Ristorante Ripasso in Augsburg

Unglaublich lieber, sympathischer und zuvorkommender junger Kellner. Das Essen sowie die Getränke waren super lecker. Auch viele vegetarische Gerichte bzw. auch vegan möglich. Manche Desserts waren leider bereits ausverkauft, aber dafür können die Kellner offensichtlich nichts. Nur die Vorspeisen sind deutlich zu teuer, ansonsten Preis/-Leistungsverhältnis top. Und nochmals vielen Dank für den tollen Abend :)

Sehr schönes Ambiente und eine wirklich gute italienische Küche. Die Karte ist angenehm überschaubar, bietet aber trotzdem für jeden Geschmack etwas und alles wirkte sehr frisch. Wir hatten die Tagliatelle mit Lachs, die mit einer richtig tollen Sauce serviert wurden, sowie die Pizza Calabria. Diese war feurig scharf und wirklich sehr lecker. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Scheren zum Teilen der Pizza. Beeindruckend war außerdem, dass das gesamte Lokal trotz vollem Haus nur von zwei Kellnern bedient wurde. Trotzdem hatten wir zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, lange warten zu müssen. Auch kleine Details wie die vorgewärmten Teller haben den sehr guten Gesamteindruck abgerundet. Klare Empfehlung!

Das italienische Restaurant Ripasso liegt sehr zentral in der Augsburger Innenstadt. Wir saßen im wunderschön angelegten Garten, der eine angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre bietet — genauso wie der zuvorkommende Service. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Das Essen war vorzüglich; meine Seezunge wurde sogar am Tisch filetiert. Kein typischer Pizzaladen, sondern ein Restaurant, das die feine Küche Italiens präsentiert. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen ist gut, aber aus irgendeinem lächerlichen Grund kann man nur mit deutschen Debitkarten bezahlen.

Wer gerne sich wie in Italien fühlen möchte ist hier richtig, gerade die schöne Terrasse kombiniert mit tollem Essen. Leider ist es mit Parkplätzen dort etwas schwierig. Beim zahlen wird nur Bar oder eine EC Karte genommen.

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant , super süße Terrasse und welche Küche dort!!!! Jedes Mal genießen wir es, jedes Gericht ein Meisterwerk. Respekt! Der Service ist auch top, sehr netter Kellner Idris (entschuldige, wenn ich den Namen falsch geschrieben habe))) Macht weiter so, ihr seid wirklich toll, wir kommen gerne zu euch.

Eines der besten italienischen Restaurants in Augsburg. Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist frisch und liebevoll zubereitet und herrlich angerichtet. Gute Weine!

Irgendwie strahlt das Restaurant keine gute Atmosphäre aus. Die Freundlichkeit wirkt unecht. Das Saltimboca alla Romana gab es zum Mittagstisch für 23 €. Serviert wurden zwei kleine Stücke Fleisch, die geschmeckt haben und ungeschälte kleine Kartoffeln. Das war‘s. Kein Blatt Salat, nicht etwas Gemüse. Das finde ich äußerst dürftig. Muss da nicht wieder hin, hab es nicht von den Lebendigen.

Absolute Katastrophe Hatte persönlich einen Tisch für 12 Personen reservieren lassen. Als wir dann eine Woche später dort ankamen, hatte das Ristorante den Tisch einfach storniert. Was macht man jetzt mit 12 Personen. Von den Betreibern keine Entschuldigung, nur ein Axelzucken. Für mich eine absolut unmögliche Situation.

Geschmacklich wirklich hervorragendes Restaurant! Sowohl die Vorspeisen als auch die Pasta-Gerichte waren sehr lecker. Preislich durchaus im gehobeneren Bereich, aber die Qualität stimmt. Ambiente eher kühl, zudem sollte man abends reichlich Geduld mitbringen. Insbesondere auf die Vorspeisen warteten wir eine Weile.

Das Restaurant war das beste in dem wir bisher waren. Das Personal alle super freundlich, dass Essen ging auch sehr schnell und hervorragend geschmeckt hat es auch noch. Das Restaurant an sich ist ein wenig klein, man sollte also rechtzeitig reservieren.

Ich liebe Pizza und dort hatte ich eine der besten Pizzen, die ich je gegessen habe. Die Wartezeit war etwas lang, weil das Restaurant komplett voll war, aber alle am Tisch waren vom Essen begeistert. Service war auch super.

