Everything is great here. The best Sachertorte! (7 years ago) Here again today, January 19, 2025, still great and very nice service.

Ate in the restaurant as hotel guests. There was either buffet or a la carte. Buffet looked good, but I ate a veal schnitzel. That was good. The service was very good. Unfortunately the prices are very high for fairly normal dishes.

“This lunchtime we were there again to get something for breakfast – something we always enjoyed doing. This time we shopped for over €20, but the older lady working there seemed very stressed and had little time. While we were still in the process of placing our order - we wanted another sandwich - she said that she had it. However, when we explained to her that something was still missing, she simply replied with 'Yes, yes, I'll collect it.' We then had to buy the drinks separately. Speak to the cashier again. We have rarely experienced such unfriendly service. That was really disappointing.” The younger colleague was okay.

We went there for a buffet dinner at Christmas. We waited at long tables in a kind of hall. It was very narrow and also full. The buffet was very great, plenty of choice and everything was very tasty. The goose was extremely tender and the rest also tasted delicious. The service was also quick. We had a soup in advance, which unfortunately resembled a strong, watery gravy. Which really wasn't tasty. Otherwise the food was good.
