Top pasta and pizza, food was very tasty and reasonably priced (pizza/pasta + drink=13/14€) I can only recommend it!

Unfortunately we had to wait 50 minutes for our food, which is really annoying. The price was quite high for a simple pasta dish, and I think €4.20 for a 0.33 liter cola is excessive. The taste of the food was okay, but nothing special.

Food was okay. Toilets were very dirty, women's toilets were totally dirty...

It's a shame to have to take away two stars, waited 50 minutes for Pinsa on December 28th, 2024. 1 employee at Pizza and Pinsa was too little too slow. Only after 40 minutes of talking to the employee over the salad did the two of us work on the pasta. The drinks were put down a little carelessly. The employee who was clearing away was really happy, which saved the fourth star for service. The plan was actually to have a quick mulled wine at the Christmas market on the way to the musical &JULIA. Had to be omitted. Maybe things will be better on the next visit

Pasta was delicious. They are using a self-service system, which is new for me for such type of restaurants.

Some of the pasta was cold and I had to wait 50 minutes for the pizza. You can only order at displays or at the table with your cell phone. With such systems, I only pay tips to myself. Too bad for the staff! The taste of both the pizza and the pasta has decreased significantly, but the prices have increased considerably. At least we were there last time. Which is actually a shame, because it used to be really tasty at Vapiano.

Warm beer, so I'm saying it doesn't even have a good cold to drink. employees are very indifferent, pizza is delicious and good. One pizza is enough for two people (if you’re not very hungry and just want something to snack on with beer). You can place your order quickly thanks to the self-service screens. It’s a clean and nice place.

Dishes didn't all arrive at once even though it showed on the cell phone that everything was ready for pickup. Noodles were only lukewarm, as were the water glasses. Price performance is not right here at all.

Paid 30 euros for dinner during the fire alarm. Loading absolute crap. The noodles were also half raw, I feel absolutely cheated, it was the first and last time in the dump.

I haven't been to Vapiano in a long time, and now I remember why. The whole concept is a flop, you wait forever for very simple dishes that are absolutely overpriced. If the whole thing still tasted good, it would still be ok. The pasta was salty and very dry. And the pumpkin soup, which was also salty, was more like a children's porridge. So neither fast, nor cheap, nor good. The ambience has something of the main station, I don't understand the good reviews at all. The only positive thing is the lady at reception.

It's best not to go! It took half an hour for the food to be ready. The food was extremely salty, especially the pumpkin soup, but also the gnocchi. It hardly tasted like anything except salt. Service, well no service is the concept... The room has the acoustics of a train station hall, the tables are close together and the music is playing way too loudly. Unfortunately it's not cheap either. Never again. There is nothing that speaks for this restaurant.

I've been here from time to time, but it's not really great. I enjoyed the food (pasta) and it was ready relatively quickly. But before switching to the new “technology”, there was still bread with the pasta. Not this time somehow. I like that you can place a group order as a group via QR code so that the dishes are all finished together. However, it didn't work perfectly on every cell phone. The woman who cleared the dishes and brought the drinks was super nice. I don't like the ambience. Music extremely loud and stools not necessarily comfortable. I have the feeling that they are trying to tell me that I should just eat and then leave again. So nothing for those who stay seated for a long time. I also think the prices for the dishes are too high. €16.50 for a plate of pasta is too much. Especially since there was even less on my plate than my people's. So purely visually. Actually, the noodles are all packaged per portion. Toilets were clean.

Price and quality do not go together. The food is far too expensive, especially when you have to place your order and collect your food yourself. Their pasta dishes were decidedly bad. The pizzas were ok.

The new system with the independent service (reading the QR code, typing in the order on the cell phone or machine, only the drinks are brought to the table, and payment can also be made via the cell phone by credit card) gives the entire restaurant visit the atmosphere of a Self-service snack bar. We didn't find that comfortable. The restaurant was busy in the evenings with young families and young people. Maybe it's also a question of generation, whether people feel comfortable in such an atmosphere. The food, which you had to pick up yourself, was ok, but not outstanding. We won't be repeating the whole restaurant visit anytime soon. That wasn't our thing. What was really terrible was the condition of the women's toilets. I was a little disgusted by that. If the toilets in a restaurant are not neat and clean, that is a big negative point for me personally!!

We haven't been to Vapiano for a long time. I like the “new” system. I think it's a shame that the selection of different pizzas is now rather small. We had spaghetti carbonara. They were delicious.

Guys, the cooking time for the pasta is standardized. If the pasta is too aldente for you, just ask if you can get new ones or if you can put some more in the pan. That would be more constructive and helpful for all parties than writing it down here. You can see the prices when you order and if in doubt you could ask how much mozzarella is included in the total. Try to do better and everything around you will be better ☺️

Just Vapiano. nice atmosphere, nice welcome, good food. In my opinion, the only thing that doesn't fit with the overall structure is the prices: You order yourself via an app, you get your own food, you pay online. There is no service on site. But then why do I pay so much? (Staff is available to bring drinks and clear away). I give it a well-intentioned 3 points in the overall ranking.