Absolute Empfehlung! Wir haben zwei Pastagerichte gegessen und waren absolut positiv überrascht. Seit langem eines der mit Abstand besten Restaurants von Aperitif, über Pasta, Espresso und Nachspeise. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wr haben hier vor kurzem mit Freunden aus München einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Sie waren begeistert vom hervorragenden Essen (Pastagericht) und Trinken (Prosecco). Wir haben zwar relativ lange gewartet (fast eine Stunde), aber das war nicht tragisch wenn man dann mit einem frisch gekochten und leckeren Essen belohnt wird. Eher hochpreisig aber noch angemessen für besondere Anlässe.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und unglaublich leckeres Essen. Man findet sowohl Fleisch und Fisch, als auch viele vegetarische Gerichte und auch einzelne vegane Speisen auf der Karte. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Exzellente Vorspeisen und Pasta mit sensationeller Würze und ansprechendem Biss. Auch der Service ist aufmerksam. Es stimmt, dass man auf die Gerichte etwas länger wartet, das könnte man aber auch positiv im Sinne der qualitativen Zubereitung interpretieren. Man sollte diesbezüglich vielleicht nicht mit einem allzu großen Loch im Magen in das Ristorante eintreten :-D

Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food and attentive hosts

We went there for a meal with our family and had mixed feelings overall. On the positive side, the waiters were friendly and immediately asked if our child's food should be served sooner – we thought that was very thoughtful. However, the first portion of pasta for our child was much too hard – not just "al dente," but so hard that it needed at least another five minutes of cooking time. This is something that should be taken into account, especially with a child's meal. When we asked about it, it was freshly prepared to the correct consistency without any fuss, which we really appreciated. The food tasted good. We were less satisfied with the waiting times. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a cold appetizer platter and a salad, and then another 45 minutes to an hour for the main courses. My husband's entrecôte was also initially served very rare, even though we had ordered it medium-well, and had to be sent back to the kitchen. It was finally cooked correctly on the second attempt. After these two corrections, we would have appreciated a small gesture from the restaurant – perhaps a coffee or a tiramisu as a token of appreciation. Overall: friendly service and tasty food, but excessively long waiting times and minor kitchen errors somewhat marred the overall impression.

We've been here before and enjoyed eating there, but today's food was truly abysmal. The white wine sauce was missing and the pasta was completely overcooked. We initially sat on the sunny terrace, but when the food arrived, we had to vacate our table because the table was full of flies. We immediately complained about the food, but the waiter kept saying, "They've been cooking the same food for 30 years." It used to be really great, but we can't recommend it in this form. Not customer-oriented in our opinion. All in all, a lot of money paid for nothing. What a shame... another place you can't go to.

Thanks to a FineDine voucher, we visited Ripasso for the first time yesterday and were very pleasantly surprised! The food is truly outstanding. Whether it was the starter, main course, or dessert: all the ingredients were fresh and high-quality, the flavors perfectly matched, and the service beautifully presented! Fantastic! The reception and service were very friendly, uncomplicated, and attentive. The atmosphere was also relaxed and not overly pretentious, but very pleasant. In our opinion, the slightly higher prices are absolutely justified. Thank you for the wonderful setting for a lovely evening! We'll definitely be back!

The food was good. Unfortunately, there was no pizza, even though other guests were served one! They said they were out of dough, and the part-time worker in the kitchen couldn't make the pizza. And that on a Friday at 6:30 p.m. ??? The other food was very nicely prepared and good. Strange, they only accept cash payments. Since this is the second time the pizza issue has happened, we're not going back to the restaurant. No wait, as we had a reservation.

RiPASSO in Augsburg is truly a fantastic place for Italian food. You feel like you're on vacation here—especially on the beautiful, leafy terrace. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is incredibly warm and attentive. The food impresses with its quality, flavor, and authenticity. We don't want to rave too much, lest it make it even more difficult to get a seat 😉. We'll definitely be back :)! A true piece of Italy in the heart of Augsburg—highly recommended!

A very friendly welcome in a beautifully landscaped garden area. Attentive and prompt service. A beautifully varied menu and wine list. The presentation of the dishes is a feast for the eyes, followed by a taste experience. We would be happy to return. Reservations are recommended.

We visited for the first time, redeemed our "FINE DINE Box Augsburg 2025" voucher, and were truly impressed. Everything was perfect, from the aperitif to the starter, main course, and dessert. We felt like we were in Little Italy. The food was very delicious and the manageable menu means that each dish receives more attention and is prepared with a portion of love. The day ticket is also a must. It is placed in the form of a chalkboard directly in front of the table, clearly visible to everyone.

