Wunderbare Location in traumhafter Umgebung. Sehr gut für einen Spaziergang vor oder nach dem Essen. Zum Übernachten stehen sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer zur Verfügung. Service extrem aufmerksam und gut. Frühstücksei reichhaltig und auch mit Zutaten die man in großen Hotels meistens vermisst

Wir hatten wunderschöne 5 Übernachtungen im Landgasthof der Familie Wewetzer. Liegt direkt neben einem Golfplatz an einem sehr ruhigen und idyllischen Ort. Auf der anderen Straßenseite beginnt direkt ein Wanderweg nach Vielbrunn. Es gibt auch viele Schlösser und Burgen in der Nähe vom Landgasthof. Miltenberg und Michelstadt auch schnell zu erreichen. Höhepunkt für uns war auch jeden Morgen das 1A Frühstück. Für die Gäste an Ihrem Tisch jeweils ein eigenes Buffet mit sehr viel Auswahl. Wanderbrötchen durfte man sich auch machen. Rundum top Landgasthof mit natürlich auch sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal.

Dieser Ort, die Besitzer, die Qualität des Essens und die gesamte Umgebung lassen sich nur als wahrer Geheimtipp bezeichnen. Eingebettet in die sanften, bewaldeten Hügel des Odenwalds, eine Stunde von Frankfurt und fernab jeglicher Großstadt, ist Geiersmühle eine idyllische Oase direkt neben einem Golfplatz, der über eine Nebenstraße erreichbar ist. Familie Wewetzer ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir waren bereits zweimal hier und werden sicher wiederkommen.

öfter im Jahr mit meiner Gruppe in "unserer Mühle" und jedes mal sind wir begeistert. Ein Hochgenuss für die Seele und für den Magen! Abseits im Ohrnbachtal kann wunderbar "abgeschaltet" werden. Das Team mit Jassi und Robby mit Neuzugang Monika haben uns wieder verwöhnt - wir sind aber tagsüber sportlich als Mountainbiker unterwegs, um das feine Essen am Abend "verdienen" zu können - leckere Photos anbei!

Freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer sehr hellhörig und sehr staubig. Bad alt und düster. Frühstück spitze!

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Landgsthof Geiersmühle und waren sehr begeistert. Trotz dass wir spät angereist waren, durften wir noch ein durchweg fantastisches Essen genießen und unserer Tochter wurde auf Wunsch auch noch ein Schnitzel mit Salat und Bartkartoffeln zubereitet, welches sie als das Beste ihres Lebens bezeichnete. ;-) Die Hausherren und Damen waren super freundlich und herzlich und die Zimmer sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig mit frischen Obst und verschiedenen Salaten und Co. Alles was das Frühstücksherz erfüllt. Wir können den Landgasthof und das Restaurant sehr empfehlen und es ist sicher auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt fantastisch. Wir werden sicher einmal für einen längeren Aufenthalt zurück kommen, da auch der Odenwald und die gesamte Umgebung sehr schön ist.

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Die Küche im Landgasthof Geiersmühle ist gehoben und wirklich außergewöhnlich lecker, jedes Gericht ein Genuss. Das Ambiente ist absolut top: stilvoll, gemütlich und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber, die einen mit ihrer Herzlichkeit sofort willkommen heißen und einem ein ganz besonderes Willkommensgefühl geben. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Auch zum zweiten Mal war es wieder sehr schön hier. Die Lage, das Haus und die Speisen sind nur zu empfehlen. Nicht zu vergessen die Gastgeber, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Am Herd und in der Küche wird echt und mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet, das schmeckt man. Herzlichen Dank Bernd Ackermann

Ein sehr schön gelegener Gasthof.Die Zmmer waren sauber und mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht.Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen. Das Frühstück ist super man bekommt alles was das Herz gegehrt und es wird immer wieder nachgelegt, auch hier wurden wir super durch das Personal bedient.wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dieser Ort ist einfach traumhaft! Ruhig und friedlich. Perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Die Rinderroulade war ein Gedicht, und allein das Frühstück ist den Zimmerpreis wert.

