I ordered a pizza and instead of selecting the delivery option, I accidentally clicked "Pickup." Then I called the restaurant to ask if they could change that, but the guy immediately interrupted me and said they hadn't received an order! I repeatedly explained to him that I had already paid through Lieferando, but he insisted they hadn't received an order. I'm totally annoyed. Lieferando says the order is confirmed, but the restaurant still claims there's no order!

Disappointment! I specify in the order that I don't want this or that, and then the surprise comes: everything I didn't want was done.

We were scammed by their 2 for 1 offer. The service on the phone was very unfriendly, and we couldn't even speak to the driver.

Unfortunately, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. We took advantage of a two-for-one offer, but only received one pizza. When we called, we were fobbed off by a very unfriendly employee who simply told us it was "our own fault." Despite three attempts to call, our concerns weren't taken seriously – the third time, the call was simply ignored. To make matters worse, the pizza delivered wasn't fully cooked and was quite soggy – so the taste was also disappointing. Unfortunately, the customer service and product quality here left a lot to be desired. This was definitely our last order from Domino's.

Order accepted and never delivered, really the last thing some delivery services can do, I would never order again and expressly do not recommend it to anyone!!!

WORST PIZZA SERVICE EVER! Ordered half an hour before closing time, accepted, and still no delivery. We waited over an hour for our food in vain. A “free” cheese crust in the vegan pizza without asking. When you call and ask, we advise you to simply cut away the edge of the cheese. We then get a €5 voucher for the €15 pizza. Vegan means no animal products. Who came up with the idea of ​​making a cheese crust?

I ordered something from Dominos and I get a call from the delivery person saying he can't find my house even though he should have just driven down the side street. Ordered pizza, never again!! I even spend €3 more to have the pizza delivered earlier, only to end up having to walk from the third floor to the street late at night to get my pizza because the delivery person is too lazy to come up the stairs. The stupid delivery guy called me to come down fast so I ran down he was hitting the door with his leg trying to knock it down, I opened and asked if he waited for long, unfortunately he didn't understand so I apologised and he said: that was it pointing at the pizza. Very rude employees!!! We went there and wanted to order and the man came to us and we asked a few questions, for example. What's in the pizza rolls? The store is really bad. The employees are so inconsiderate, speak in Indian all the time, shout throughout the shop and cause a lot of noise even though you are a guest and just want to eat in peace. Normal offers that are available everywhere at Dominos are not recognized here, apparently they don't have that. So simply impossible and unfriendly. This was the best pizza I have ever tried in Hamburg. Everything was with me in 15 minutes and for the money it was great, very nice delivery person, friendly and of course I would be happy to get a tip again!!!

A very poor service person works in this store (Indian appearance and a bit older). Monday October 28th Early shift. While he was helping, he took out the side dishes from the pizza with his bare finger and ate them. I threw these away immediately!

I have a very bad experience at this Dominos-Lübecker Straße 115 22087 Hamburg made. My friend ordered a pizza online for me to pick up. When I got there I was told that there was no order in the name provided, even though I was able to show the confirmation email with the order number. The employee was unhelpful, ignored me and claimed he didn't have time to take a closer look. It wasn't until a previous customer returned that it was discovered that my order had been handed out to him by mistake. The employee did not apologize or attempt to resolve the situation. When we got home, the pizzas were of course cold. When we called to report the incident, the same employee answered the phone. His answer was simply that he couldn't help it and he simply hung up. He then didn't answer any further calls. The only feedback I received was a discount on a medium pizza, which was simply not enough given the poor service and incorrect processing.

You can forget about ordering on site. The employees there don't speak German and if you ask about prices and offers, you are asked to read the menu. It's just stupid that there's nothing on the menu about offers. Poorly trained employees, it's better to go to Mundfein a few meters away, it's friendlier there.

How should I best express it? I'm speechless... You placed a normal order via Lieferando in the evening and some things didn't arrive. So the delivery person drove back to the store and picked up the rest (supposedly). End of song Dip was delivered but the pizza rolls we ordered were still missing. I then called the store and was brushed off as quickly as possible with a disrespectful manner and the statement that everything had been delivered and that I was wrong. A second call was not even answered. Therefore I recommend ordering elsewhere. PS: Pizzas are bad in this branch anyway!!!

I've never had such a bad ordering experience. Ordered dinner at 7 p.m. but the pizza was never delivered. After 1 1/2 hours I called and was told that the pizza was on the way. After half an hour I called again because nothing came. Now no one answers the phone. The pizza never arrived, but I paid in advance!! Absolute impudence.

They just ordered pizzas. Including a salami suprem, with extra lots of salami. Unfortunately it was just a normal salami pizza although the suprem costs €2 more. That's not the worst thing about it. It can happen. I called and let them know. The gentleman at the reception was super unfriendly. I wanted to make sure it was the supreme pizza. I explain to him that that can't be right because there was really very little salami on it. (I didn't want a refund or anything, just a note, after all we ordered 8 pizzas and left €75!) He just hangs up while I'm talking! An absolute no go for me! And I'm really thinking about ordering from there again. (Large family, we never order anything for less than €70!) Oh yes...the garlic for the cheese-garlic pizza would also be forgotten! But I saved myself from calling again. In the end they say I'm lying. Incidentally, Dominos has slowed down a lot. Last time they forgot half of the order. Half of the family was then allowed to watch the other half eat. Super annoying!

