Never again. Terrible. Complaints are dismissed with reluctance and derision. Salads are inedible. Our plates were taken away from us mid-meal. We were told that if we weren't satisfied, we didn't have to eat it and were thrown out. Unbelievable. I can't recommend it to anyone. Fortunately, we were treated royally at the adjacent Dolce Vita.

He was very nice. The service is great, the food is great, I highly recommend it to everyone, the food is inexpensive and very tasty.

Der Döner ist mittlerweile ganz gut, der war früher eher mittelmäßig. Mein Problem ist aber eher das unzuverlässige Personal. Wenn ich per Telefon im Voraus etwas zur Abholung bestelle, dann ja, weil ich es (z.B. in der Mittagspause) schnell abholen möchte. Wenn mir dann eine Zeit genannt wird, ab wann ich es abholen kann, ich dann zur genannten Zeit in den Laden gehe und offensichtlich noch nicht mal begonnen wurde, die Bestellung fertig zu machen, frag ich mich schon, was da in den Köpfen so vorgeht. Ich bestelle doch vor, damit ich dann NICHT noch 10 oder 15 minuten im Laden warten muss...

The food is delicious and plentiful. Pre-ordering is highly recommended if you want something specific; when it's all gone, it's all gone. A big plus, as it reduces waste – thank you! That's why it gets the fifth star.

The food is incredibly delicious! It's been my absolute favorite for a long time! The owner and staff are very friendly and attentive, and if you have any requests regarding the food, they'll fulfill them immediately if possible. The bread is homemade, which makes the experience a sensation! The meat is also fresh and very much to my taste! I think the price-performance ratio is completely justified. You get a lot for your money. I won't go anywhere else!👍🏼

So ein unfreundlicher Service. Zum Mittagstisch waren nur zwei Tische belegt, mehrere Flecken auf der Tischdecke. Der Inhaber griff mit blossen Händen in die Salatbar und warf verschiedenen Inhalt auf zwei Teller, die er uns servierte. Besteck hat er von der Seite herüberlehnt einfach auf den Tisch geknallt. Plötzlich waren wir alleine im Restaurant und er fuhr mit dem Auto weg ohne was zu sagen. Nach der Rückkehr räumte er die Teller ab und nannte ungefragt den Preis. Noch nie so derart unfreundlich behandelt worden.

Extremely unfriendly! The Rigatoni Alforno had way too much meat and hardly any pasta!! I wanted my change back, but he didn't have any small change!! You should always have small change on you!!

Actually a good Italian restaurant. Good pizza dough. Good pasta dishes. Unfortunately, they don't take criticism well. Then I shouldn't have asked if it was good. The pizza with salami wasn't good and no one at the table liked it. I can't say whether it's because the salami isn't baked in. It would be so easy to just buy delicious, flavorful Calabrese sausage. I even put it in my pizza oven at 430°C.

Fantastic... a first-class restaurant... without a doubt the best in the entire Upper Palatinate.
