Die besten Restaurants in Kelkheim (Taunus)

3 out of 4 orders were more than disappointing. If you order a kebab without sauce, you also expect that the kebab is not in garlic sauce. Completely inedible. Pepperoni sausage is not quite normal salami. And falafel is different than bulgur... I felt like coming over again and throwing my food across the store. I won't come here again, especially since I've often been so disappointed here.

Nice service and delicious food. When the weather is good the view is a dream

I was there today as part of a large group. The service was unbeatably good and the food (schnitzel with mushroom sauce, fries and salad) was very tasty. Fries nice and crispy, schnitzel well seasoned, the sauce with fresh mushrooms and a delicious side salad. The whole thing at a really humane price (16.50). A clear recommendation from me!

Magnificent views and wonderful real Mexican food. Fabulous quality, everything freshly prepared. The owners are very friendly and helpful. You really feel like you are in good hands here as a guest.

You just have to read the previous reviews, which in my opinion are absolutely correct. Now there is also the fact that on Sunday, September 22nd, 2024 (in bright sunshine and 24 degrees) the website says: open. Can't it be clearly communicated on the website that the season is apparently over?! It's so amateurish how this beautiful place is run.

Disappointing salads that taste unseasoned and don't contain what the menu promises. Under the "large" lamb's lettuce a mountain of bucket coleslaw and in the lentil and salsify salad exactly 2x 1cm small pieces of salsify. Upon request and discussion, it was brought to us by an insulting waiter. The price-performance ratio is no longer right. The location is very nice, the cake was delicious as always, but the quality and service are different.

We were there with the family for coffee and cake on Sunday afternoon. Very tasty and large selection of cakes. The service was super nice and quick, even though the restaurant was very busy. We would be happy to go to the cheerful countryman again.

This was our first time at the Rote Mühle. It was a lovely outdoor area. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The fried potatoes were top-notch. Delicious apple wine. Dogs are welcome, too. We'll definitely be back. 😊

Good kebabs and overall a good selection of various dishes, including vegan alternatives. Price-performance fits. Now the but: In this day and age, it can no longer be the case that the same worker who collects (touches) money reaches with his hands into the ingredient containers and tops a pizza or kebab. No gloves, no pliers - nothing! Bon appetit. Nothing learned from the Corona times.

The delivery service is a disaster. I waited until the man came upstairs, only to find out that the food had been left downstairs without a word. I also heard over the phone how the man who delivered the food insulted me. Never again!
