The Linde in Serlbach is one of the rare restaurants where you can still eat well and affordably. The portions range from generous to generous, depending on the dish.
Friday is schnitzel day with very reduced prices. This doesn't affect the quality or quantity.
However, you should make a reservation – there are many groups of seniors there.
The prices are really reasonable. A very tasty side salad, for example, costs €2.50!
I really enjoyed the Serlbach schnitzel, and I'm sure their other creations will be good too. The roulades and horseradish meat are also recommended, for example.
They're also known for their carp, which they offer both regular and filleted.
I'd love to come back :-)
Even though everything had already been cleaned and put away by closing time, the chef personally prepared one of the most delicious salads for me, even modifying it to my special requests!
I've already had a kebab there and, after this culinary delight, will try the other dishes as well.
Highly recommended: the taste is incomparable, as are the cleanliness, hospitality/service, and flexibility.
It's a shame you can only give it 5 stars :)
I had a so-called fish platter.
Shrimp, calamari, and hake.
All slopped together in the same oil!!
The salad was just dumped on top!!!! The waitress was wearing slippers... I won't be wasting my money there again.
Regards, Napper
A very nicely decorated restaurant, great service, and absolutely delicious food. We'll be back. P.S. We found the breaks between courses very pleasant. We were able to have a good conversation and fully enjoy the meal.
Stopped in for lunch while driving through the area- places to eat are limited in the area. Service was good and they served traditional Bavarian fare. The food was good, but prices were a little high.
For many years, we've been getting takeout Indian food from here, and occasionally we also eat in.
The portions are really quite large, and most importantly: the sauces taste better than in any other Indian restaurant we've ever had. A true explosion of flavor in your mouth.
We highly recommend the Chicken Tikka and the butter dishes (Butter Chicken and Butter Paneer Masala).
The owner, his family, and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
We hope this restaurant will be around for many years to come; we'll definitely be eating here again.
