Die Pizza aus dem Steinofen ist hervorragend, der Teig und die frischen Saucen sind hausgemacht und schmecken einfach klasse. Auch der gegrillte Lachs, die Pasta – besonders die Trüffelnudeln – und das saisonal wechselnde Gemüse sind immer auf den Punkt. Die Tageskarte bietet zusätzlich tolle Abwechslung. Dazu kommen ein sehr leckeres Eis, guter italienischer Kaffee und ein unglaublich freundliches, kompetentes Team. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Für mich eines der besten italienischen Restaurants. absolute Empfehlung!

Absolut erstklassig! Hervorragende Qualität, super netter und zuvorkommender Service, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es wird auf jedes Detail geachtet, Preise sind völlig in Ordnung und zudem ging alles auch noch super schnell. Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend sowohl die Pizza als auch die Pasta waren geschmacklich top. Umso enttäuschender war allerdings der Umgang mit Gästen. Als wir Parmesan zu den Lachsnudeln wollten, wurden wir in einem belehrenden Ton darauf hingewiesen, dass man das „in Italien nicht macht“. Ein lockerer Hinweis auf traditionelle italienische Küche wäre völlig in Ordnung gewesen, aber die Art und Weise wirkte unnötig herablassend. Vor allem wirkt es etwas befremdlich, Gästen strenge italienische Essregeln vorzuhalten, obwohl das Restaurant selbst offenbar nicht einmal von Italienern geführt wird. Am Ende sollte man Gäste ihr Essen einfach so genießen lassen, wie es ihnen schmeckt. Kulinarisch wirklich stark, menschlich leider mit Luft nach oben.

Wir waren heute mit 16 Personen zum Mittag im schönen Aussenbereich gesessen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Pizzen und übrigen Speisen sehr lecker. Ich persönlich empfehle Pizza Nr. 23 und komme gerne wieder 😋.

Das Essen ist von extrem niedriger Qualität, die Pasta ist aus dem Supermarkt und die Bruschetta ist einfach nur eine Frechheit!

Wir hatten für Samstag Abend schon ca vier Wochen im Voraus einen Tisch für 13 Personen reserviert. Als wir pünktlich ankamen, saß an dem eigentlich für uns vorgesehenen Tisch (er war ausdrücklich gewünscht worden, weil wir eine schwerhörige Person in unserer Gruppe haben) eine Gruppe von 30 Personen, ein weiterer Tisch für 13 Personen war ebenfalls belegt und die Leute hatten zu diesem Zeitpunkt gerade ihr Essen bekommen. Ein weiterer Tisch für 13 Personen war nicht verfügbar. Nachdem drei Leute unserer Gruppe nach Hause gingen, erhielten wir einen Tisch für 8 Personen. Auf die missglückte Reservierung angesprochen, bekamen wir zur Antwort, dass man doch 30 Leute nicht wegschicken könne. Das mag aus unternehmerischer Sicht nachvollziehbar sein, jedoch ist dies eine Argumentation, die mit Kundenfreundlichkeit nichts zu tun hat. Dieses Verhalten ist auch sehr kurzsichtig, denn von uns wird dieses Lokal keiner mehr besuchen und empfehlen können wir es auch nicht, auch wenn das Essen lecker war. Eine ordentliche Entschuldigung wäre mehr als angemessen gewesen.

Die Instagramvideos mit Nina Alesa sind KI-generiert, was am VEO-Zeichen unten rechts erkennbar ist. Das ist schade, da ja das Restaurant mit authentischer Küche wie bei der italienischen Großmutter wirbt. Das passt nicht zusammen. Ein absolutes No-Go. Ich will bei einem Instagramvideo unverfälscht und ungeschönt sehen, mit wem und was ich es im Restaurant zu tun habe. Meine Frau und ich waren am 14.02. um 17:30 Uhr im Restaurant zu Gast und konnten keine Person im Team antreffen, die der Nina Alesa auf Instagram auch nur im Entferntesten ähnlich gesehen hat. Zu Ihrer Antwort: Dass Hunde das Lokal betreten dürfen, war mir von vornherein klar. Ich musste damit rechnen. Fast alle Lokale erlauben Hunde. Aber auf Ihr Lokal wurde ich erst auf Instagram und die Videos mit der künstlichen Nina Alesa aufmerksam. Hätte ich gewusst, dass es diese Besitzerin gar nicht gibt, wäre ich gar nicht auf die Idee gekommen, Ihr Restaurant zu besuchen.

Das ist das beste italienische Restaurant in Augsburg! Alles war perfekt: das Essen, das Personal und die Einrichtung. Wenn Sie italienisches Essen mögen, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein hervorragender Italiener mit authentischer Küche und viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Gerichte sind frisch aromatisch und perfekt zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Wunderbar so ein Restaurant in der Nähe zu haben.

Never again. Terrible. Complaints are dismissed with reluctance and derision. Salads are inedible. Our plates were taken away from us mid-meal. We were told that if we weren't satisfied, we didn't have to eat it and were thrown out. Unbelievable. I can't recommend it to anyone. Fortunately, we were treated royally at the adjacent Dolce Vita.

This is by far the best Italian restaurant in Augsburg and the surrounding area! I've been there several times, and everything has always tasted excellent! And of course, the service is excellent and extremely friendly! We're now regulars!