Wunderschön gelegen, toll hergerichtet. Mit der Begeisterung für das Restaurant kann ich persönlich nicht mitgehen. Wir waren Ende Juni auf Grund der durchweg positiven Bewertungen zum Abendessen dort. Meine Frau hatte Kaninchen Ragout und war zufrieden, nicht begeistert. Ich hatte Fisch auf Gemüsestroh. Der Fisch war leider nicht mehr glasig, sondern durch. Das Stroh war eher ein Ratatouille welches mich auch nicht abgeholt hat. Beim Beilagensalat waren welke, braune Blätter dabei. Die Bedienung hatte vermutlich auch einen schlechten Tag. Zum Schluß wurde auch noch für mein Gericht ein zu hoher Preis abgerechnet, auf meinen Hinweis dann aber korrigiert. Für uns hat hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, waren wir doch mit oben genannten Speisen und drei Getränken knapp 100€ los, leider gar nicht gepasst.

Wir waren mit fünf Personen zum Geburtstagsessen dort. Das Essen war sehr gut – mit viel Liebe zubereitet und von hervorragender Qualität. Der Empfang, wie auch die Verabschiedung, war so herzlich, als wäre man gefühlt schon „altbekannt „. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Super Aufenthalt.Selter so gut und ruhig geschlafen 😊. Sauberes Zimmer und WC. Abgerundet wird es durch ein tolles Frühstück was seines Gleichen sucht. Sehr empfehlenswert. Hinweis gutes WLan aber in dem kleinen Tal kein Handy Empfang.

I eat a vegan diet and am used to only getting salad or fries. The boss was informed that I was vegan, so I was given a meal at dinner that wasn't on the menu but was vegan. But what followed... I didn't expect this: The next morning, at the breakfast table, a huge buffet awaited me at the table and 80% were vegan (I didn't travel alone, the others were once vegetarian and once meat eaters). All rolls were vegan. There were fruits and vegetables. The hummus tasted great. Even the sausage platter was exclusively vegan. The best thing: spreads of all kinds that I've never eaten before and all of them were vegan. I was really in seventh heaven with this breakfast! 🌱 😋 ➖️ Honesty is part of it and that's just how it is: it's expensive. If my family hadn't invited me here, I would never have been able to afford it. But you also have to say that this is justified. A beautiful place run by great hosts who inspire with their warm and open approach! The room was very nice and tastefully decorated. The meal in the evening after a long hike was a completely unexpected culinary highlight. Breakfast is beautifully served and offers a huge selection. This was the discovery of the year and we will certainly be guests in this fantastic location more often.

An absolute paradise – pure relaxation! We spent one night in this wonderful house and were completely thrilled. The food is simply fantastic – prepared with a lot of love and of excellent quality. Beautifully located - a quiet, hidden place in the middle of the forest. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The selection, quality of ingredients and preparation are really something special - you don't find something like that too often. They also know their craft when it comes to wines. Everything just fits. The staff and owners are super welcoming, the rooms are cozy and beautiful. Also very nice place for hiking.

Very nice country hotel in an unbeatable location. Beautiful nature and surroundings. A bit of motorcycle noise during the day, as the country inn is located directly on the Ohrnbachtalstrasse, a very beautiful motorcycle route. Next to the hotel is tee 1 of a golf course. There were no golfers there when I was there in March. Particularly worthy of mention is the exceptional and very good cuisine and the fantastically presented breakfast. I can only recommend everyone to dine there. The owners are excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Coupled with the excellent cuisine, I can only give it 5 stars! Thank you very much 🙏

I have known the Landgasthof Geiersmühle since the 90s. Food, drinks and service always at a very high level. Never had any reason to complain in all these years. You never had the feeling that you were being "hosted", but rather that you were welcomed with warmth. I am very happy that the country inn survived the difficult times of the pandemic and that the guests found the courage to carry on. Hopefully for many more years.

Great hosts, we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was more than plentiful, and the dinner was also exactly to our taste. We highly recommend the Landgasthof Geiersmühle. A huge compliment to all the staff.

Beautifully located inn away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent for relaxing. Very nice, friendly operating family! Next to the inn there is a natural golf course, the first in the Odenwald. The rooms are comfortably furnished and very clean. Highly Recommended! Just 5 stars.

