Domino's Pizza Laatzen in Laatzen

My hotel is two minutes away from this restaurant and due to personal reasons, I paid delivery fees asked for my pizza to be delivered, only to receive ice cold pizza that looked like it had been made the week before. Just sad.

Have you heard that you order pasta without meat or anything bad, just spices and sauce and it is not equal? ​​This is the third time I order and throw away the food because the employees do not have responsibility and care. I think the pictures speak for themselves... I don't understand the negative reviews. If you order during rush hour it can take up to an hour to get your pizza... that's the case everywhere. I know a lot of Dominos branches nationwide and I often go here in Hanover and get my pizza from there. But now to the Laatzen location. Due to the location, sensitive colored walls that could use some paintwork repairs, otherwise clean and technically everything works. staff... what can I say? I felt picked up, like I was in an upscale star restaurant. that even though I came home from work really dirty. Please let us know if you have a question" After placing the order, I repeated the order again and thanked me in a friendly manner after payment. Then this colleague also prepared my order... once pizza, once pizza rolls... what can I say? The result looked tastier than the advertising photo on the menu. Yesterday we ordered pizza and side dishes for two people. This at 8:17 p.m. The food we ordered arrived at 9:45 p.m. - unfortunately almost everything was cold. The reason was that there was a lot going on - when we asked when we would be delivered there was no correct answer... then more staff will probably have to be hired! It didn't work at all - and above all, it doesn't fit with normal experiences. Too bad...

I tried calling the representative ten times. After the 15th time someone answered. Extremely long waiting times, the pizza still hasn't arrived. Let's see if it's still coming. According to the employee, it should be here soon, that was 35 minutes ago

Despite the bad reviews, I gave Dominos a chance. I ordered stuffed pizza rolls, garlic dip and a thick shake. From good to bad: The Thick Shake was tasty, although a little smaller than I expected for the price. The dip had an unappetizing yellowish color, but tasted ok. The pizza rolls were small and mostly just dough with a tiny amount of ham and cheese. In the last pizza roll there was no ham at all, but there was a hair. Too bad.

Unfriendly and hygienically very questionable when the employee comes from smoking, throws the butt next to the door and then touches the fresh ingredients and pizzas. There was also a completely excessive waiting time, even though there was actually almost nothing going on. I won't eat here again.

What an absolute disgrace from this store! After waiting exactly two hours, my pizza finally arrived, and not only was it ice cold, but they also delivered the wrong size - instead of the 28 I ordered, I got a 25 pizza. It's just incredibly embarrassing how amateurish this place is. After just an hour and a half I reached out to ask about my order and they simply forgot about it. That's unbelievable! I will definitely never order from here again and discourage anyone from even considering it.

The pizza was served to us in a cardboard box and the atmosphere was pretty primitive. Upon request, cutlery was provided, which was quickly rinsed and handed to us without drying. Drinks without glasses, of course. But we liked the pizza. Don't have to have it again now.

We actually liked ordering from Dominos, but now that we receive deliveries from Laatzen there are only problems... Or a sauce fell down and broke, the supplier was great and offered to bring a new one straight away. 10 minutes later there is a call from the store, we want to get off work now, can we bring them over tomorrow, get a coke too... I'm still waiting today... Called the store three times and was always brushed off with the statement “I’m just the temporary help, I can’t do anything.” The store also does not respond to feedback at the end of the order It's a shame how the quality is different here than, for example, when loading at Döhrener Turm.

Incredibly bad shop! We've been waiting for the pizza for 2 hours now and they said on the phone after 30 minutes that the order would arrive in the next 30 minutes. After 2 hours still nothing. 2.5 hours later the driver arrived, who was really very nice and accommodating. Without the driver we probably wouldn't have taken anything. Of course the food was stale and cold. The owner should really think about whether he is capable of running a shop like this.

We ordered food between the years. The kebab pizza reminded me more of a Bigmac pizza, but it was still delicious. The other pizzas and chicken wings were also tasty. Only the sucuk pizza rolls were quite dry and a bit black. The delivery person was very friendly and even called occasionally to say that it was taking a little longer. In the end, the food was still there after about 40 minutes, a completely legitimate time.

Wir haben uns gedacht (gerade nach Silvester) wir bestellen mal. Mein Mann ist dann losgefahren da bis zu uns nicht geliefert wird und rief mich ne weile später an das sie ne EC karte abgelaufen ist und er fix nach Hause kommt um geld zu holen (was er dann auch tat) und wieder los fuhr. Als er mit dem Essen dann wieder zu Hause ankam war es nicht so wie bestellt und komplett kalt, woraufhin ich angerufen hab, meinem gegenüber alles erklärt habe und er meinte er müsse seinen chaf fragen... Einige Zeit später war er wieder am Telefon und meinte das wäre alles unsere Schuld weil mein Mann zu lange gebraucht hätte, als ich fragte warum das Essen nicht warm gestellt wurde meinte er "es stand auf dem Backofen" Chef sagt ist nicht unser Problem. Als ich nochmal drauf gekommen bin das die Pizza nicht so war wie bestellt meinte er nur "haben wir vergessen"... Wir haben viel Geld da gelassen und hatten nichts davon weil wir alles aufwärmen mussten... Das kann es nicht sein...

