Vapiano in Hamburg

I ordered a bolonese pasta last night and was the worst bolonese pasta I have ever had. The atmosphere was great, the guy at the entry at the desk was very helpful and polite, but the food urgh!! I took three bites of the food and I left, I couldn't keep eating because was disgusting. Horrible sauce, full of black pepper, no taste at all, a poor sprinkle of parmesan cheese. The chef was very unhappy and in a bad mood, he literally threw the plate to me. Never again at this place. I've been many times at Vapiano in different cities but at this time I was very disappointed.

Thanks to employee Christiane (glasses, dark hair) for the impressive demonstration of how to best scare guests away—unsympathetic, rude, and completely disinterested. And the food: I haven't had such a bad meal in a long time! I was last here a few months ago, and everything has deteriorated dramatically since then. It doesn't even deserve a single star ⭐️—it's not worth the money at all.

I had spaghetti with shrimp and spinach, but the food had nothing to do with Italian cuisine. The spaghetti was like Chinese noodles, overcooked to the point of sticking together. The shrimp was very old and tasted bad. The spinach was green and not cooked.

The Atmosphere is okay and it looks pretty nice. But the most important thing, the food, is expensive and very lackluster. The spaghetti tastes like instant noodles and is overcooked. And on top of that, instead of just ordering normally, you’re forced to use their website and create a group as if you were ordering a package from amazon. But to be fair the staff are very nice and friendly Though the staff are friendly

We went to Vapiano Kurze Mühren on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately, the gluten-free alternatives listed online (e.g., pinsa) weren't available on site – only salad without bread was available. The pizza, pinsa, and lasagna tasted okay, but the mango and chicken salad was disappointing: lots of iceberg lettuce, not much mango/chicken, and for just under €15, it was neither special nor filling. The restaurant felt empty and dark; the staff, while friendly in person, were generally unprofessional due to loud conversations in the open kitchen. Drinks had to be picked up separately in an adjoining room. Overall, we didn't think the menu was appropriate for the price and can't recommend the restaurant.

I had the spaghetti carbonara, simply delicious! The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauce creamy and flavorful, just as it should be. It was accompanied by a refreshing iced tea, which went wonderfully with the dish. The quiet atmosphere was particularly pleasant, as there were only a few customers, so you could enjoy the meal in peace. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A successful visit that I would gladly repeat!

Unfortunately, the experience was rather sobering. When asked if there was a place to sit outside, the response was, "Yeah, what a question." When I pointed out that there were no chairs outside, the answer was, "Then just bring some with you." Spaghetti aglio olio was just a lump, completely sticky and flavorless. The pasta gamberetti and spinach were so salty they were inedible.

Very friendly service and a really nice, clean place – including well-maintained restrooms. However, the prices are constantly rising, while the portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Unfortunately, we both had stomach problems the evening after our visit. The salads are absolutely not recommended, but the pinza was really very good, and the pasta was okay too.

The ambiance and "service" are rather poor, given the concept. The food is truly disappointing: - Pasta not al dente, cooked far too long - "Carbonara" with cream sauce - Pesto tastes like nothing. It used to contain pine nuts, along with fresh basil, but today both are missing and have been replaced by a pile of unsuitable rocula. Incredibly disappointing.

Wow, here pasta is prepared live before your eyes, in a stylish ambiance with a food court feel. A relaxed concept for any time of day: lunch, dinner, or after-work drinks, all under one roof.

The food is very good. Not only can you choose your own dish, you can choose what pasta should be used. The online service was very confusing, but the biggest problem was that we were a big group.

The regular pizza was very thin and dry. It felt like it had been in the oven too long. I have to say, though, that the pasta was good and the presentation was nice.

Ordering at the terminal worked without any problems. However, it took a very long time to prepare the food, even though the restaurant was almost quiet.

