This is the third time that the delivery has taken longer than an hour and the stated delivery time does not match. We had to wait almost 2 hours for our food, there wasn't even an apology and unfortunately you can't say that the food made up for the long delivery time. As expected, it was cold and undercooked. It's a shame...delivery is not recommended.

I had the pleasure of eating at Pizza Milano and it was an excellent experience! The ambience is very inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff was friendly, attentive and really looked after us. The food was simply fantastic – fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. I would particularly like to highlight the pasta and pizza, they were a real treat! The portions were generous and the selection of drinks was also great. All in all, a highly recommended restaurant that I would happily visit again. Many thanks to the entire team for the great service and wonderful food!

Ordered by telephone. I picked up the food myself and could see the (inedible) food being prepared behind the high counter, the schnitzel and the fries were nicely pre-fried, and were fried again when they arrived in the hot fryer, both together for the second time. looked nice and dry, and the pizza was warmed up again in the pizza oven so that I could take it warm with me. I didn't dare say I wouldn't pay for something like that. At home, everything ended up in the trash, inedible fries, schnitzel, and the pizza was a disaster. Never again.

We have ordered here many times, unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly over time, the pizza is carelessly topped and dry. The service is very friendly and the delivery time is okay.

Called at 8:15 p.m. to order food, we only have taco salad because we close at 9 p.m. Maybe the juice shop should close completely… One star is still 5 too many.

I'll put it this way: I'm not surprised that people are looking for people. The boss's representative insults and puts people down. Hygiene? As far as I know, food is not touched with bare hands, but with special gloves. Then you have to do 5 tasks at the same time for the minimum wage. I don't know anyone who allows themselves to be bullied by the boss and then manages all the tasks at the same time. In my opinion, management hasn't quite understood who is really responsible for something.

I've been going to this McDonald's on the A45 for many years so far everything has been generally good... In the future I will avoid this shop completely. I tried to complain about an order to exchange a burger... (of course I wanted to pay the difference) The manager (young blonde guy with very short hair) explained to me that this wasn't possible because otherwise he would make a loss... I could order an additional burger... and throw away the one you ordered incorrectly when asked… The bill for two people of just under €30 was apparently not enough for him to make a plus… It's not possible... every restaurant can cancel a receipt... and refund money if necessary... In addition, the men's toilet... a urinal covered by two was out of order and the floor was floating... great... MC Donalds as an American corporate concept that puts service and quality above all else....arrived in the service desert of Germany...and the blonde guy represents this global corporation... Mr. Briol the owner apparently no longer needs it and can afford employees who scare away long-time guests... There is also a McDonald's in Freudenberg... which will be my point of contact in the future... maybe for other travelers too... then no customers who want to complain about something will bother you... Good luck with the idiots who put up with this kind of behavior towards customers... For maybe 3.50 euros, you scare away a customer who has already left hundreds of euros there for over 20 years in the past (real arithmetic artist, the guy 🤣) Avoid the store... then the store can close due to wealth….
