Daniel, Anastasia and I went here for lunch. The rump steaks and the salad were very tasty, tasty and the portion was generous. The boss and the employee were very friendly, helpful and competent. I can highly recommend the restaurant.

We are guests in Bad Wildungen and found this quaint, cozy restaurant, not far and yet away enough from the flair of the typical overcrowded health resort. Actually a nice beer garden, at least in terms of the atmosphere. Unfortunately they were sent away again because it was just after 7 p.m. and they said it was already too late to order food. According to the menu, warm food is served until 8 p.m. We were very disappointed, especially since we had already been there the evening before, had a beer, and had already announced ourselves for dinner the next evening. And such a bankruptcy on a Saturday evening - what can you say, a real disappointment. Just to note, the beer garden wasn't fully occupied. There were still a few tables free. Don't worry, we definitely won't come back!

The “giant burger” was far too big, impossible to make and the meat was too cooked. Would have been edible without the curry sauce. The burger bun was not tasty. The other dishes seem ok. We were here a few years ago and my impressions were much better.

Totally delicious, beautiful beer garden

Steak was rare instead of medium as ordered. After asking for improvement, the steak came back still bloody and raw on the inside, but dry on the outside and difficult to cut, with cold side dishes. The steak was inedible! There was no apology when it was returned and the full price was charged! Never again. Mass production with XXL 0815 products.

Rustic inn with a beautiful beer garden and delicious Schmeggerwöhlerchens. We particularly liked the super warm hospitality.

As always, the service was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the food is no longer of the quality that we were used to. The fried potatoes we ordered were not crispy, very soggy, lukewarm and fried in a lot of fat. The Waldecker Schmandschnitzel were also better. The vegetable meatball & fries with paprika sauce, on the other hand, was very tasty and good 👍. The beer garden was very cozy again, thank you for the lovely evening.

Unfortunately everything is just 0815. A lot of TK in my opinion. The service was fine and there is enough parking space. It's fine for a beer in the beer garden but nothing more. In my opinion the quality has decreased.

We were outside and ate schnitzel. Both the ambience and the food are convincing. Ambiance: Great outdoor areas, very large and clean toilets, nice indoor area. Food: The schnitzels are crispy, the fries are world class and the salad is also great. We'd love to come back.

Steak with homemade wedges. Both very good. Steak can be ordered in three different sizes to suit your personal taste. Condition nice and friendly.

Food very tasty and well prepared. No deep fryer kitchen. Portions plentiful. Unfortunately, drinks were “stale” and relatively too expensive. Ambience average, unfortunately very loud. Service unfortunately only two stars. Treatment very “friendly” and e.g. T. inappropriate comments. But conclusion: good food - repetition cannot be ruled out. Maybe something to take with you.

Getting a table with 7 people on Sunday had no problem. Friendly service and the food didn't take long to arrive. The portions are very generous, so even those who are hungry will be full 😃 Plus, everyone tasted great. We will be returning there soon.

Very good and cool store. We ate there twice during our vacation. Everything was very tasty, large portions (selection of schnitzel and steak 200 / 400 / 600 gr.!!! - great!), meat and all side dishes were very tasty. The price is actually very reasonable given the large portions (600 grams of steak including side dishes around 38 euros, that's a great price.) Various. Beers on tap, quick and friendly service, dogs no problem. We'd love to come back when we're nearby. Keep it up!

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend, es war wirklich schön und angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Bedienung erfolgt zügig und zuvorkommend. Wir haben lecker zu Mittag gespeist. Die Qualität war sehr gut, und dabei war es auch noch richtig günstig. Gerne wieder! Grüße aus dem Sauerland.

Alles super..Essen richtig lecker, Steaks super zart gebraten, die Burger sind der Hammer..ich hatte einen mittleren, der war so groß wie ein Teller zum Hauptgang. ..kommen wieder..auf jeden Fall Tisch reservieren..ist immer voll

Sorry but.... Highly not recommended for Italian customers! Of the Italian dishes there are only the names (often grammatically wrong) of what they offer on the menu. Wrong recipes and incorrect cooking.

Die Schnitzelkarte ist hervorragend aufgestellt. Ich entschied mich für ein Zwiebelschnitzel und habe es genossen. Gebraten in Butterschmalz. Der Geschmack: Wahnsinnig gut und lecker.

Wir haben vorzüglich hier gegessen. Rumpsteak englisch genial, ist im Mund nur so dahingeschmolzen. Meine Söhne und meine Frau waren auch sehr begeistert. Dieses Restaurant kann ich ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen 😋😋😋😋

Wir haben uns zum gemeinschaftlichen Essen getroffen. Das Essen war lecker und reichhaltig und das Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Haben heut auf unserer Rückfahrt von "Irgendwo" dort gehalten, ich kann nur sagen GERNE WIEDER! Der Koppenretscher Salat war sehr opulent und mit frischen Zutaten. Leider mußte ich mein Champignonrahm-Schnitzel mit Pommes und ebenfalls frischem Salat teils einpacken lassen, da auch diese Portion sehr vernünftig war und ich es nicht geschafft habe ;-) Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mehrmals dort einkehren bzw. einen Zwischenstopp machen.

Wer nimmt die Herausforderung mit einem ganzen "Retscher" an? Das ist nämlich das Maß der Portionen😎 Aber egal welche Größe man wählt, es ist alles frisch und lecker. Kann man vorbehaltlos empfehlen 👍

5/5 Punkte die Bedienung war super nett authentisches Ambiente die Schnitzel total lecker, ××l wäre für 2 Personen mit frischem Salat und dunklen Bratkartoffeln Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür auch als Übernachtungs Platz mit dem Wohnmobil nach dem Essen gut möglich wir kommen wieder

Wir waren als Familie da. Die normalen Schnitzel sind schon riesig. Der Salat war knackfrisch. Die Kroketten Billigware. Preise moderat. Es war viel los, viele Biker und eine grosse Feier. Trotzdem kam das Essen schnell. Das Wirtshaus wirkt ein bisschen alt und könnte mal einen neuen Anstrich und eine Überholung gebrauchen. Service war okay.

Zum wiederholten Mal besucht und immer noch super! Das Essen ist einfach super. Nirgends findet man so gutes Schnitzel. Bedienung ist gut und direkt. Kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Wer gerne gute Steaks isst, ist hier genau richtig. Zum Steak essen ist man hier weit und breit am besten aufgehoben.

Gutes Essen, vorallem die Schnitzel sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren bereits über zehn mal hier und waren noch nie enttäuscht. Bedienung freundlich, parken gut möglich und rundum gut. 5/5 Punkte

Wir kommen hier regelmäßig vorbei wenn wir die Verwandtschaft besuchen. Sind stets zufrieden. Portionen sind riesig und der Preis sagenhaft. Absolute Empfehlung!

Den Koppenretscher kenne ich schon seid über 20 Jahren. (Familie wohnt im Dorf) Im Restaurant war ich in all den Jahren noch nie, aber zu unzähligen Familienfesten, Theater und anderen Veranstaltungen, Irgendwie passt es immer wieder und die nächste Veranstaltung steht schon im Kalender.