I've always enjoyed going to this Vapiano location. Friendly staff, nice chefs, good food, and friendly waiters. But today, unfortunately, something very unpleasant happened to me. We were there on Friday (August 1st, around 9:30 p.m.). We ordered food and drinks at the terminal. We picked up our drinks. Unfortunately, at my table, I noticed that I had received sparkling water instead of still. At first, I thought this was a mistake. I politely went to the bar, complained, and the bartender's immediate reaction was rolling her eyes, sighing in annoyance, and shaking her head. The bartender then gave me a lecture lasting several minutes, explaining the difference between San Pellegrino water and still Acqua Panna. The highlight, however, was when the employee showed me the screen and told me that I had actually ordered sparkling water. It turned out that I had actually made a typo on the ordering terminal. But that can happen. However, the entire way this was conveyed to me was beyond unprofessional and customer-unfriendly. The lady had no desire to be with customers and no desire to serve me. There are certainly shops that react more customer-friendly to such problems and give the payer a new drink (which I certainly didn't expect) when you've already spent €30-40 on things, including dessert, and are a regular customer. I would have paid the €3.95 extra for a water, but even that wasn't offered. Perhaps the lady should be better trained to react more appropriately in such situations and to act in a more customer-oriented manner; this is essential, especially in the restaurant industry. It's a shame; I always liked the shop. But this was enough for me today.

Unfortunately, I had to wait a long time... it will definitely be quicker next time...

The food was delicious; we had three different salads. The ambiance is very pleasant, with plenty to watch and read.

Cozy place, order your food on a screen, pick it up and enjoy it. And because you paid when you ordered, you just get up and leave. Huge plus.

I love their foods where you can chose your pasta and your own dressing, they only inconvenient for me is the seats are not comfortable at all. The service is good

The pinsas are incredibly delicious, but I wouldn't recommend going there on a Saturday night. It's extremely crowded, you have to wait for a seat, and then we waited another 45 minutes for our food. It's also extremely loud. If we'd known, we wouldn't have come.

The food and ambiance are great. The service still has a lot of room for improvement. If this type of chain restaurant is the only way to offer the same quality and reasonable prices, then you have to sacrifice service. I would still recommend the place because of its quiet yet central location, right next to the main train station.

Unfortunately, it's deteriorated considerably. Nothing tasted good; it's very watery. I used to enjoy coming here. Two pastas and two drinks for €47 is pretty steep. Raw shrimp are a disaster. I would have preferred a kebab... please don't come here... then I waited over half an hour even though the place was empty...

Avoid at all costs. Pasta was overcooked, had no flavor, and the glasses stank. The waitress agreed and didn't apologize. No one asked if you were satisfied. Very loud children.

The food is wonderful, delicious and enchanting and there's nothing to complain about BUT the service takes far too long, please work on it!

Wir waren mit ca. 15 Personen im Vapiano. Ich und mein Kollege waren das erste Mal da. Nochmal werden wir das Lokal nicht besuchen. Erstmal umständlich mit Handy und QR Code bestellen. Das haute nicht so hin. Auf die Frage nach Hilfe, wurde nicht nett reagiert. Als wenn man zu blöd wäre. Habe das auch zum ersten Mal gemacht. Eine Karte finde ich besser. Na, ja. Dann kam das Essen. Ich sage dann, oh, die Spagetti Bolognese ist für mich. Zur Antwort kam: " Sie sind noch nicht dran" Zur anderen Kollegin von uns: " Was gucken sie mich so an?" Hallo, die Dame hat ja mit uns gesprochen. Dann wird man normalerweise angeschaut. Habe noch nie so schlechte Nudeln gegessen. Die man im Laden kaufen kann schmecken auf jeden fall besser. Nudeln haben einen merkwürdigen Teig. Vielleicht mal einen Neuen Teig probieren.

The Vapiano in Hamburg is great! We usually only go to Vapiano for the pasta, to eat the entire menu once, and this time, it didn't disappoint. We ordered Gorgonzola pasta and Pollo Picante, both of which were excellently prepared, and the Picante was neither too spicy nor too sweet. The colleagues at this Vapiano were very nice, and the classic "order at the monitor and wait to be notified" system worked perfectly. One note: for the notification, you use a pager that rings as soon as the food is ready. Be careful when you sit outside, because sometimes it doesn't ring outside. If it takes too long, go inside and ask. Don't say afterward, "I couldn't have known that." :D

The restaurant was almost empty, but I had to wait over 30 minutes for a pasta dish, and your staff is hard-working. Perhaps you should hire more employees!

I came to have lunch with my daughter. We had a pizza Margarita & a side salad.

Because of the digital ordering process, you can't specify special requests, you have to go to the counter to pay, and unfortunately the food didn't taste good.

We spontaneously went for a quick bite to eat at lunch. Four years ago, it was great and absolutely delicious. This time, it was an absolute disaster. A server brought out plates. Three minutes later, he made a pizza without washing his hands and without using a hair mask. If you have an intolerance, you're punished. A small pinsa for almost €20. It wasn't a small lunch. Then they gave me strange looks because I didn't order anything to drink and only one dish. When I paid at the cash register, they expected a tip, which I didn't understand, and then I was rudely dismissed. I won't be going back to this place. The taste has also deteriorated considerably.