Sehr schneller Lieferservice, TOP. Und super leckere vegane "Salami Style" Pizza. 👍 Aber habe nicht nach Knoblauch gefragt. Ein bisschen hätte ich toleriert, aber das war etwas zu viel. Ansonsten gut!

Die Pizza war sehr lecker und der Kundenservice war nett und freundlich. Kann Dominos Pizza in Laatzen nur empfehlen.

Heute mal wieder mit meiner Freundin bei Dominos bestellt, es war jetzt bereits das zweite Mal dass kaum Sauce auf der Pizza war, bei mir einer Spicy Salami war auch nicht ein Hauch von der Angegebenen Siracha Sauce zu finden, Tomatensauce und bei meiner Freundin die Sauce Hollandaise konnte man auch nur erahnen. Außerdem waren die Pizzen beide sehr dunkel und auf meiner die zusätzlichen Zwiebeln und teile vom Rand verbrannt. Wir hatten auch schon Pizzen die genug Sauce hatten und nicht dunkel waren. Hier sollten vielleicht die Pizzabäcker besser angelernt werden um eine gleichbleibende Qualität zu liefern. So gibt es von mir erstmal nur 2 Punkte.

Bin zufrieden, war vor Ort essen, die Pizza Bombay und der Salat waren gut, die Pizza sehr gut. Preis Leistung für Messe Verhältnisse passt. Die Bronx von Hannover heißt Laatzen. Der Laden kann für die gescheiterte Umgebung nichts. Schreiende Frauen auf der Straße, eine im Bademantel, heruntergekommene Fassaden, Kalkutta in Hannover, Bronx ist schöner. Gescheiterte vorsätzlich zerstörende Politik ist hier sichtbar. Macht weiter so, die Kindeskinder werden nichts anderes mehr kennen. Wer sich über schlechte Pizza beschwert, weswegen kocht Ihr nicht selbst? Als müder Messebesucher nach dem Aufbau am Sonntag hat es positiv gereicht.

Die erste Lieferung kam nach fast 1 1/2 h an. Schmeckte allerdings echt super, da konnte man nichts anderes sagen. Heute wieder bestellt um dem Ganzen nochmal eine Chance zu geben, in der Hoffnung, dass es dieses Mal schneller geht. Schneller ging es, war dieses Mal „nur“ fast 1h. Aber geschmacklich eher enttäuschend. Verbrannter Brokkoli auf der Pizza ist jetzt vllt auch nicht so das beste. Von anderen Filialen bin ich deutlich besseres gewohnt. Wenn man die anderen Bewertungen hier so liest, scheint das ja alles kein Einzelfall zu sein. Sehr Schade

Die Pizza wurde 10 Minuten vor ab zum abholen bestellt und war bereits fertig bei unserer Ankunft. Es hält sich um zwei Sucuk Hollandaise Pizzas. Sie waren sehr warm und schön aufgeteilt Mit Zutaten. Die Pizza war so gut, dass wir sie im Bild schon gegessen haben. Der Mitarbeiter war zügig aber auch sorgfältig. Wir empfehlen es bei Domino Pizza zu essen, denn vor Ort haben wir so immer gute Erinnerungen gesammelt. 👍

Irgendwann hatte ich entdeckt, dass es Domino`s auch in Laatzen gibt. Ich bestellte dort, ohne wirklich große Erwartungen zu haben. Es sollte einfach eine solide Pizza sein. Geschmeckt hat sie nicht. Irgendwie zu trocken, fad und sie sah auch nicht gut aus. Die Pizza meiner Frau war auch nicht besser. Geliefert wurde in einer zumutbaren Zeit aber für das Geld wäre ich mit einer Fertigpizza vom Supermarkt wesentlich besser bedient. Bei solch einer schlechten Bewertung wird der Laden auch nicht lange überleben.

Einfache Sitzgelegenheiten aber die Pizza direkt aus dem Ofen auf den Tisch, super frisch und ebenso lecker. Knusprige Kante und richtig gut belegt. Also, so gut kann die Pizza sein. War echt lecker und die freundliche Bedienung so kurz vor dem Feierabend um 23 Uhr. Großes Danke schön an euch.

Also bis jetzt keine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, alle Pizzen kamen sehr schnell an und waren lecker! Die Lieferanten waren stets freundlich.

Extra einen Tag vorher 7 Pizzen pünktlich zur Mittagspause bestellt. Bei Abholung waren nur 6 Pizzen fertig. Die 7te wurde vergessen. Auf Nachfrage noch "schnell" zubereitet. Somit war die Hälfte der Mittagspause vorbei.

Positiv war: Schnelle Lieferung und ansprechend aussehende Pizza. Diese war aber eher klein (für den Preis) und nicht wirklich lecker. Bisher kann ich sagen: Mittelmaß. Werde ich demnächst nochmal testen, um zu schauen, ob es besser wird.