A very tasty Italian restaurant with authentic wood-fired pizza and generous portions. The price is reasonable, not cheap, but good for the quality. The pasta dishes are also very tasty. They also serve ice cream, but we didn't try it. In the summer, you can sit comfortably on the terrace under four large umbrellas. The staff is very friendly.

A cozy restaurant with Augsburg's best pizza. We've been here many times and are always impressed by the food. The pasta from the Parmesan wheel is also a treat and tastes excellent.

I arrived on my bike, ordered a pizza and wanted a glass of water. These people charged a pregnant woman 3.50 euros for a glass of tap water! After paying, I couldn't look at the staff without disgust. I have no complaints about the pizza. But it feels like they have problems. I wish their chef finds a new job

Unfortunately I have to admit that it's a huge problem if you want both... an iced coffee and one Pizza... you sit there with an iced coffee and are asked to sit down next time in the restaurant. Good isn't that bad, it's a little unfriendly but it's not a detractor, but I hope you can bring me an iced coffee Restaurant and doesn't tell me to sit down for a coffee. But then just looking at me and asking me, just not serving my girlfriend, let alone asking at all, really cheeky! Especially since we went to this restaurant very often! Too bad! Sad and true! Not only good food and drink determine the quality of a restaurant, but also the staff should round off a positive “enjoyable experience” for the customer. We also had an experience with this, but with the best will in the world you can't describe it as positive! The following situation happened today: We sat outside and the pizza we ordered was large and delicious. But unfortunately you couldn't eat it as quickly as it cooled down outside. Unfortunately, when I had eaten half of the pizza, the other half had already completely cooled down and I kindly asked the waitress (a gentleman with glasses) to warm up the rest again. His reaction: “Then next time you sit in it, then it will stay warm longer.” To be honest, I find this reaction completely wrong and asked him if he was really serious about his answer. He confirmed to me that he meant his statement completely seriously and justified it with the following words: "If you sit inside, you only have to warm up your pizza once, if you sit outside, then twice. And we would have that if that Restaurant would be full now, no time". My answer: "Now your restaurant is no longer full, there are only 3 tables left, so my little request shouldn't be a problem for you, right?" --- I THINK SUCH BEHAVIOR TOWARDS THE GUEST IS NOT POSSIBLE; ESPECIALLY SINCE WE ARE REGULARS AND WERE NOT THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME! BUT WE WERE THERE FOR CERTAINLY THE LAST TIME!

It was really great the first time, I really can't say anything about it. Super friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. I can actually only recommend it. Unfortunately, during today's meal we had a fly on the pizza bread... not very appetizing. We were there quite early, around 5:10 p.m. and there was almost nothing going on, which is why the food was on the table after just under 5 minutes. Thank you for that I would like the staff to pay more attention to the food before it is brought to the table, such bad experiences are more likely to be shared than good ones and unfortunately they damage the store...

Nice pizzeria with very good food. Polite and quick service. You could see that the waiter today enjoys his job. This makes you feel welcome and well served as a guest. Unfortunately I have to deduct 1 star due to the high prices. These no longer differ from those of a pizzeria in Mallorca. Only, this is Augsburg, not a holiday resort. €4.00 for a 0.4 liter juice spritzer - even large inns don't dare do that (€3.60 on average).

Very tasty food. Not “just” great pasta and pizza but also good meat and fish dishes. Also a recommended day ticket. The service was great. We were with Robert in a large group and ordered according to the menu. The meal can practically be eaten at the same time and you could eat all the courses together. Price/performance is also good. There is seating both outside and inside. We always enjoy coming here to eat and celebrate.

Waren am Samstag kurzentschlossen mit 3 Personen zum Essen. Was soll ich sagen die Vorspeisen waren absolut Super und die Hauptspeisen ein Traum, Das beste was ich allerdings persönlich empfunden habe, war dass ich nach fast 20 Jahren wieder jemanden gefunden habe der Venizianische Leber zubereiten kann. Ich bin Hin und Weg. Der Service war super freundlich, das Essen war absolut top in der Zeit und über den Preis bei der Qualität kann man absolut nicht meckern. Ich finde hier hat man einen absoluten Geheimtip wenn man in ruhiger gemütlicher Atmosphäre SEHR GUT Essen will. Ich kann die Trattoria nur empfehlen....!

Das Essen wurde super schnell und lecker zubereitet (Pizza und Tintenfisch). Wir sind draußen gesessen und die Tischabstände sind in Ordnung.

Ich hab 3 Pizzen bestellt und alle 3 hatten nen verbrannten Boden, absolut unappetitlich und kalt leider. Ich hatte in Erinnerung das die mal besser waren. Schade

Super family run restaurant with lovely food. I love the wood oven pizzas. The standard menu has lots of great choices and is well priced. There is a specials board which always has some really tasty options. It's also a great place to go for an ice cream with the kids. Highly recommended!

Restaurant macht mit neuer Einrichtung eine unruhige, kalte Atmosphäre! Für die Preise fühlt man sich wie bei McDonald! Holzlämpchen auf Tisch u Papiertüte mit Alubesteck. Die vielen verschiedenen Stühle macht alles sehr unruhig im Raum. Sehr verschlechtert , schade!!!

Es war wie immer sehr lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. alle Nudelgerichte schmecken super und die Pizzen sind riesig! Dazu das Eis 🤤 Nur der gemischte Salat ist für 8 € wirklich etwas klein geraten. Gut war er aber auch!