After four years, we returned to Vapiano for our Hamburg weekend. This time, we didn't like it; the prices were too high for what you get. Service was sloppy. People looked at us strangely when we shared a pinsa for lunch. The guy with his long hair was not very hygienic; he constantly walked around the preparation area without a hat and at one point even prepared food without gloves.

Went there for dinner. Portions are great for the price. The only deduction is the preparation time—40 minutes.

The service is excellent, very courteous and attentive. However, the pizza was extremely greasy... The pinsa dough itself is significantly richer than the egg in a regular pizza, and there were tons of cheese on top. It's strange that they always come with scissors... Why should I cut my pizza with scissors? (As a left-handed person, I can't do much with regular scissors anyway, and mine fell apart when I even touched them.) The atmosphere is more like a quick bite to eat and then leave. Most of the chairs have no backs, and the music is very loud. The coffee and tiramisu are delicious. Next time, I'll just go for coffee.

The concept at this VaPiano is the worst I've experienced so far. In Munich and Stuttgart, just like here, you can order at the counter, but you can also order from a person at the counter. It's friendlier and works better. Special requests or the obligatory bread were never a problem in Stuttgart or Munich. Here, unfortunately, it's complicated or not possible at all. The app is impractical and annoying. This will probably be the last time... If we hadn't been so hungry, we would have left. Digitalization is fine if it simplifies things. But here, unfortunately, it went completely wrong. The staff was nice and can't do anything about the unfortunately inappropriate processes. Besides, a few interactions with people are also valuable ;-). If I want to eat alone with my smartphone, I can also get the pizza to go... that saves me the cost of drinks. This is how restaurants and restaurant culture are dying out. What a shame.

Some of the pasta was cold, and I had to wait 50 minutes for the pizza. You can only order at the display or at the table with your phone. With these systems, I only tip myself. It's a shame for the staff! The taste of both the pizza and pasta has deteriorated considerably, but they've raised the prices considerably. At least that was the last time we went there. Which is a shame, because the food used to be really delicious at Vapiano.

Vapiano really isn't what it used to be. Our food was edible and quite filling, but the quality was a solid 6 for a restaurant. I had the pasta with mushrooms and chicken. The mushrooms weren't golden-brown fried mushroom quarters like the photo on the menu, but probably a single, delicately shaved mushroom. I also had to hunt for the chicken pieces; there were a maximum of five mini pieces. My daughter had pasta with tomatoes and mozzarella balls. A total of three mozzarella balls adorned the sad menu. My second daughter ordered a salami pizza and got tuna. Of course, we sent it back, and were just given dull looks and asked if we really hadn't ordered a tuna pizza. Thanks to the app, we were able to show that it really was salami. So we ate our pasta first while we continued waiting for the new pizza. It looked great, but unfortunately it didn't taste good because the salami was so disgusting that it was inedible. The chili oil on the table had also expired two months ago. No thanks! Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos of the food because we were so hungry and had to wait forever for the food that we dug in straight away. All in all, the value for money isn't good at all and is more reminiscent of a bad youth hostel canteen. We definitely won't be back. What a shame.

We were here with our two children and were very hungry. A visit to Vapiano was sufficient for that, but only to satisfy our hunger. The furniture and decor are very dated, the soap dispensers in the restrooms were empty, some of the toilets were broken, and the olive oil was diluted with water. Upon request, we were given a different bottle of olive oil that was not diluted. Service is almost nonexistent these days, as everything is ordered and paid for almost automatically via app or counter.

Delicious food, gluten-free options available. Highly recommended for families with children. There's a nice play area.

We had delicious noodles. I had the version with mushrooms. It was really good. But it lacked a bit of spice, even though I had already ordered it with chili and such. Otherwise, everything was good. The bread was super delicious. The service was also good—a bit taciturn, but not bad.

The noodles are like plastic... I miss the chicken in my chicken sauce... the way they order isn't really my style either... There used to be more tinsel. An employee first plays with her long hair and then has her fingers in the food.

