Very nice country hotel in an unbeatable location. Beautiful nature and surroundings. A bit of motorcycle noise during the day, as the country inn is located directly on the Ohrnbachtalstrasse, a very beautiful motorcycle route. Next to the hotel is tee 1 of a golf course. There were no golfers there when I was there in March. Particularly worthy of mention is the exceptional and very good cuisine and the fantastically presented breakfast. I can only recommend everyone to dine there. The owners are excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Coupled with the excellent cuisine, I can only give it 5 stars! Thank you very much 🙏

Dans un cadre chaleureux au cœur de l'Odenwald à proximité de la charmante petite cité de Michelstadt, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce repas. Du cocktail au plat, de l'entrée au dessert, tout est joliment présenté, et savoureux. La carte est orientée gibier, mais pas uniquement. L'addition est raisonnable pour la qualité.

I absolutely cannot recommend it! The food was inedible. The cheese spaetzle were fried to a dark brown (!), tasted burnt, unseasoned, mushy, squishy, ​​and soggy. I've never eaten such awful cheese spaetzle in my life, or rather, I sent them back completely and, of course, paid full price. The chef should perhaps get a good recipe from somewhere else. Once and never again.

I recently ordered breaded chicken here and was extremely disappointed. The chicken arrived in incredibly poor condition - the meat was noticeably raw and pink, completely inedible and a real health hazard. It was obvious that the chicken wasn't cooked long enough. This is not only unsavory, but can also be dangerous. From a delivery service, I expect the food to be safe and fully prepared. I had to throw away the food and find something else to eat. Overall an extremely negative experience. Absolutely not recommended!!!!