Landgasthaus is a nice understatement given the top-notch cuisine and wine list. Ideal for day trippers, cyclists and users of the neighboring golf course. And for contemporaries who want to have peace and quiet.

The country inn is beautifully located in an idyllic valley. The operators are super nice and go out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable. The rooms offer plenty of space and the breakfast was phenomenal. But the price level in the restaurant shows that the golf course is directly adjacent, so I would have expected more.

We wanted to eat something there, unfortunately the wait was very long, so we left again. Restaurant too expensive for our taste.

A beautiful family-run country inn, located in the Ornbachtal, away from noise and bad air, surrounded by forest and meadows next to a golf course. The second generation of owners pampers you with unusual warmth and the best dishes. The breakfast can't be beat. Whatever else is on the buffet is available on every breakfast table. And if you have special requests, these will be fulfilled. All products were fresh and varied. The rooms are clean, well maintained and lovingly furnished. Even though there is a road leading past, it is absolutely quiet. A wonderful place for trips by car or on foot to the well-known towns of the Odenwald. We recommend it without reservation. gz

If you want to relax in a rustic atmosphere, peace and solitude, without mass tourism, this is the right place for you. The number of rooms also underlines this deceleration. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and you will be full. There's something special about the location in the winter garden for breakfast. That's great! Anyone who likes to travel by car/motorcycle is in good hands here. 30 m away diagonally opposite there is an asphalted free parking lot where the vehicle can be parked generously without the risk of bumping into the door.

A beautiful hotel with a restaurant. The combination of modern and classic is very well done. The rooms are very nicely decorated...I love the small collection of books in the room. The staff is very friendly... on the phone, on site... simply wonderful for a long weekend or even more.

We spent a lovely evening with delicious food and an overnight stay with breakfast in the Geiersmühle as part of a bike tour with friends. Our group of 12 cyclists were registered and conveniently checked in in advance. A small wedding party was also a guest in the tastefully decorated winter garden. With two groups, the kitchen and service were kept busy, but we never felt rushed. Instead, we felt very comfortable in the lovingly decorated ambience of the historic mill, and we always had great service that looked after us in a friendly and attentive manner. Our pre-ordered menu was excellent. Salads, meat and side dishes all tasted very good, and the Grandjus in particular was once again proof that good food is still cooked with love in the Odenwald! At the end of our evening, the boss took time for a nice conversation at the bar and a very nice Grappa Riserva for us :-) After a restful night in the comfortably furnished rooms, we were surprised by an incredibly varied breakfast. This really left nothing to be desired, from fruit, egg and sausage salad to yoghurt, muesli, various types of sausage, ham and cheese and pickled herring. In summary: we really enjoyed our stay at the Geiersmühle, were thrilled with the food and breakfast, are happy to give 5 stars, especially for the great service, and would be happy to come back. Wir haben in einer kleinen Familienrunde unsere Hochzeit hier gefeiert. Von Anfang an habe ich Frau Wewetzer im Herzen eingeschlossen,da sie so freundlich und ehrlich ist. Alle wünsche bezüglich unseres Menüs wurden stets beachtet und immer eine Alternative angeboten(Danke an den Herrn Wewetzer!). Toller Empfang und Entgegenkommen sowie Unterstützung immer und überall. Der Tisch war sehr liebevoll gedeckt und das Essen ist ein Gedicht! Wir waren ein paar Tage zum Ausspannen im Landgasthof Geiersmühle. Ein Familienbetrieb in absolut idyllischer und ruhiger Lage mit einer ausgezeichneten Küche und einer wahnsinnig netten Gastgeberfamilie (inkl. Personal)! Hier fühlt man sich wohl und es ist wirklich schön hier. Das Frühstück ist, wie das Abendessen im Restaurant auch, wirklich ausgezeichnet. Die Karte ist eher klein und übersichtlich, was dem Genuss aber keinen Abbruch tut. In die vorbildlich erzogene Familienhündin Frieda haben wir uns beide schockverliebt.

Sehr gemütliches Ambiente mitten in der Natur! Wer gerne gut isst und Wert auf freundliche, sympathische Gastgeber legt, sollte unbedingt mal die Geiersmühle besuchen!