My first visit to this dining establishment will also be my last. The entire experience was rather sobering. Aside from the friendly greeting, I can't say there was great communication with the service team. Asked to order via a browser app, which works somehow but is rather cumbersome in its menu navigation, you spend your time there with little service. The seating, as far as I could tell, is either high bar stool-like chairs or stools without backrests, which in my case weren't good for my bad back. The place wasn't particularly busy, but the wait until the food arrived was relatively long. The food tasted adequate, but the seasoning was insignificant and therefore rather unsatisfying, and overall, relatively expensive for the price. To my surprise, and if I understood the label correctly, all the oils in my immediate vicinity, which were distributed around the tables, were also expired (see photo). Perhaps I'm mistaken and reading the label incorrectly; please correct me if I'm wrong. So, in conclusion: If nothing else is open, you can definitely go to Vapiano, but if you can avoid it, you should do so.

Nice pasta and pizza. I find the dishes a bit different to the London branches. I think the food may be adapted to different countries, I personally prefer the same dishes in UK but overall still a nice option.

Always heartburn after eating at Vapiano.

Vapiano has slowed down quite a bit. The online ordering and payment terminals have the charm of an American fast food chain. The alternative is to order at the table using your mobile phone - but notification of when the food can be picked up from the kitchen didn't work smoothly. Personal ordering with individual wishes is not possible. Cash payment is still possible upon request at the exit, but apparently reluctant. It doesn't have to be anymore. Too bad.

The service level has fallen over the years. Today's staff didn't seem like they bothered to be there. The pasta dish was dry and sticky and the lasagne was more bachemel sauce and pasta than meat. Think they could use some tightening up

Unfortunately, the Vapiano has lost much of its original charm. The concept of watching cooking and ordering individually is hardly noticeable anymore - instead, the ambience is more reminiscent of a cafeteria. Despite the changed processes, the waiting time is still quite long. The prices are quite high and are not always in proportion to the quality offered. Overall, okay for a quick bite, but unfortunately no longer the special experience it once was.

Absolutely terrible. Service is very important here. We were there earlier than our friends and wanted to have a drink beforehand - the waiter refused and claimed that drinks can only be ordered with the food. When everyone was there, one person only received his drink after asking three times. The wine glass was dirty. The pizza was totally dry and with little toppings (vegan salami - there were no vegetables on it, not even tomatoes). The only bright spot: the noodles are still as delicious as they used to be. Conclusion: NEVER again Vapiano. Addition after a few years: Still 1 star, probably none at all. Dirty, sticky tables, this construct for oil and a lamp contained dust, dirt and dead insects, unmotivated and unwelcoming welcome, wobbly chairs, dry pasta, outrageous prices... For the prices I prefer to go to the Italian restaurant on the corner, I pay less and I'm treated friendly and warmly. Guys, save your money for Vapiano. It's wasted money.

The chefs know their craft and the food is really good. The nice thing is that you can order directly at the table. A QR code is scanned and then it starts.

I found the ordering system to be terrible. McD.....in Italian. The ordered food would at least be brought to the table...but these also have to be picked up yourself. The food itself was good. The table was very dirty. Even dropped food on neighboring tables didn't bother the "service" staff. The lady at reception was terribly bored and unmotivated. Friendliness and courtesy are non-existent. All in all...the first and last time at Vapiano. Too bad.

We actually just wanted to eat a quick Italian meal and almost failed because of the complicated online ordering process. Clear instructions for newcomers would have helped, but the service person at the entrance was more concerned with her hair. Pizza was a little underseasoned for me. The table was very dirty, but was wiped down briefly upon request.

Unfortunately, the Vapiano has degraded very badly. The new way of ordering using a smartphone is not the typical restaurant experience. Although online ordering is simple and compact, service calls via cell phone are not taken into account. In addition, the food is no longer prepared individually in front of you. But you have to walk to pick up your food. The food also didn't taste fresh and you get the feeling that the quantity was saved. In the end I wanted to take it with me, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. Nobody reacted. When paying, a 5% tip was automatically added, which you have to change yourself. Ich war früher immer gern in Vapiano. Aber da ich nicht mehr in HH wohne, war ich bestimmt seit 5 Jahren nicht mehr da. Gestern hatte ich Freunde aus dem Ausland eingeladen da zu essen. Nie wieder Vapiano. Das System hat wohl etwas gewechselt, ich kam damit nicht zu recht am Telefon zu bestellen, also ging ich an den Stand, wo man auch bestellen kann, obwohl auch die kassieren merkte, dass wir mit der Bestellung Probleme hat kam keine Hilfe, erst als ich ein anderen Mitarbeiter fragte, ob er helfen kann, kam er uns zu Hilfe. Service gleich 0, die Teller waren so dreckig und eklig daraus zu essen. Besteck ebenfalls dreckig. Als ich die Dame an der Kasse die dreckigen Teller zeigte, kam kaum eine Reaktion. Die Pizza schmeckte wirklich sehr lecker, aber auch das war nicht mehr Heiß, weil es zu lange an der Theke stand. Für mich war es das letztes Mal, das ich Vapiano betrete.

