Delicious cocktails, tasty burgers, warm and friendly staff. We always enjoy coming back. Update 9/25: I'm always a bit skeptical about a change of operator if I've always been happy before. But I have to say, the new owners are doing a really good job. The food and drinks are super delicious. Everyone is friendly and very service-oriented. We always enjoy coming back, even with larger groups.

I ordered a double bacon burger, but it was way too spicy. The food took a very long time to arrive. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

Located not far from the city center, it offers surprisingly quiet outdoor seating despite being close to the street. The vegetarian selection is limited, but delicious. Very friendly service!

We've been there several times now and have been completely impressed every time. On our current visit to Bad Wildungen, we tried the entire menu, and what can I say: everything was simply delicious! From the appetizers to the dessert, every dish was lovingly prepared and tasted amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is cozy but not overly overstated, making you feel immediately at home. We will definitely be back regularly. Absolutely recommend it!

Delicious food and friendly service at a good price!

I ordered fish with spinach. A big, fat bluebottle crawled out from under the spinach. I called the waiter, took the plate, and said it would take a while because it was being remade. But no apology. It can happen anywhere, no big deal. I could only eat the fish; the rest went back.

This is not my first time visiting this restaurant. Overall, I give it a 4 because I give the burgers a 3: they weren't particularly surprising and were a bit dry. But the fries are delicious, crispy and well-seasoned. But I give the cocktails and service a solid 5! The cocktails are always delicious and high-quality, and the staff is friendly, attentive and welcoming. The overall atmosphere in the establishment is very pleasant, so I come back here again.

We got a table right away. The waitress was very friendly and immediately offered us a blanket because we wanted to sit outside. I haven't had such a good salad in a long time! The schnitzel was also good, although the mushroom sauce could have used more mushrooms and less cream. Overall, though, a very good restaurant and highly recommended!

We were tourists in BW for 3 days and ate at Hemingway on both evenings, there was the famous repeat factor. The food was very tasty, the friendly lady who served us was great and it was quick too. We had a lovely time sitting outside. We would love to come back, really great. Keep it up!!

The ambience is unbeatable, offering everything a Hemingway fan could desire, with pictures, sayings and the right drinks; Because, as is probably well known, Hemingway was no slouch when it came to hard liquor. The drinks menu is correspondingly varied. The food is difficult to judge because you can only eat one dish. I liked my pasta with pesto better at the Italian restaurant. I should have stuck with the bistro cuisine! Good, friendly service.

Perfect evening at [Pizzeria Sale & Pepe Familie Amato] – A real Italian experience! We had a wonderful evening in the restaurant and can only recommend it! The food was simply fantastic – everything from the starters to the dessert tasted excellent. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes were authentic and prepared with a lot of love. The ambience was great too: cozy, stylish and just the right amount of Italian flair. You immediately feel at home here and can enjoy the evening. Special praise goes to the service – attentive, friendly and always professional. Waiter Max in particular created a great atmosphere with his relaxed and charming manner, which made the evening even more pleasant! We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to the next time. Grazie mille!

I ordered a rump steak. As a rule, the waiter should ask me how I would like the steak. Didn't happen, so I'm assuming Medium. First came the salad, which was good. Then the steak and 5 minutes later the fries. Unfortunately the steak was British, too “bloody” for my taste. The fact that the side dish didn’t come until later was a shame, but that was really, really a shame! After clearing away, we no longer ask how we liked it, no sorry - nothing. Very unfortunate. The ambience is really very nice. A lot of potential is wasted here.

Absolutely perfect service. Upon request, my chair was replaced with an armchair. The service was very friendly and accommodating throughout the evening and - despite a long weeknight evening - didn't even look at the clock. Food was also delicious. It was also great that fresh mint tea was/is on offer. We'll be back. Thanks to the team☺️

Everything was great except for the burgers. If the guest wants the meat to be fried medium, you should be careful and not fry the thing through. Otherwise great👌🏻

The Hemingway is a very stylish restaurant/bar with a Cuban atmosphere. I spent New Year's Eve there with my partner listening to live music. And even though it was well filled, the service handled it confidently. By the way, the kitchen is very good!

If you need a relatively comfortable, quiet place to satisfy your hunger, Hemingway is the place for you. Discreet, friendly service, a family atmosphere… that feels good.

Had a great meal with 2 children, the cocktails are highly recommended as a neatly arranged drink. The pizzas and burgers were delicious and the children's menu had a large portion. The smoked burger was delicious and the pizza with feta hemingway was great. The service was very pleasant and friendly. Prices are very democratic. I'll be back.

Ordered hamburger without raw onions due to intolerance. The waitress specifically asked the kitchen for this and confirmed that I would be served it that way. Far from it - it came with raw onions. Complained and after the burger was returned, got it back. With the remark “we put the onions down” that seemed the best solution to us…….

Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly and waited a long time for our orders, which weren't even complete. A little more friendliness never hurts, unfortunately we didn't feel comfortable.

We were there on a Saturday evening around 7 p.m., just wanted to eat a little something (since we weren't very hungry) and barely got a table. We ordered: 1 beer, 1 gingerale with fried feta and pizza bread bruscheta with parmesan and rocket. It was full outside and there were also people in the store. There were only 3 waitresses who seemed completely overwhelmed and had to wait 50-60 minutes for our food. Definitely too long for something so quick to prepare.

The food was delicious. The beer garden was very full and there were two service staff too few. The ambience is nice.

Unfortunately, the service wasn't that attentive and despite being informed, we still got the wrong sauce. Apparently too much. Since I work in service myself, I know how stressful it can sometimes be, but I always take additional comments from guests very seriously about allergies and intolerances. Otherwise the food was fine.

Great restaurant in town with outdoor dining. A good, clear menu suggests fresh dishes. The burgers and the schnitzels are highly recommended. I didn't try anything else myself, but it all tasted fantastic. Nice service, fair prices, delicious food. What more do you want?