The Vapiano is nice for a lunch break, but unfortunately completely understaffed. Please hire more people. Even at lunchtime, two plates of pasta shouldn't take an hour. The staff is visibly stressed.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the food (pasta) didn't taste good at all, because the penne wasn't really cooked. I like it al dente - but it was like chewing on raw pasta. Me and my friend couldn't chew at all. Service and especially ambience a 10/10 but unfortunately I won't go there again.

Ordering can only be done via the online board. Or via your smartphone. Drinks must be picked up at the bar. The finished food must also be picked up. OK for a short lunch break. The salad I ordered was good. The staff was very friendly.

Always a pleasure, you know each other and you really enjoy being there, no matter which Vapiano. All of them are cozy and nice, but with the new program that you can order yourself, in my opinion and my personal opinion, it has become very personal and it feels like it takes twice or three times as long. Nothing will change, but we are always amazed by the taste. The price is very high, but we still give it 5 stars because it's worth it and you feel very comfortable. And don't forget the children's corner, very nicely done and, above all, so open and visible to everyone. Great idea

cool restaurant to grab something quick to eat

The atmosphere is cozy, it is not bad located. The staff is quite dry, some don't even make an attempt to speak English, only German. The food is not bad, although nothing out of what you expect in an Italian food place but that is half fast food. I don't think I would repeat there being other places to choose from.

Horrible experience. From the entrance that they push you to order by machine, to the food. Terrible spaghetti. I can't take a photo because when I tried to take one of the sentences written on them, a bearded boy yelled at us that we couldn't take a photo, and treated us horribly and then started laughing with the cook. When nowhere does it indicate that it is prohibited to take a photo photos. I don't recommend that place if you want to eat delicious food and be comfortable. We went on Wednesday the 12th at noon

Unfortunately there isn't much left of the old Vapiano style! Cell phone QR code ordering at the table doesn't work. 1 hour (!!) waiting time for a salad and a small pizza is no longer appropriate. Old dishes from the previous guests were still on the table for a good 30 minutes while we waited. The extra amount of meat ordered (and paid for) for the salad was also rather meager. Taste OK. But overall experience sobering. Sorry, unfortunately no good address anymore...

The ambience is quite ok, looks quite classy but the seats make even a young hopper a case for physio. You have to pick up the food from the front like in a canteen and order it using an app on your cell phone. Drinks are also self-service. Service is unfriendly and if you ask if everything is OK and you say no, they walk away and ignore you. The establishment is filled with negative energy that starts with the staff. I think that wouldn't be a problem if it were a cheap restaurant, but here you pay over €4 for 0.5l drinks. The music was partially turned up and I was reminded of my old times at the disco. Price-performance is by far the worst I've ever had.

The food is first class (5 stars) and impresses with its freshness and variety. The service is friendly and attentive (also 5 stars), which makes the visit pleasant. Only the ambience barely reaches 4 stars, as it seems a little less cozy - but overall it's a worthwhile restaurant that's definitely worth a visit!

It's actually always been a nice shop, but unfortunately they don't make an effort anymore. The bread with yesterday's pasta and baked hard (used to be fresh and fluffy). The pumpkin soup is served cold. It's also easy to forget something on salads. Otherwise pasta and salads ok. But unfortunately no more attention is paid to the important details. It's a shame, try hard again and we'll be happy to come back more often!

Unfortunately no indication of this. There are also tons of good reviews, from what I've read 👏. Someone always has something to criticize... (me).

We were here again after a long time. Unfortunately, lasagna was very bland in taste and only lukewarm. The tomato soup was red and thin. If a Pisa is a sandwich then it was OK. Way too dry for me. VaPiano has performed extremely poorly. Too bad. Guaranteed to be the last time for us.

Unfortunately, the ordering system via the QR code only worked to a limited extent, the tables were not clean, the room was very dark and noisy - and the food was not good (for a relatively high price). We won't be coming back.

I'm not entirely convinced by the necessity of ordering, as in a popular chain, using a monitor with displayed dishes - a plus for the English language, a minus - lack of help and answers to questions that appeared in my head... but despite having to use a machine, good organization - you download the pager and you wait... a few minutes, not half an hour or an hour... I was very positively surprised by the dishes themselves - well-prepared pasta and hot! Here you don't reheat something old, it's always fresh and made for the guest who ordered something specific. The choice of pasta type is surprising - you can go crazy! Possibility to choose additions, enlarge portions, etc. Next time I visit the center, I will definitely visit it, being sure that I will receive a fresh and tasty dish. Tables - because this should also be mentioned - there are high tables and high chairs, but you can also sit at a low table. The room is divided into two parts, one is quite noisy - loud music, the other is calmer and quieter. I recommend this restaurant based on repeated visits.