We placed an order on the screen that was deleted, the process is long, it is not possible to pay in cash, which is something we did not know We ordered pasta with mushroom cream and green pasta with burrata cheese it was very tasty Regarding the food, you have to come to pick it up, the device beeps, which did not happen, and even when we went and asked, they said it would be ready soon, and again only when we got up did we find out that the food was ready

Unfortunately the food was really bad, the noodles were hard and dry and only tasted like pasta water. The prices are far too high for the fact that you have to order online, pick up the food and cutlery yourself and the drinks aren't even brought to the table. We won't come back.

The standard of the place has dropped significantly, not everything ordered arrives, the waiting time is long and unreasonable, it has become a miserable place.

Nach gut 4 Jahren war ich mal wieder dort. Es hatte ja früher vom Konzept schon den Charm einer Kantine aber die Calzone war prima früher und der Blick in die Küche war immer charmant. Was ich dieses mal erlebt hab war unterirdisch. Mittlerweile kann man nur über das Handy bestellen oder so Display Automaten wie bei McDonalds. Die Karte ist übersichtlich. Pizza ist an Auswahl recht knapp. Pizza gibts aber dafür jetzt auch mit Sucuk... finde ich für italienische Küche daneben. Wir hatten Nudeln und Pinsa. Es sollte eine SMS geschickt werden wenn die Gerichte fertig sind. Brauchte über 30 Minuten. Und der Laden war nicht voll. Die Getränke wurden uns einfach samt Tablett auf den Tisch geknallt. Irgendwann haben wir in der Webseite tierfer geschaut und gesehen, dass unser Essen zum abholen bereit steht. Die Pina war kalt. Die Nudeln ok. Als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren kam die SMS, dass das Essen zu abholen bereit steht; und nein es lag nicht am Empfang des Handys. In der Zwischenzeit ist der Küche ordentlich was angebrannt, so dass der gesamte vordere Raum unter Rauch stand. lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Nie wieder!

The food was OK, but nothing special. For the Aglio Olio pasta, the pasta water was definitely not salted. The service staff was nice and my pizza was good. Unfortunately, something burned in the kitchen, which is why the restaurant was full of smoke in a very short time and the smoke also got into the clothes. A pleasant stay was then no longer possible. Okay for a quick meal, but unfortunately I can't recommend it.

Modern restaurant. No service, but order everything via the website. Just behind the Hamburg shopping center and near Central Station. Food was tasty, hot and more than enough quantity.

I liked the concept. Ordering food from a machine or on your phone is a great thing. In a way, they are not pressuring people to choose the food or anything. The food was very good. And the place was very cozy ☺️

Never again... I had the Vapiano in mind as a down-to-earth institution: price/performance ratio ok. What happened to me this week is worth less than a 1* rating. The pasta was not edible (some solid and soft parts, 5 small pieces of chicken, bland sauce and little seasoning). When asked, there were harsh answers ("we produce the pasta ourselves", the "chicken pieces are weighed"). No friendly welcome, instead an immediate notification that we will transfer the amount back to your account.

The music was so loud that you couldn't have a conversation and it wasn't possible to turn it down when asked. The pasta was drowning in cream and was barely seasoned. The lady at the drinks counter made me feel stupid because I didn't understand the concept right away. Doesn't have to happen again. It used to be super tasty at Vapiano. What happened ?

The place looks a bit abandoned and has for sure lost the charm that it once had. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The beverage prices are just ridiculous. They used to make one of the nicest pizzas in town, now they only have pinsa which has nothing to do with the pizza they once made. It is half as big and also more expensive. The place used to be cool people used to enjoy it, but now with all the quality drops including the staff hospitality and attention, the prices and the lack of pizza, it does seem like people avoid the place with good reason. Even if the food is still good it is hard to enjoy it in the restaurant the music is blasting, the place is dirty and untidy, the service is non existent and the prices are steep. I used to love the place a long time ago. Time to let it go and let it be what it now is (a company that is fighting hard to still exist? Making cuts wherever possible? I don't know

Overall a good visit. The service is more like a check-in - everything is anonymous, everything is quick, you do everything yourself. But it's okay - it doesn't bother me. The food was good - the pasta was very al dente, but I like it more al dente. The toilets were clean. The decoration is subtle but nice. I was very happy about the chili oil at the table. The bread tasted even better.

