Super delicious food based on a good old recipe Like Grandma's

The ambiance is unbeatable, offering everything a Hemingway fan could want, with pictures, sayings, and the perfect drinks. Because, as everyone knows, Hemingway was no slouch when it came to spirits. The drinks menu is correspondingly diverse. The food is difficult to judge, as you can only eat one dish. I enjoyed my pasta with pesto better at the Italian restaurant. I should have stuck with the bistro cuisine! Good, friendly service.

The atmosphere is a bit “old-fashioned”, rather rustic. Unfortunately, I personally didn't like the Schmandschnitzel that much, but that's probably a matter of taste. Otherwise great service, clean restaurant and the toilets were also very clean. 🙂

I'll never order dirty food again, it just doesn't taste good

A super-nice restaurant, very attentive service, and excellent food and drinks. We'd be happy to go again!

I'll start with the bad. My order. Waffle with fresh strawberries 🍓 and coffee with milk ☕️. Unfortunately, the milk coffee was a bit weak and tasted watery. Unfortunately, the ambience isn't really there because there's obviously a lot going on. The waffle was very good and the strawberries were really fresh too. Thanks to the young, very friendly waitress.

We ate here with 6 people. The employees were all very friendly. The pizza was good, not overly large, rather small. The dough was quite good. Topping was very good. What annoyed me was that we didn't know in advance that you couldn't pay by card here!!! Thank goodness there is a Sparkasse and Volksbank ATM nearby! Still, that should be said.

A very nice restaurant with friendly staff, the breakfast was very rich and tasty, the evening meal was also very nicely prepared, came very quickly and tasted fantastic.

The food tasted very good. Unfortunately, filling up sometimes took longer. Nevertheless, we were well fed and would be happy to go back.

We ordered almost €50 worth today. Delivery was quick, but it quickly became apparent that a kebab plate was missing and was billed for. So we called immediately after delivery and asked whether it was possible to still receive the kebab plate (since we paid for it). The answer was: no, we're sorry - we won't do that! Have often ordered. That was definitely the last time!

“This lunchtime we were there again to get something for breakfast – something we always enjoyed doing. This time we shopped for over €20, but the older lady working there seemed very stressed and had little time. While we were still in the process of placing our order - we wanted another sandwich - she said that she had it. However, when we explained to her that something was still missing, she simply replied with 'Yes, yes, I'll collect it.' We then had to buy the drinks separately. Speak to the cashier again. We have rarely experienced such unfriendly service. That was really disappointing.” The younger colleague was okay.

The Christmas buffet was very tasty! There was something for every taste, from fish to schnitzel, roulade, vegetables, salad and even vegetarian! We will definitely come back next Christmas. Thank you also for the friendly, cheerful service. We felt very comfortable!

Von weitem sieht man schon die Fahnen Europas im kleinen Örtchen Hüddingen bei Bad Wildungen wehen. Kommt man näher, liegt ein guter Geruch in der Luft. Frische Pfannkuchen nach niederländischem Rezept stehen hauptsächlich auf der Speisekarte. Deftig oder süß; es ist für jeden was dabei. Sehr freundlicher Service mit holländischem Akzent, innen oder auf der kleinen Terrasse legere serviert. Nur Barzahlung möglich!
