt, weil sie immer unterschiedlich ausfällt. Leider war die Erfahrung schrecklich, und man bereut es, das Restaurant überhaupt besucht zu haben.

Heute das erste mal dort gegessen, freundliche Bedienung und sehr gutes Essen. Gerne wieder 😋 Leider ist mein zweiter Besuch nicht so toll gewesen, Essen war wieder gut nur der Mitarbeiter war wirklich unfreundlich und anscheinen genervt.

Bestes orientalisches Restaurant 😍

Ich habe über Uber Eats 3 *Speisen* bestellt, und zwei davon waren anders als bestellt. Ich habe eine Brokkoli-Pizza statt einer Rucola-Pizza bekommen, und Hähnchen-Schawarma statt Kalbs-Schawarma, obwohl der Preis unterschiedlich ist. Aus diesem Grund bewerte ich es mit 3 Sternen. Aber der Geschmack war ehrlich gesagt lecker, deshalb werde ich es noch einmal probieren.

Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Die Gerichte sind abwechslungsreich und köstlich, und das Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich sauber. Das Falafel-Sandwich ist frisch und schmeckt fantastisch. Gott segne Sie.

Was diesen Ort so besonders macht, ist seine Sauberkeit und die angenehme Atmosphäre, ideal zum Verweilen mit der Familie. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Da es sehr einladend aussah, bin ich spontan rein und was soll ich sagen: ich bin begeistert 🤩🤩🤩 Angefangen vom geschmackvollen Interieur, über die Sauberkeit bis hin zu den sehr frischen, schmackhaften Speisen und der Gastfreundschaft und Kundenorientiertheit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll fand ich, dass es gratis Tee gab. Der mit Abstand sauberste und schönste Shawarma-Laden den ich je besucht habe. Zudem preislich top. Bester Schawarma den ich jemals gegessen habe

Der Service war absolut unterirdisch. Ich würde niemandem empfehlen, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Ich hatte zwei Stunden vor Sonnenuntergang Essen bestellt, und als ich es abholen wollte, sagte er mir, ich hätte gar nichts bestellt und meine Bestellung sei noch nicht fertig. Dann meinte er, er wisse es nicht und sei gerade erst angekommen. Ich sagte ihm, dass ich vor zwei Stunden bestellt hatte, woraufhin er fragte: „Wie können Sie behaupten, ich hätte nichts bestellt?“ Er antwortete: „Ich habe nichts für Sie“ und warf mich hinaus. Er blamierte mich vor meinen Gästen. Ich würde niemandem empfehlen, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Ich kam mir vor, als müsste ich um Essen betteln. Ich ging in ein nahegelegenes Restaurant und wartete dort fünfzehn Minuten; meine Bestellung war fertig.

Ich habe heute zwei Hähnchen-Döner bestellt. Dabei gab es meinerseits ein kleines Missverständnis, das jedoch schnell und höflich geklärt werden konnte. Seit der Neueröffnung sieht der Laden einfach klasse aus – sehr gepflegt, modern und geräumig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Das schlechteste Shawarma in ganz Osnabrück. Schon beim Betreten des Ladens hat man das Gefühl, man müsste sich von Kopf bis Fuß duschen. Das Sandwich besteht nur aus Brot, Knoblauch und einem winzigen Stückchen Hühnchen. Der russische Salat ist winzig, ich schwöre es, und die Pommes sind einfach nur furchtbar. Ich schwöre, ich esse da nie wieder. Wenn es zehn Sterne gäbe, würde ich sie vergeben. Und ich verstehe nicht, warum der Kellner Handschuhe trägt, wenn er damit telefoniert und Geld kassiert. Selbst Katzen würden dort Durchfall bekommen.

Verstehe hier die ganzen Bewertungen nicht, das Essen war wirklich sehr schlecht. Das Fleisch war extrem hart und versalzen, Die pommes waren ebenfalls kalt und versalzen. Das Brot war extrem hart, und ma benutzt Champions aus der Dose, für ein Sandwich für fast 11€ kann ma erwarten das man frische zutaten bekommt. Leider nicht zu empfehlen

We found this place on Google today because my nephew was craving a burger. We had a chicken burger (never had such a good burger) and a shawarma. This store is trying to scam customers. There is no option for grilled chicken in the menu on Lieferando, so I called to order something equivalent. The staff member told me that the grilled chicken was €17, but I would have to order an additional three Crispy Menus and two Fanta to bring the total to €31.50. When I asked why, he said, “For delivery.” But according to Lieferando, delivery is free! When I asked him about it, he said it was because I ordered grilled chicken and not crispy. Tricking customers like this to make more money is a terrible ploy. I cannot recommend this store and have also filed a complaint with Lieferando because it is a scam!