Wrap was too dry and quite small/not very filled for €7.

Ich versteh nicht warum es nur 3.1 sterne hat. Ich bin voll begeistert. Schmeckt super. Schnelle und sehr gute Bedienung. Bieten eine große Auswahl, nicht nur Pizza auch wraps, dessert etc.

Pizza ist wie bei Dominos gewohnt gut. Die Lieferung ist super schnell, es gibt hier im Umkreis kein schneller geliefertes Essen als von diesem Dominos.

Ist es wirklich so schwer, eine Pizza zu schneiden? Zwei riesen Fladen und sechs winzig kleine Streifen. Ein Pizzaladen, der Pizzen nicht schneiden kann. Was soll man davon halten?

Die Chicken Strippers und Pizzabrötchen (Mozzarella Spinat) waren sehr lecker. Die chicken wings waren ok. Die Chicken Kickers waren scheinbar die runtergefallenen Reste: kleine, knorplige Stücke. Das Apple Cinnamon Bread war ein beinahe verbrannter Pizzateigkloß mit ein klein wenig Apfel-Zimt-Belag.. Die Lieferung dauerte eine Stunde. (Entfernung ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad). Anstatt einer kurzen Entschuldigung, gab es für das gegebene Trinkgeld nichtmal ein „danke“.

Das Essen ist zwar gut , aber das wird alles ins negative gezogen wenn man von gereitzten Boten angeschnautzt wird ( und das ist nicht das erste mal ) weil man die Tür oder klingel nicht findet. Es wurde angeblich gekligelt habe aber ich habe nicht gehört obwohl die klingel funktioniert( habe ich danach selber getestet) ist ja auch alles egal man kann das aber alles ordentlich sagen. Auch ich arbeite im Patienten tranzport und kann nicht jeden anschnautzen weil mir danach ist. Außerdem möchte ich gesietzt werden. Ausserdem kann man anrufen wenn man den Kunden nicht findet.

Pizza war okay. Allerdings war sie definitiv keine 9 Euro wert. Sie sah aus wie eine Tiefkühlpizza und hat auch so geschmeckt. Zudem war sie so schnell fertig, dass es nur eine Tiefkühlpizza gewesen sein kann. Der Teig ist echt schlecht, aber der Belag ist in Ordnung. Außerdem tat mir nach dem essen dieser Pizza der Gaumen sehr weh. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde Domino's Pizzeria nicht mehr aufsuchen. Jedoch war das Personal sehr freundlich.

hole mir hier regelmäßig eine Pizza raus, die Pizza ist immer schnell fertig, gut belegt und heiß.

Die Bestellung war sehr freundlich am Telefon, 10. Minuten sagten sie, zwei mal Spagetti Bolognese. Zum ab holen.. Die sind Sau schnell und wahren auch lecker. Is mal was anderes als, Pommes und so. Wenn ich wieder hier in Hamburg bin, bestelle ich wieder da... **** Sterne is mir das wert.

Bestelle dort öfters, aber am Anfang von Corona war die Bestellung Aufgrund von Telefonbestellung eine katastrophe, deshalb 4 Sterne.

Wir wollten spät noch etwas essen, es ging sehr zügig und der kleine Salat hat mich sehr positiv überrascht! Bei der Abholung vor Ort kann man sich auch eine Plastikgabel mitnehmen. Natürlich sollte man hier nur essen, wenn man Lust auf fettiges Essen hat.

Varios miembros de nuestra familia hemos comido aquí y tenía de todo, desde patatas fritas, pizza y Kebab de pollo a la falafal, que es mi favorito. Nunca tuvimos una comida que no era estupendo y puede sentarse y tomar una cerveza. Gran lugar un muy barato.

Ich gehe oft mit meinen Kollegen zu „Pizza Maus " und wir sind immer wieder zufrieden mit essen. Man hat eine große Auswahl an essen. Das Personal ist sehr höflich. Die Preise sind fair.

Wir gehen regelmäßig zu "Pizza Maus" und sind mit der Qualität immer sehr zufrieden – auch der Preis ist angesichts der guten Portionsgrößen angemessen. Die Pizzen sind immer sehr schmackhaft und gut belegt (Geheimtipp: Nr. 125). Der Sitzbereich ist zwar sehr übersichtlich, dafür aber gepflegt und sauber; außerdem nehmen die meisten Kunden ihr Essen eh To-Go mit. Insgesamt also klare Empfehlung!

Positives: Friendly cooks. Good variety of food. Great value. Negatives: "Spicy" sauce for Doner was a bit off, didn't stop me from devouring food however.
