The food is delicious every time. The employees are super mega nice. If someone says it doesn't taste good, it's a lie. I haven't even had any stomach problems so far. A ten out of ten*****

I'm pissed off!!! Waited 1.5 hours on a TUESDAY!!! Got the wrong ice cream delivered, which was in the same bag as the croque?!? Sorry but how stupid can you be?? Tomato mozzarella croque has NO basil on it but a thick sticky layer of cheap pesto. I only taste pesto. My appetite is completely ruined!!! ADDENDUM: I just tried the ice cream, apart from the fact that it was Oreo instead of children's chocolate (for €6.90 240ml), it tastes neither like Oreo nor like children's chocolate. It tastes like cheap stracciatella ice cream. A year ago everything was still great and I even left a good review on Lieferando because I was really impressed. Unfortunately now it's just bad.

Just ordered prepaid, maximum tip what I don't get ayran, but a phone call and cola is okay but then I get an ice cold croque I call to clarify and complain all I hear is "sorry I don't speak, sorry I alone," no way to get a new croque - really shabby, it used to be good today, crappy quality and crappy service. Without a doubt one of the worst croque shops I've ever seen. Neither the staff can speak German nor is your order the way you want it in the end. The Croque is also a maximum of 2 out of 10. Not recommended at all.

Yesterday I ordered a turkey breast croque. I've never eaten such a poor croque in my life. Better get it from crazy croque. The chain will definitely no longer be available for this service soon

Ordered there for the first time today as we live nearby. Vegetarian croques were very good and came quickly. Had nothing to complain about.

The service was unfriendly and rude, and hardly spoke any German. Instead of the €12.90 that was on the menu at the counter, she charged €14.90 - that was the new price on the website (she spoke a little English). She refused to sell me the sandwich for €12.90, which I think is completely illegal. So operation and service was subpar, sandwich was ok but way too expensive.

Complete disappointment, rubbish. Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for delivery. 1 hour later after I called I was told that the order would be ready in 15 minutes. This turned into 1 hour. Bread hard not edible, the chicken pineapple inside was limp. Has been warmed up. Not recommended.

Louis Croque is without a doubt the best shop in Hamburg. Their breads have an incomparable quality – fresh, crispy and really delicious. Their unique sauces are also truly impressive, they are prepared with love and care and give each dish a special and distinctive taste. The quality of service at Louis Croque is truly admirable. The staff are always friendly, respectful and attentive. Whether I'm enjoying the delicious products on site or picking up an order, I can always be sure that the orders will arrive on time and in the best quality. For me, this shop is a true jewel in Hamburg and stands for outstanding craftsmanship and excellent service.

I will never order from there again. 1 croque, 2 crepes and a donut that looked like a round lump of dough, 30 euros. Aside from the price, the food was horrible. The chicken that was supposed to be crispy looked and tasted like frozen chicken from Edeka (even that tastes better). This wasn't a crepe with Nutella, it was Nutella with a bit of dough. Make your own picture! 🙋🏿‍♂️

Food arrived faulty. The food is way too expensive for what you get. The 5 mini cheese balls (€6.90!!) were raw and extremely disgusting.

I've ordered there a few times but the driver can't find the address and brings me a cold croque for 18 euros including a tip - a tragedy! Didn't feel like calling anymore! Just don't order there anymore.. Update: I was eating there this time and wanted to give the shop a second chance...but that turned out to be catastrophic! I went in and wanted to order and the lady couldn't speak any German and only very poor English. After I placed my order, she brought me a croque with the wrong topping and said she was a bit deaf in one ear when I said that I hadn't ordered it that way She started to get upset and claimed it was my fault and that I hadn't said anything when ordering...when I then told her to remake my croque or give my money back, she spoke derogatory to her colleagues about me and in Persian said I was a liar and didn't want to give me my money back. After I was fed up and got louder, the colleague handed me my money. The woman has no idea about gastronomy, she is completely out of place, no German, no English, deaf and extremely unfriendly and unreasonable, a prime example of how you can destroy your own shop with the wrong staff. You have lost several customers and we are not ordering anything anymore!

Amazing sandwiches, great service and very polite staff. This place is carrying the neighborhood, totally saved us late in the night! Absolutely recommend!

Just ordered from Lieferando. Croque hollandaise was super tasty, packaging and presentation were very nice.

The taste was okay, but the order arrived wrong. With tomatoes instead of without and the drink was completely missing...

