Where can you eat good pork or turkey schnitzel in Idstein? Good friends recommended the Ziegelhütte in Idstein to us. So off we went this evening to eat the brick hut empty (I failed miserably!) Asparagus and schnitzel (today with your choice of turkey) with hollandaise sauce and boiled potatoes. That was a direct hit! The taste was very good, the schnitzels were fried to perfection and the potatoes were “just right”. That's how it has to be. We will be returning in the near future!!!

Received as if we were at home, we were on our way home from Italy and came in here to ask if they had room. The hosts said space is being made! You are welcome! Then we had a delicious meal, plates full of delicious food and two friendly men who have everything under control. Hats off! This is definitely recommended to eat here. Worth repeating. Thank you!

We tried the place twice, once we couldn't pay with VISA so we didn't stay. Second time around we ordered wine and we were never told that closing time was 30 minutes after we had placed our order. Never got a receipt. We won't come back!

Update: Unfortunately, despite the announced reopening, it seems to be closed permanently and not just “temporarily”. Very tasty food and first class service! Location also great!

Cross-compared to Mexicans at Ramstein Air Base in Kaiserslautern. Ambience very nice and individually designed. Service very friendly and competent. The Burito can only say 1a, you can taste the cuisine, cook with heart and soul. Thanks for the delicious burito. In any case, you are unique

This is my son's and my favorite restaurant. ❤️You're so pampered here; it's a wonderful atmosphere, like a little vacation. Excellent service, excellent food. We love eating there!
