Pinsa Imperium in Bad Wildungen

Absolutely recommendable. Extremely delicious. It was our first time there. We were thoroughly impressed.

We ate our way through Bad Wildungen and can honestly say, everything here is absolutely perfect! The salad was excellent and not thrown together in a hurry. The pinsa was a dream, the starters were delicious and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly. I wish there was something like that in Berlin. We wish we had continued success!

Great food, great atmosphere. I had the salad of the month with mango dressing. It was delicious! My family had a Mediterranean burger and a pinsa with spinach, and both were also incredibly delicious. The prices are high, but the quality is completely in line with them. I would definitely go back here again.

If this, as proclaimed, really is how the Romans ate, then boy did they eat well!! The Pinsas were very nice. We sat outside, but inside was much larger and nicer than we expected. My only gripe is that for lunch the Pinsa was too large! They should offer a half size, which would have suited us better.

5 out of 5 stars! Absolutely perfect food, which was thought through down to the last detail during our visit. From the pinsa to the salad to the burger, everything was perfectly prepared. We really noticed that they put a lot of thought into which dishes go well together, and how the food is cut, prepared, and presented! It's a shame we were only here on vacation—otherwise, we would visit the Pinsa Empire more often.

Surrounded by the traffic of the bus station, in Naples one supposedly eats pinsa with mortadella, olive oil and sweetened pistachio cream... My first impression was disappointing

After touring southern Italy for five weeks, we were worried we'd like the food here. But: it was incredibly delicious and tasted like Italy! And the chef also happens to be from Naples, where we were. It's an absolute culinary delight. Beautiful ambiance, a very friendly waitress. And the espresso tastes like Italy, too. Thank you!! We'd love to come back.

It doesn't look particularly inviting from the outside. But don't let that fool you! Inside, it's harmoniously decorated and offers plenty of space. So, it was no problem at all to spend a pleasant evening with our dog. The pinsas were very good, both savory and sweet, the service was attentive, and the prices were fair. We'll definitely be happy to come back if we ever find ourselves in BW again.

Rather inconspicuous from the outside, the true size becomes apparent once you enter. And: this location is more than just a snack bar, even though it only serves Pinsas. A place to feel good!

Damn Tasty. Large selection of pinse (plural of pinsa) and very different toppings to choose from. Even for those who like things sweet, there are some pins to choose from. If you're in the area, you should definitely dine here.

If you haven't been here yet and want a pinsa, in whatever form, tomatoes, oil or maybe even sweet, you've definitely missed something. From very simple with mozzarella and salami, to camembert, cranberries, figs, walnuts and honey, just one word: mega! It is recommended to make a reservation for weekends.

I eat there regularly because everything is just right. The pinsas are great in size and topped with fresh ingredients. Chilli, garlic and rosemary oils are always available on the tables to season to your own taste. Prices aren't exactly cheap, with an average of €15 for a pinsa, but you get something for it. The atmosphere is overall very airy and pleasant. The service is also always friendly and helpful. A very large parking lot is just 100m away. So everything fits. I haven't eaten a burger there myself, but friends also told me positive things about it. Cocktails and e.g. Black beer perfectly complements the clear food and drink menu.

Simply heavenly! An absolute compliment to the entire team. The food was a dream, the atmosphere was very cozy and the service was friendly and accommodating. We were here for the first time today and by no means the last time. I can recommend the vegan Pinsa Flamma from the bottom of my heart. Keep it up!

Und wieder einmal wurden unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Der reservierte Tisch war dem Anlass entsprechend sogar dekoriert. Sehr, sehr schön! Unsere Getränke waren außergewöhnlich und unfassbar lecker. Der Salat hervorragend und die Pinsa ebenfalls. Auch die Bedienungen waren wieder sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen so gerne wieder. Ganz klare Empfehlung unsererseits fünf Sterne, besonders für das Ambiente in der Sitzecke (Empore).

