I usually go to this doner shop every week. Usually they are very nice. However, today the guy who is tall was soo rude to me. I have never seen this doner shop being rude to me, but this guy was so rude. I am never going there again. How can someone this rude work in a service industry. I hope his manager sees this review and does something about his rudeness and attitude

A disastrous service You order something else and they give you something else and you don't admit the mistake, one star is too much for this attitude towards customers, what service do these garbage people provide?

The service is friendly, but that's about it, the kebab was really bad, a lot of it was completely apart and very small. Little meat which didn't taste good either. The price €9.80 👎Never again

Hello, I was there last week testing the kebab and I really have to say it doesn't taste good at all. Everything about the kebab is not good at all but totally bad. Bread totally soft. The sauces taste completely bad and the meat has 0% taste. Worst kebab so far in Hamburg.

Ordered the Almedin salad again today. The quality has become very poor, there is hardly any chicken in it when it is ice cold, the bread chips are sticky and much too thick, the pomegranate syrup was completely missing. I called and got a replacement salad. Not much better and the sauce was missing. The man on the phone was very unfriendly and, like the messenger, could hardly speak German. How are you supposed to communicate? Very sad because I was actually a regular customer. Will probably change in the future

What kind of complete failure was that? I paid €19 for this disaster and got something delivered that I wouldn't even call a burger anymore. So much sauce that it oozed out of all sides - it just tasted like sauce. The buns were completely soggy and fell apart before I could even take a bite. Everything was just a mushy, inedible mess. And if that wasn't bad enough, the burger was delivered crooked because all the sauce made everything slip. The top bun was half off and the thing looked like an accident in the kitchen. Everything was so incredibly greasy - I had more oil in the burger than in a medium-sized deep fryer. It was just disgusting and absolutely inedible. How can you even leave something like that out of the kitchen and charge €19 for it? This is an unparalleled outrage. I'm really angry and will definitely never order from you again. Absolutely underground!

You forgot to send me part of my order. I called them and explained this to them. They told me they would speak to the boss and call me back. Of course they didn't call me back. I went there to pick up my order and the boss was really mad at me even though he forgot to put a big part of my order.

Delicious croque, friendly service and quick preparation. Perfect for a quick meal in between. Highly recommended!

I received an incorrect order. It can happen, it was delivered later. But the driver then aggressively begs for a tip, something like that is completely unacceptable.

The baguette was wobbly and the sheep's cheese was still cold..Sorry..A super friendly employee!! But unfortunately that doesn't cover it...I live close by and wanted to get my own impression of the store...Once was oooookay for testing.....

Ordered via app this time, as always, everything was great, very nice boss even contacted me and asked me specifically, everything was hot, delicious, nice deliveryman, top service, and I would like to thank you very much for the delicious food!