Croques came without sauces. These will be delivered later, but I now have to separate the salad from the bread and the tuna in order to bake the bread and cheese again, etc. There is no new warm croque from Louis. This is my 2nd bad experience with the store and my first bad review overall. A pity

Really really bad. Was there to pick up and had to wait 3/4 hour because (the very friendly people) couldn't get anything done until the boss came. Forgot a sauce and had a few crabs on it (not ordered but perhaps relevant for allergy sufferers). It's a shame, I live on the corner, but I'll never go there again.

I'm excited. It was so delicious, especially since the delivery was very quick and my food arrived warm. Deserves more than 5 stars ☺️

Great baker, tastes freshly prepared

Ordered via Uber Eats: You could order dishes via Uber Eats (Croque Falaffel and Tomato Cheese Balls) that are probably no longer available in the range. We were told this on the phone and instead we had normal cheese balls and a croque with “crunchy chicken” and hollandaise sauce. Maybe you should let Uber Eats change that. The order came incomplete, a croque was missing. The cheese balls and the mozzarella sticks that I also ordered were cold and were of the highest quality frozen goods from the cheap brand in the supermarket. The first croque delivered was at most lukewarm. The “Crunchy Chicken” was paper thin and not a bit “crunchy”. There was hardly a trace of the hollandaise sauce; without more sauce the croque would have been very dry. The forgotten croque was delivered 15 minutes later and was at least warm. There was no compensation - not even a voucher or anything similar. Even with the second croque, the "crunchy chicken" was again catastrophic and the bit of lettuce, a tomato and 2 small cucumbers on a 15 cm croque were rather poor. The only good thing about everything was the sauces and the bread.

The delivery was quick as it was around the corner. However, the crispy croque wasn't tasty... the crispy meat wasn't meat... more like crumbs!! The bread was good… but we won't order it again. 33€ for 2 croques luckily there was a 10€ coupon.

I made 2 orders today and not the first time it tastes really great because everything is fresh and crunchy, unfortunately something was forgotten today, which can happen sometimes. I got really great compensation for it so you can't get mad at all. I think it's great that it's very important to the employees to make customers happy. Big thanks to the man who always takes the orders, even though he has so much to do, he is very friendly on the phone.

I ordered the Croque Crispy Hollandaise, of course without any other sauce. If I had done that, the bread wouldn't be dry, because I couldn't find the hollandaise and except for it being very spicy (I had the jalanpenos taken down, which also worked great, 1 star), the croque had no taste . When I called, I was told that it would be checked via video and if I was right, I would get a gift and that was the end of the conversation. That's what you get when you want to try something different, but apparently most people get lucky. I never again

We won't buy croque here anymore... there's far too little topping and the bread is sticky... it's a shame.

Ordered on Friday evening. Around 10 p.m. / 2230 p.m. Food arrived within about 30 to 40 minutes. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just perfect. Always a top choice. Sucuk is classified as mild, but was good Baba spicy :D

I ordered on a Tuesday evening and waited 75 minutes for a cold croque. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful on the phone. I'm going to get a kebab now.

I ordered there and was there myself and everything was perfect. Very young employees were very nice to me. They gave me the food warm and whenever I ordered it arrived very quickly and was still warm, so the bottom line is the store perfect and I recommend it to everyone

I never really write reviews, but there's no other option now. The delivery was absolutely disastrous! Ordered mozzarella fries and the melon salad for 23 euros. The mozzarella fries arrived ice cold and soggy.... Statement from the employee on the phone "At 5km away that's logical..." Eh, no? Other delivery services can do this too and if that's a problem, then they don't offer dishes like that! Of course, mozzarella fries are no longer extremely hot and crunchy when delivered...but how from the fridge? They were inedible and unfortunately ended up in the trash. The melon salad is also a joke for 13 euros... a small piece of melon with a little grated goat cheese on top and a few peanuts. Tasted like nothing! Absolutely no response from the branch, just excuses. That was the first and the last time! 23 euros thrown into the bin! It's a shame about the money and especially the food! At least the driver was nice...which even increased the amount because of the 3 euro tip. I order food very often and I've really never experienced anything like this!

The croques only arrived after 1.5 hours, even though a delivery time of 45 minutes was announced. When we asked, we said that the driver had probably been driving in circles and couldn't find our address. In the end he probably came on foot!? According to our own guess, the croques were in the paper bag for at least 30 minutes without any thermal insulation. No aluminum foil, just paper around it. Result: ice cold croques!!! Of course this was complained about and we were given a voucher code for 10 euros. The manager on the phone was also very nice and apologized, which the driver didn't even manage to do. I will never order here again because it was already the 2nd attempt! It's a real shame because the sauces and toppings are actually really good!