We were there for the first time today and we celebrated my husband's birthday... we enjoyed it very much... the 🐙 and the other dishes were very tasty and beautifully presented. The place isn't that big and there's also a terrace... we'll be back defensively... the dessert was amazing... I could have indulged in the tiramisu 🥰

Bei unserem ersten Besuch im Restaurant Ripasso hatten wir das Pech, dass drei Mitarbeiter krank waren. Daher waren die Wartezeiten für die Gerichte etwas länger. Dies wurde uns aber vom Chef persönlich ausführlich erklärt und er hat sich dafür auch entschuldigt. Der Service ist hervorragend, man wird zu allen Gerichten ausführlich beraten. Wir starteten mit einem Sartispritz und einem San bitter Red Passion Aperitif. Beide waren sehr fruchtig im Geschmack. Als Vorspeise teilten wir uns ein Tatar vom Thunfisch, das ganz hervorragend mit Gewürzen zubereitet wurde. Das erste Hauptgericht war ein Involtini Branzino, ein typisches sizilianisches Gericht. Die Involtini waren mit wildem Brokkoli und zahlreichen Gewürzen gefüllt, außen herum, ein herrlicher Kartoffel Stampf. Das zweite Hauptgericht war ein Lamm Carré mit Pistazienkruste und ebenfalls einem wunderbaren Karotten Stampf. Das Fleisch war innen, total rosa und außen knusprig, also perfekt zubereitet. Als Nachspeise Gust, arrivierten wir noch Zitroneneis, dass in echten Zitronenschalen serviert wurde. Das gesamte Essen war einfach köstlich. Zusammenfassung: das Ripasso gehört in Augsburg zu den wenigen, sehr guten Italienern und kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden

Despite making a reservation in advance and telling us which dishes our group wanted, it took 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive, 1.5 hours for the starters to arrive, etc. Other guests who came after us got their food earlier than us, even though it was known what we wanted. The food was very good but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

Inconspicuous from the outside, very cozy and modernly furnished inside. Service staff is nice, competent and personable. The food is outstanding, the starters have never been so delicious, the main courses are great, the guys know their stuff, I can only recommend it, I would say it's an insider tip, try it yourself. I'm thrilled.

The food is still very good, the restaurant is nice. - What really annoys me personally: when paying by card, only the EC card (meaning the Girocard) is accepted. Many banks no longer issue Girocards, nor do foreign banks. To be honest, it's too much effort for me to go to the ATM just to go to a restaurant - if card acceptance doesn't change, we won't come back (at this price level, the supposedly horrendous fees for card payments are not an acceptable argument)

A very relaxed evening with very tasty food and great service - we'll be back there again!!!

Italian where you have to bring a lot of time. Waited 20 minutes for a bottle of water. The other drinks then stood ready at the counter for 20 minutes until they found their way to the table. Eating took forever. Pizza OK, fish dish very manageable, pasta OK. Organization and service total failure. It's actually a shame because it's a nice restaurant with an interesting menu. But if you're there for 3 hours and basically always wait, the price in the end isn't worth it.

Very long waiting times for drinks (at least 30 minutes), over an hour for food, even if everything is freshly cooked, this can only be accepted with a lot of patience and understanding.

I ordered the Penne Quattro Formaggi for €11.50 here at lunchtime. The taste of the dish was really good – the sauce was delicious and creamy. However, the portion was unfortunately far too small. I could have easily eaten twice as much to really feel full. The penne used was also not of any special quality, but rather standard goods like those you can buy in discount stores. Unfortunately, for the price, I don't think the price-performance ratio is entirely justified.

Had lunch with colleagues. We liked the atmosphere. We had pumpkin soup, which was far too thin and tasteless. The pasta dish was totally over salted and there was hardly any broccoli in the broccoli orichietti. Pasta Quattro Formaggi tasted more like cream than cheese. Pizza was not available because there was no pizza maker. Unfortunately, despite the friendly service, we cannot recommend the restaurant.

We recently celebrated our wedding here with around 30 guests. Although we, as frequent regulars, were already impressed by the quality of the food and the wonderful ambience, this time Davide and his team have outdone themselves! The visually beautifully designed aperitif bar on the Mediterranean terrace immediately created an exuberant Italian mood among all guests. Inside, the tables were stylishly set, the food was excellent and beautiful to look at as always. Particularly noteworthy were the service staff, who looked after the guests (and the children!) in an extremely friendly, attentive and present manner throughout the entire time. Several of our guests wished they had an equivalent restaurant near them. Overall, an unforgettable evening in every respect that exceeded our expectations and left nothing to be desired! Thank you!

Best pizza we have eaten in Germany so far. High quality ingredients, great preparation, pleasant atmosphere and good staff. Guest parking spaces directly at the restaurant. Prices are appropriate, not exorbitant. The evening is worth the money. We'll see each other again as soon as we're back in Augsburg!
