Pizzeria Gio in Kelkheim (Taunus)

We went bowling with the football team today. The venue is in the basement, so you have plenty of privacy. However, the owner is incredibly rude, unfriendly, and outrageous. He has a disgustingly grumpy manner. The customer is definitely not king to him. This makes you feel unwelcome. The owner doesn't listen to the customers' wishes. It's a shame that a restaurant like this is run. The food selection wasn't huge.

It was a lovely family celebration with delicious food. We were in a separate room and received very friendly service. The entire atmosphere (including the area around the restaurant) is very pleasant, especially in good weather!

Delicious food and large portions. Very friendly and helpful service. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas at the beginning of December.

We ordered takeout. A doner kebab plate and a doner roll with a topping. Unfortunately, because it was very busy, we had to wait 30 minutes for our food. The doner kebab plate was okay, but the fries were a bit soggy from the long wait. I think the doner roll is a matter of taste; we didn't like it that much. The staff was friendly.

My apple pie was a small, square slice. But otherwise, everything was fine. The service was very attentive and found us a table even though it was very busy again. We were only there for an hour. If you're looking for a quiet spot, this isn't the place for you. When it's full, it's quite noisy, as the restaurant is located in one room. It was okay for us, though.