The food wasn't particularly tasty and the service wasn't there. The tables were full of dirty dishes, which were not cleared away during the entire stay of almost two hours - at no table. For the quality of the food, the prices were not at all reasonable. We were used to something different from the Vapiano. The toilets were pretty dirty, a disaster with a child. We don't go to Vapiano anymore and we're really not picky people. Price-performance is underground.

Zum essen sind wir leider gar nicht erst gekommen. Wir benötigten Hilfe bei der Bestellung. Die Dame am Empfang begrüßte uns schon etwas unfreundlich und war nicht bereit uns das Bestellsystem zu erklären. Dann verließ sie den Counter und kam erstmal nicht zurück. Als sie wieder auftauchte, wurde sich nicht um Kunden gekümmert, sondern ein Plausch mit Kollegen geführt. Auf Nachfrage, ob sie uns helfen könnte, bekamen wir ein ungnädiges "gleich" zu hören. I ordered an arrabiata, what I got had nothing to do with it! It's a shame to trash good Italian food like that!

Sluggish staff, where we, as a group, missed a bit of service and handling, but otherwise nothing to complain about the food, it tasted great

Disaster compared to before. Bad service, no one has a clue. Completely under stuffed

I don't even know where to start. The dishes on the tables weren't cleared away for ages. Some of the tables were very dirty. We waited 50 minutes for our food. My husband was asked twice if our order had been received. Unfortunately, the staff was short and couldn't or wouldn't help him. Everyone at our neighboring tables got their food before us, even though some of them arrived significantly later than us. When we finally got our food, we received the starter and the main course at the same time. The tomato soup was okay so far. Unfortunately the pasta was cold and tasted terrible. Because of the open space, it is very loud and echoes strongly. The noise is exceeded by very loud music. The toilets weren't particularly clean, but the hand dryer was particularly disgusting. We were at Vapiano a few years ago and we really liked it. Unfortunately there is nothing left of it. If we are in Hamburg again, we will definitely not visit this restaurant again.

Self-service via the tableaus has eliminated the queues, but it has also become impersonal. Nevertheless: the choice of food is delicious, it would be great if you could watch your own food being prepared again, the chefs are so nice!

I used to always really look forward to going to Vapiano. Now that I have to order everything via a giant touchscreen, I'm totally disappointed. That was my last time in Vapiano. I hate touch screen orders. It's the worst idea ever... I'm also boycotting other restaurants that have introduced this. When I go out to eat, I want to have contact with other people. It's a shame... The food was still very tasty and the few people I made an extra effort to talk to were very nice. Unfortunately, they're probably worried about their jobs. At some point all people will be replaced by electronics and technology. Terrible. And another little thing about the ambience... Why are you so economical about using chairs that actually have a backrest?

I'm actually glad this branch still exists. The coffee/cake area is a real oasis for "city center conditions" - even on a Sunday we had a lot of choice of seating and thanks to the special layout of the property, you don't notice the constant comings and goings of guests in the café corner. Great for skittish dogs! Generally great that dogs are welcome. However, the music could be turned down a little so that you can have a better conversation! “Death by chocolate” is a poem and has tasted great for years. One star deducted because the hot drinks are not hot. If I tell you nicely and get a replacement, this drink is also only lukewarm. Please definitely improve this. Especially in winter! What bothers me a bit personally is the fact that at the end of the visit you smell strongly of garlic (clothes/hair), because a lot of garlic is cooked openly next door. Maybe counteract this with more extractor hoods or something similar? That won't stop me from coming back though :) Best chocolate cake in the world. Thanks!

Prepared quickly, a little better than fast food. Solid if you're looking for something quickly on the weekend without making a reservation.

It is known that VAPIANO was not particularly successful. The concept itself is very good and well thought out. What broke the company's neck was the pricing strategy and the quality of the food. I'm not a fan of VAPIANO because the pizza wasn't tasty and the pasta wasn't cooked through. VAPIANO ciao ciao

Things have gotten so unbelievably bad. Were there at the end of 2023, everything was great, but now... Really bad, unfriendly service, ordering only online, the delicious pizza is no longer available, pasta is run of the mill, poor value for money, canteen atmosphere. Simply disappointing.