Herzlich geführte Unterkunft. Das Restaurant ist einfach super, das Frühstück nicht zu toppen! Wir kamen zufällig irgendwann hierher und jetzt nutzen wir es immer wieder für einen Kurztrip.

Tolle Location mit ganz hervorragenden Essen und Service. Inzwischen gibt es einen wunderschönen Wintergarten, indem man die Mahlzeiten einnehmen kann. Leider sind die Zimmer ein wenig verwohnt. Die Konnektivität ist eingeschränkt, weder der Handyempfang noch das WLAN sind stabil, man kann seine Zeit "offline" verbringen...

Wintergarten hat sehr schönen Blick. Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit super. Der Stern Abzug ist für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Essens. Ich hatte eine Hauptportion "Tagliatelle mit Steinpilzen", die mich erstens nicht satt gemacht hat und zweitens eine Waldpilzmischung war (Steinpilze waren meiner Meinung nach nur mit dabei). Es war lecker, aber nichts Besonderes. Für 28 Euro reichte es nicht. Kreditkarten und die neuen Debitkarten werden nicht genommen.

Wir haben am Wochenende im Landgasthof übernachtet, da wir am Freitagabend zur schottischen Nacht nach Miltenberg wollten. Leider viel die Veranstaltung aus. Wir fuhren zurück zur Unterkunft und speisten vor Ort im Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut.....nur das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war unbeschreiblich. Alles war so liebevoll angerichtet. Die Auswahl und der Geschmack der Speisen war hervorragend!!! Alleine wegen dem Frühstück würde ich noch einmal im Landgasthof Geiersmühle übernachten. Dieses Restaurant hat ein sehr hohes Qualitätsniveau, das man kilometerweit nicht findet, sowohl was die Küche als auch den Service betrifft. Die Besitzer und ihre Angestellten sind jederzeit um uns bemüht, die angebotenen Gerichte werden aus frischen, hochwertigen Produkten zubereitet und sind sowohl für die Augen als auch für den Gaumen ein Genuss. Die romantische und erholsame Umgebung ist trotz der Nähe zur wenig befahrenen Straße prächtig. Dieser Ort ist eine Hochburg der lokalen Gastronomie, die Sie auf keinen Fall verpassen sollten.

Tolle Terrasse mit viel Grün blick. Super nett alle da. Familien betrieb. Essen war echt lecker. Klein aber fein. Ein wenig Geduld sollte man mitbringen warte zeit beim servieren.

Wer Ruhe sucht und sich Zeit für Tafelfreuden gönnt, der ist in der Geiersmühle genau richtig. Die Zimmer sind individuell und cosy eingerichtet und Bücher oder Zeitschriften braucht kein Gast mitzubringen, denn das Konzept des Hauses sieht vor, dass jeder Gast sich an den im ganzen Haus dekorativ in den Räumen verteilten Büchern und Heften bedient. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und und die Entschleunigung kann sofort beginnen. Das inkludierte Frühstück ist legendär und an Vielfalt und Frische nicht zu überbieten. Und am Abend lässt man sich vom passionierten Küchenchef Roberto Wewetzer verwöhnen und genießt die Gaumenfreuden.

FANTASTISCH!!! Wir haben dieses Restaurant durch Zufall entdeckt und einen Tisch im Wintergarten bekommen. Das Essen , der Wein , der Service einfach nur perfekt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Sonntag!

Wir sind hier gestern eingekehrt aus Frankfurt kommend und sind völligst aus dem Häuschen ob der Kombination aus Gastronomischer Kompetenz für die gehobene, mediteran regionale Küche, herausragender Gastfreunschaft gepaart mit einem Frühstück welches seines gleichen sucht. Alle Tische waren besetzt, Reservierung dringend empfohlen!

Endlich haben wir es mal geschafft, im Landgasthof Geiersmühle essen zu gehen. Und wir waren restlos begeistert und sprachlos, so lecker war es. Hochpreisig, aber sein Geld wert. In der Geiersmühle gab es die beste Gans die ich je gegessen habe. Man wird sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum! Superlecker und perfekte Auswahl.

Idyllisch gelegen und liebevoll eingerichtet. Freundliche, aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, gut gepflegt und sehr sauber - alles bestens!