Price/performance ratio doesn't match at all. Market prices have certainly risen significantly - despite everything, it still doesn't justify delivering poor quality. For a small croque, 10 euros, plus delivery fee and a tip if necessary, customers simply expect more. The croque should have more filling than just a slice of turkey and a bit of coleslaw. Unfortunately the driver spoke little to no GERMAN. Service is therefore zero.

Croque came totally cold quite annoying for the price All the croques had to go back into the oven.

We ordered and ate there. The service was very nice and the food was really tasty, we had a croque with crispy chicken and a vegetarian one. Ambiance is also very nicely designed, quite modern. Would definitely go again.

Was there for the second time, the first time the crouque was great, the second time unfortunately a failure. There was no coleslaw, it was so thinly topped that it really wasn't tasty.

Fast 2 Stunden auf eine Bestellung gewartet. Als man telefonisch nachfragen möchte, wird einfach nicht ans Telefon gegangen. Bodenlos frech und überteuert. Nie wieder :)

Leckere Croques und Dips. Auch das Crepe war sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Die Preise sind angemessen und auch die Größe Croques. Frisch und Lecker. Würde ich wieder besuchen.

Super leckere Crouqes und so viel Vielfalt. Das Essen kommt jedes mal schnell und warm an. Wir bestellen immer wieder gerne bei Louis Croque.

Ich hab ein paar Verbessungsvorschläge für die Croques, denn meins war nicht wirklich gut um einen Preis von 13€ zu rechtfertigen. Erstmal solltet ihr dafür sorgen, dass das Brot "saftiger" wird, denn es hat meinen Mund nach jedem Biss komplett ausgetrocknet. Außerdem war das Verhältnis von Belag zu Brot ziemlich unausgewogen (80% Brot und 20% Belag) Dadurch hab ich wenig vom eigentlichen Coque geschmeckt. Klatscht richtig viel Belag rauf Leute, ihr müsst schon was bieten, für den Preis den ihr fordert. Mich hat es auch verwirrt, dass die Soße, die ich mir für den Croque ausgesucht hatte, nicht auf meinem Croque gelandet ist, sondern in einer Plasikschale mitserviert wurde. why?? Soße muss auf das Sandwich. Die Soße die ich bestellt habe (Knoblauch), hat übrigens sehr gut geschmeckt! Und der Laden ist schön eingerichtet:)

Das was den Laden auszeichnet sind seine Soßen, jedes Mal aufs neue sehr lecker.

Bestellt und croques kommen ohne Saucen an. Mehrfach angerufen (mehr als 10 mal) aber es geht keiner ran. Korrektur: Saucen wurden nachgeliefert (45 min später) Croques sind gut aber wenn etwas nicht läuft wünscht man sich ein bisschen Gegenleistung

Mit hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Mitarbeiter in der Frühschicht der uns bedient hat war top! Er hat mich sogar auf die 10€ Rabatt von Uber eats angewiesen. Ein sehr netter Kerl und immer am lächeln.

Von mir gibt´s volle fünf Sterne. Habe heute über das Internet bestellt und anschließend nochmal angerufen, um was zu ergänzen. 15 Minuten später stand der sympathische Kollege vom Telefon ( ich glaube. es war der Chef selber ) bei mir vor der Tür, überreichte mir den Croque und sagte mit einem netten Grinsen: "Ich dachte, du hast Hunger, dehalb haben wir uns beeilt". Klar, sowas geht nicht immer. Kann auch mal etwas länger dauern, wenn viel zu tun ist. Aber trotzdem freut man sich natürlich über so einen sympathischen Move...Und der Croue war auch sehr solide und lecker. Groß, frisch, Brot frisch und Sauce auch echt gut. Alles wird gerade teurer Davon bleiben natürlich auch die Lieferdienste nicht verschont. Aber man wird hier wirklich satt, es schmeckt und die Truppe ist motiviert und nett. Für mich lohnt sich das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis Bin total zufrieden! Alles Gute weiterhin!

Ich kann mich leider den meisten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es ist absolut nichts besonderes. Der Croque war okay aber den hätte ich zu Hause genauso gut hinbekommen. Preislich finde es dafür leider etwas zu teuer. Ich möchte hier niemanden was unterstellen aber ich habe vor Ort gesehen, dass ein Crêpe mit normalen Lidl Apfelmus bestrichen worden ist und dafür finde ich es leider zu teuer. Gute und bessere Zutaten würden so einen hoher Preis rechtfertigen. Was gar nicht geht ist die Kommunikation der Mitarbeiter im Laden. „Ey Bruder mach mal, Bruder mach schneller, ja Bruder, Bruder, Bruder und das vor Kunden.