It was my first time eating a pinsa and I was totally hooked from the first bite. Simply delicious, with lots of toppings and a great taste. It was very difficult to choose because everything sounded so delicious. There is a version with tomato sauce or olive oil. The sourdough is awesome. The service was great and the atmosphere was very cozy. We've eaten here twice now and have been impressed each time. We'll definitely come again.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Ambiente ist sehr geschmackvoll. Leider waren wir von der Qualität des Essens sehr enttäuscht. Nach einem langen Warten bei völlig leerem Lokal kam die nächste Überraschung. Die Ränder sind schwarz, bitterer Geschmack. Und dann sagt die Bedienung, so müsse es sein. Sorry, so oft in Italien gewesen und weiß ganz genau, wie Pinsa schmecken und aussehen muss. Ich hätte mir zumindest ein Zeichen gewünscht, dass man an Kunden festhalten möchte, zumal meine Anmerkungen habe ich dezent und leise mitgeteilt, aus Rücksicht sowohl zu weiteren Gästen als auch zum Besitzer. Fazit: Nie wieder!

We went to Pinsa Imperium for the first time last night and were really excited. We were there with our 2 children and a high chair was brought to us straight away for our youngest offspring. The atmosphere in the Pinsa Imperium was very cozy. We all decided on burgers and my husband and I had the “Calidus Burger”. I ordered it with cheddar cheese instead of buffalo mozzarella, which was how it was served. Our burgers didn't take long to arrive either. Everything was obviously freshly prepared and the burger buns seemed to be homemade, they were incredibly crispy and all the burgers were incredibly tasty! We each had a portion of “Roman fries”. The homemade sauce on top was also very, very tasty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we will definitely be back!!! This restaurant is definitely highly recommended!

With a larger group for dinner. The Pinsa of the month was well received 👍. Two people were disappointed with the Pinsa Nero. Overall the hamburgers were good. The main taste with my Nero was the excessive black spots on the back. By the way, almost everyone had dark spots, so maybe you have to ignore them.

So inconspicuous from the outside and so great inside! You will be pleasantly surprised. EVERYTHING is just right here!!! From the ambience, to friendly service, to the good taste - whether the food or the furnishings! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for the overall package! Keep it up.

Food was very good.👍 The restaurant is very nicely decorated. We sat directly at the table, in front of the counter. I can recommend burgers with a clear conscience. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The second waitress was busy having a private conversation at the counter most of the time and didn't really notice us. When we wanted to pay, I interrupted her from the conversation. There were no prices attached to the dishes, which I found a bit irritating. Why is that ? 🙈 Still 5 stars because we enjoyed it very much. The prices were okay too

The shop looks fresh, tidy and modern and at the same time rustic and cozy, you immediately feel at home. There are many different types of pins, some with unusual ingredients, but also "normal" ones with salami or tomato mozzarella. The dough is airy and crispy and the desserts are amazing. Very tasty food. Friendly staff. Nice ambience. Even with an outdoor area where you can eat or just enjoy a coffee when the weather is nice. Highly recommended to everyone. There is a “Pinsa of the Month” every month, so you always have something new to discover. The sauces are amazing!

Had never eaten pinsa before. It was super delicious!! The dough makes the difference to the pizza. I went hiking before. And even though I arrived alone and in my hiking outfit, I was greeted warmly and given a nice table. Very nice service and very tasteful ambience. I felt very comfortable. 5 deserved stars.

The food was very tasty. We were just not satisfied with the service. We were there with children. So that they didn't have to wait so long, they got their pinsa with our starter. Then the waitress waited until the children were finished and called for the main course. That took another while because the restaurant was now full. So we waited about an hour for our main course. In the meantime, the appetizer plates were neither cleared nor were any questions asked for drinks. An order was forgotten. The response to criticism was unreasonable. It's a shame, the kitchen is great!

We went to the Pinsa Imperium restaurant for the first time today. Everything is really right here: ambience, staff and of course the food. The food was really delicious. We were definitely not there for the last time.

We were there yesterday with a few girls and it was just great. Great atmosphere, delicious food, also vegetarian and great service. A small but nice menu. The salads, pinsas and burgers are simply recommended. Unfortunately I don't have any Big Apple Cocktail anymore, but we'll definitely have it next time.😀👍

Very cool restaurant, was in Bad Wildungen for 3 weeks and tried almost the entire Pinsa menu. My favorite: Pinsa “Imperium”. (I didn't know Pinsa before, now I don't know if I'll ever eat pizza again? Definitely try the oils too!) The service and the ambience are great, the concept is great, and the Grappa di Nebbiolo is exactly my thing. I was surprised by the excellent espresso made from 100% Robusta (where do the prejudices come from?) Good luck to the crew! Keep it up! 👍🤓 Best regards Guido
