Clocky Italian restaurant with fair prices. The quality of the food is mostly good, the onion schnitzel and the pepperoni e salame pizza are particularly worth mentioning. The negative thing is that it is already a bit broken inside and out. Overall, this doesn't stop me from coming here regularly.

The food is really tasty and I can only recommend it, there are significant problems with the delivery... I ordered it there 3 times and had to wait over 2 hours for the food to even arrive.

Where do I start, where do I end... The first impression is good; The restaurant is spacious but beautifully designed, clean and the seating is comfortable and invites you to linger. The "digital buffet" is easy to use, but gets annoying relatively quickly because you only have one tablet per table, which you spend the whole evening with. A sign that technical progress doesn't always have to be good. He hasn't lost anything at a buffet, because at a traditional one you can go much faster and, above all, you can see what's on offer. The food is served in portions that are far too small. Everything is served on small plates or in bowls, which sometimes make the meal adventurous and complicated, e.g. For example, you can't eat the house specialty, fried vanilla ice cream, from the bowl at all because it just keeps rolling around. Additionally, the quality of the food is mixed; Some of the dishes are not good at all, others are great, but all in all below average. The service is due to the two service managers who really care about their guests and are friendly and courteous. However, the servers can literally be “knocked into the bin”; the food is slammed onto the table without a word. In short: The concept doesn't work and needs to be reconsidered. Unfortunately that was the first and last visit.

Very good food and not too expensive, you don't have to wait long for the food and there are special offers every day for those who pick it up! Tuesday, for example, is pizza day for each pizza 5 euros

They are sooo nice, we were there for Iftar and go there often. Every time the same quality and super accommodating staff! 10/10

Not recommended! Waited almost 2 hours for the food, although 30 to 40 minutes were stated! After 1 1/2 hours we called and asked when the food would be delivered. We were assured that the driver was already on the way and our food would be there in a few minutes will be. After another 30 minutes of waiting, we tried to call again but no one even answered the phone. Unfortunately the delivery was also incomplete. The taste of the food was ok but lukewarm. Really bad service!

Positiv: das Essen war ok. Ambiente schön. Negativ: eine sehr unangebrachte und zum Teil unverschämte Art der Chefin, die anscheinend Gang und Gebe ist. Die Wartezeiten sind zudem unverschämt. Zur Vorspeise dürfte unser Tisch erst um 8, obwohl 19 Uhr reserviert war. Frägt man dann mal nach wie lange alles noch dauert, wird man von der frechen und patzigen Art der Chefin angeeckt. Nach langer Wartezeit, ist dann natürlich das "Beste" vom Büffet bereits vergriffen. Also heißt es wieder einmal am Platz warten. Daraufhin erhält man dann 3 kleine Teigrollen für insgesamt 11 Personen. Auf weitere Nachfrage, wird man daraufhin natürlich von einer wild gestikulierenden Chefin angemeckert wie viel wir denn noch wollen. Ja ne is klar. Keiner der Gäste die um uns herum saßen, werden nochmals einen Fuß in diesen Laden setzen. Ein Großteil der Gäste ist bereits nach dem Büffet vom Hauptgang nach Hause aufgebrochen. Die unangemessene Wartezeit für die Nachspeise, die aus klein geschnittenen Früchten und einem Art Pudding bestand, krönte den Abend noch nicht ganz ab. Abgeschlossen wurde dies von der Chefin höchstpersönlich. Als einer unseren Gäste beim Bezahlen der Getränke, die Chefin auf ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten aufmerksam gemacht hat, fiel u.a. die Aussage "ja, dann braucht ihr nicht mehr zu kommen..." Eine anschließende Auflösung mit Guido Cantz und "Versteckter Kamera" wäre die einzige Möglichkeit, dem Ganzen einen Sinn zu geben. Wider erwartend blieb diese aus. Jeder der einen schönen Abend mit seiner Familie verbringen möchte, und sich nach marokkanischen Essen sehnt, der hole sich dann noch eine tiefgekühlte Pizza und streue ein wenig Ras El Hanout drauf.

I was at Löwen for the first time today with a good friend, I was thrilled with the food and then with the service!!! I claim it is the best restaurant in Hanau in terms of value for money, it is upscale gastronomy at reasonable prices. It's definitely not the last time I've been there! 6 out of 5 stars 😋

Leckeres und Gutes Essen. Hier bekommt man auch ein Glutenfreies Essen. Schöne Atmosphäre nette und freundliche Bedienung.
