We have known the restaurant for a while, service was good, but with the drinks - homemade lemonade for €7 plus €2 extra oranges and ginger - I thought it was a joke. I was disappointed with the tapas, they were overpriced. The 5 prawns for €10 didn't come with bread. The vegetables were good. Ketchup costs €1 extra and really everything extra costs too much extra. You don't win regular customers like that. The falafel were tasteless. The schnitzel was good.

Yesterday, my wife and I went to our favorite restaurant again. We love going there because the variety and high quality of the food always impresses us. The service is excellent, and the entire team is super friendly and accommodating. You can sit comfortably both outside and inside in a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the evening didn't impress me. I had made a reservation well in advance and specifically requested a nice, quiet spot – especially for privacy, since it was a special occasion. But even though the restaurant remained half empty, all guests were seated to one side – convenient for the waiters, perhaps, but unfortunately, we were seated in the middle of a crowd. I felt cramped, crowded, and the atmosphere was anything but pleasant or festive – quite the opposite of what I had hoped for for my husband's birthday. The young waiter's wine recommendations were excellent – praise for that. Less pleasant, however, was the behavior of the female waitress: very hectic, rather moody, and with no noticeable interest in our table. A shame – I really expected more.

The service was friendly and attentive. The food was good, but the tapas were a bit pricey.

Unfortunately, I have to deduct at least two stars, and I believe for a very important reason. We ordered Manchego croquettes, and because I'm pregnant, I had to specifically ask if Manchego was pasteurized. The kitchen replied that the croquettes were actually made with regular mozzarella and cheddar cheese, with no trace of Manchego. This means, on the one hand, that they're falsely advertising the product as authentic Spanish cheese, and, on the other, that they're simply substituting sheep's cheese for cow's cheese. This is something you simply can't ignore, especially if you have a cow's milk allergy.

YUM, YUM... Varied crossover cuisine with fresh ingredients in a cozy atmosphere! Very creative variations that really make you want to tuck into the amazing variety of tapas with a group of friends. EVERYTHING was very good. The service was also very friendly and attentive. When we return to Idstein, we look forward to coming back. We'd be happy to come back.

I had the pleasure of visiting twice within four weeks and was extremely satisfied both times: Delicious dishes, subtly seasoned, and attractively presented. The service was very friendly, extremely attentive, and well-organized. Sitting in the beer garden is extremely pleasant, even in the midsummer temperatures. Always happy to return!

Well, I don't really understand this concept?!? The tapes didn't convince me. It's not even remotely Spanish, though! I don't really understand the reviews? But no wonder, when you can eat burgers, schnitzel, and fried fish—basically, everything—here. That's probably what draws people to this place. The quality and taste aren't great.

The decor perfectly matches the tapas theme, and the staff, especially the owner, are extremely welcoming. The selection of dishes will make any tapas fan's heart beat faster. The presentation is as impressive as the taste across the board. In summer, the beer garden is a dream. Reserving a table is recommended, as this insider tip is very popular. In a side street in the old town. Located rather inconspicuous from the outside, very cozy from the inside. I can't comment on the outdoor area in the inner courtyard (it was February 2025). Service was top, on point and very attentive. All service employees gave the feeling of being really welcome and despite d. Fully occupied, there is also time for short, nice small talk. Food super delicious. We basically had various Mediterranean dishes. Tapas, but also the crossover tapas are absolutely recommended and something different. We didn't have a zebra or a kangaroo, but we had grasshoppers on chutney and pulled pork and a fantastic meal. Pumpkin-ginger-coconut soup. The crossover offer certainly sets TwoforYou apart from other tapas bars. Every selection is a culinary delight. I had lunch here. The dishes are rich in variety and combine food styles from many countries. It tastes great! Especially recommend the fried sweet potatoes and shrimp, they taste very good! We spontaneously got a table, but of course we had certain expectations due to the many positive reviews. The restaurant is visually beautifully designed. Unfortunately, our starter didn't come as a starter but as a main course, which of course was a bit stupid with baguette as a starter to a dish with fries as a main course. The food itself was good, but the knives, which were unfortunately much too dull, weighed it down a bit. I think when you order a steak or burger you need a good knife, it makes the food better. Last Saturday evening we visited the Christmas market in Idstein's old town and then decided to stop at Two for You - a decision that turned out to be an absolute stroke of luck. Although the restaurant was busy, we were lucky to get a seat. While we waited to be able to move into our table, we enjoyed a mulled wine by the cozy fire outside on the terrace. This little feature, the crackling fire, created a wonderfully inviting atmosphere. Shortly afterwards we were accompanied to our table by Mo, a very friendly employee. We opted for a selection of mixed tapas which were both creatively and culinary impressive. The range of dishes was extraordinary: from a creamy banana soup to exotic zebra meat to grilled grasshoppers - every dish was an experience in itself. The quality and taste were outstanding and we were amazed by the variety and originality of the offering. After dinner we went back to the fire where we met the owner, Tom. He took time for a nice chat, which rounded off the evening perfectly. The warm, personal atmosphere in Two for You and the special concept make this restaurant a real insider tip. We will definitely be back – a big thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable evening!

I am a frequent guest at Two for you. Used to be upstairs at the tennis club. Today in Borngasse. The quality of the food has always been beyond any doubt. I really like the reorientation as a tapas (& more) bar. There was no corresponding offer in Idstein. The service is extremely friendly and personal. The atmosphere is cozy. A great, sheltered courtyard makes up for the guest room, which can sometimes be a bit dark in summer. I'm looking forward to many more culinary delights.

We went there for our anniversary and the food was outstanding. The portions of all the tapas (starters) are of course kept small, but you order two and you're full. I have rarely eaten so well.
