Everything was excellent. The drinks were adjusted upon request, the staff were extremely friendly, and I also liked the different segments throughout the restaurant, i.e. the football corner, chill corner, darts court, seating at the bar, separate smokers' lounge - the overall picture was perfect. I can only recommend it!

The food was delivered cold and incomplete, everything was mixed together for 2 people, so it didn't look or taste very appetizing. After calling and insisting that the missing ingredients be delivered, I had to use Google Translate because the staff simply couldn't understand them. Apparently you don't like me either, because only half of the second delivery arrived!!!!!

A purchase was not made at the checkout because a card payment fee of €0.50 was only informed at the checkout. In my opinion, it was a bit out of date.

Unfortunately, Ikea's performance continues to decline! A few weeks ago, I bought a Hemnes dresser with a drilled board and a paint job that looked as if it had spent two weeks in the rain. The exchange went smoothly, but I still had to go back to Ikea. Today I wanted to buy a bed and reduce the delivery cost by €20 using a points voucher from the Family feature. After endless back and forth from the checkout to the bed department and then to customer service, no one could help me. My coupon isn't usable (IT apparently needs 48 hours to activate it), and none of the departments could find a solution. Why a coupon takes 48 hours is a complete mystery to me. Who plans their Ikea visit 48 hours in advance? And what if I wisely activate the coupon and then don't buy anything? After all, the coupon expires after 30 days. This system is completely poorly thought out. What a shame. I never used to have annoying experiences at Ikea. Now, twice in one month...

My hotel is two minutes away from this restaurant and due to personal reasons, I paid delivery fees asked for my pizza to be delivered, only to receive ice cold pizza that looked like it had been made the week before. Just sad.

Terrible set up. Wanted to buy just a Wrap with carbonated water. It didn't work. Had to buy a menu. Wrap, salad, regular bottled water. I gave up. If you returned the plastic bottle you got your deposit back! Was at Burger King yesterday. No problem. The staff was nice but couldn't offer any other solution. Is it supposed to be this square!?

Fine. If the streetlights aren't working, you could report this to the city of Laatzen. I just did that. The entrance to McDonald's was difficult to see in the dark. But: you were supposed to order on an oversized touchscreen, which unfortunately kept freezing. There were still enough staff there - they just didn't seem to want to serve me. I stood at the counter and was ignored. If McDonald's has installed video cameras, please check. Saturday around 7 p.m. There I was with my planned order of 24 Big Macs, cheeseburgers, etc. Therefore, the mandatory points above are nonsense. Ambience: see lighting. Service: see the attention and food: zero. As all three categories should be rated. Thank goodness the competition never sleeps; I got rid of my order at a burger chain in Wülfel without any problems. Addendum: It's not this place's fault that I don't go there anymore. The McDonald's app is so poorly programmed, and the screens in the lobby don't work properly, that I had no desire to buy anything there. It can't be true, but it's true: I first have to update, then authorize location requests, and then—still—can't order anything. Access to purchased goodies was also blocked. As you can see from the video camera recordings, we turned around and drove away. Perhaps we should boycott McDonald's until they offer satisfactory solutions. This also applies to other losers in the area of app-based controls (ceiling lights!).