This vapiano sells pinsa instead of pizza. The vapiano pizza of the past is of course much tastier than a pinsa and also much richer with a better texture. No improvement for me. The pasta was a little too hard. Payment via mobile phone is confusing, the cashier thinks you want to leave without paying. I give you three stars plus one to encourage you to get rid of that pinsa.

Quiet and clean place, well organized and with an open kitchen. Friendly staff. We ate a pasta dish with good tomato; shame about the quality of the pasta, in Italy we would have sent it back. Curious feature: ordered a glass of Pinot wine by the glass and they added soda water 🤔

We ordered spaghetti and the pinsa. The spaghetti was soggy and the sauce had absolutely no taste. The pinsa was bland and unfortunately didn't taste particularly good either. Unfortunately not recommended. What a shame!

There is a "new ordering system". Computer based. The same software as McDonalds. This has the big advantage that the whole meal is ready at the same time and you can't queue in different queues in a group. I don’t miss waiting in line either. Unfortunately there are two problems for me: Firstly, the terminals mean you lose that “individual” feeling that you had when you spoke directly to the chef. It feels more like "McDonalds". But the prices are too high for me. For 16 euros I can easily get a Bolognese in a normal restaurant and we will be served there. Secondly, the team is not prepared for eating to be finished at the same time. My Linda was ready very quickly and then waited under the warming lamp for a little over 20 minutes for the other dishes. The toppings were correspondingly soggy and dried out. Again - this doesn't happen in a half decent restaurant. Dear Vapiano team, why should we still come to you? The Italian restaurant around the corner has the dishes you have. But it's probably cheaper and gets the food hot on the table. Service and flexibility are on top of that. Included. You are too expensive and not fast enough for a fast food restaurant. You are too expensive for a restaurant and have no service. Addendum: Vapiano reacts to my post with a standard comment that doesn't address my post at all but explains that the new system works great because everyone at the table has their food at the same time... Which was exactly one of my main criticisms - that's exactly NOT what it was It works if you can watch your pizza get cold for 20 minutes... Everyone gets their food at the same time, but for some it's no longer that fresh and has just been sitting around for a while. In this respect, one star is deducted for Vapiano's answer.

We were there recently and I hadn't visited Vapiano for a long time. We found the new concept of ordering at the table via smartphone very pleasant, as it brings much more peace and quiet into the store than the old concept with cards. You order after you have found a table and wait relaxed until the food can be picked up. The food was great and ready very quickly, I will eat here more often in the future. Update July 2024: Our first impression was confirmed that the food was again very tasty and freshly prepared. I personally liked the reef and beef salad and the bruschetta with feta cream.

El personal era extremadamente grosero. Pedí una ensalada y se olvidaron de los tomates y no pusieron el aliño a un lado a pesar de que lo pedimos varias veces. La Margarita Pizza fue la peor experiencia que he tenido. La masa todavía estaba congelada y sabía como una pizza congelada extremadamente barata. Recomiendo encarecidamente no ir allí!

Food was great and fast, however the staff upon entrance were rather rude and the opposite of helpful.

After a long time I was back at the vapiano today we ordered pasta and pizza. The pasta was ok but we didn't like the pizza at all. When ordering from the machine there is no choice for pasta mushrooms and for pizza artichokes. You have to get everything yourself: food, drinks and even if you get garlic oil or chilli powder then while you're eating, they call from the kitchen to bring the things back straight away which I got from the counter. Self service, expensive and unpleasant for so much money you can get better food and service somewhere else.

Reservations etc. Everything worked out. Staff nice & hardworking. I don't like the concept anymore. You need your cell phone to order. Which in my opinion is very uncommunicative. Especially if the ordering session crashes. But now you don't know whether the order will work. Food is ok.

Fantastic food. You have to wither order at kiosk or directly at your table using a phone, but it's pretty straightforward and you can customize your meal as much as you want. Their Iced teas are absolutely delicious. You gotta wait around 15-20 minutes for your food, but it's all worth the wait.

Went back today after a long time. There is a new system for orders here. On the one hand practical, on the other hand unfortunately there is no longer any contact with the cook. The food today wasn't particularly tasty, very few ingredients in the dish, almost only pasta and souse, and very few pine nuts, basil and cheese. I probably won't go there again.

Walked in and got pointed to one of these electronic ordering machines like they have in fast food places.. I wanted a vegan pizza without the cheese because vegan cheese is usually awful, so I picked a pizza with set toppings and tried to remove the cheese, wasn't possible, went back to build your own pizza, worked out i could build the same pizza without the cheese for about 5 euros MORE... So removing toppings costs more okay... got annoyed so went back and bought the set pizza with the cheese and sure enough it tasted awful, like seriously, taste the food u sell, awful. On top of that I noticed I had somehow tipped 1 euro on my bill (apparently you have to opt out and I didn't notice) but seriously who was I even tipping?! I had zero interaction with the staff. How about the staff member who made me a burnt pizza with disgusting cheese on it? Argh. Drinks are overpriced also so didn't even have anything to wash it down
