Very good ice cream parlor, just a shame that there is no table service anymore and you have to get it yourself.

A nice, colorful restaurant with good pizzas and burgers that are highly recommended. But other dishes are also very tasty.

A very nice place with a strong Italian feel (Italian music, Moretti beer slogan above the bar, and expert pizza chef certificates in Italian). Despite this, the menu was in German, the waitress spoke little English (let alone Italian), and the place wasn't at all touristy. These differences made me appreciate it even more. The food is very good, but I decided to give it 4 stars because of the price of water, which was practically a rip-off: €3.50 for a glass. I know that water is more expensive outside of Italy, but I've never paid this much elsewhere.

The staff here are very friendly, but I've tried several flavors of ice cream, and they all tasted somewhat the same. Perhaps it was just my taste today. But everyone has to decide for themselves.

It's a cozy restaurant with Italian flair. The staff is on the ball and super friendly. The food is delicious. Everything we've had so far has been really good. There's no long wait. You're escorted to your table at the entrance. We're here for another week and will definitely go back to this restaurant twice more. Highly recommended...100% from us.

The note always states that I need something until I get downstairs because I live in the attic and the delivery person would like to meet me as the front door is open. With the last order, I added that I'm having trouble walking right now. I had to walk all the way downstairs, and the delivery person said the door was closed, which it wasn't. And again, my drink had to be fetched separately because it was forgotten, which has happened four times already. Why write something in the note if it won't be read or ignored? Please do better. Addendum: The boss called personally. We had a nice conversation and everything was cleared up. Much respect for the boss getting in touch. That's very, very rare. Respect for that. Everything was cleared up. Keep up the good work.

Great value for money. Burgers, pizza, salads, and grilled food. Something for everyone. Enjoy outside or inside, with a lovely atmosphere.

We waited over an hour for the pizza. Guests who arrived after us got their food before us. When we inquired, they said they had a new system that wasn't working properly. As the owner, I would at least offer my guests a drink as compensation. But nothing came. We won't be going back anytime soon. The pizza was okay.

The Bistro Central in Marktoberdorf is simply great! The pizza and burgers are incredibly tasty, as are all the other dishes. The staff is super friendly and the owner personally creates a great atmosphere. Absolutely recommended!

Ordered something four times in the last six months. There were several people who then all (!) had stomach problems with stomach ache etc. And every time, with different dishes. Sometimes items ordered are not delivered or arrive ice cold. Not recommended.

In the evening on Saturday the four of us got a place without a reservation. Dogs are allowed, but you have to provide your own water. The service was on point, even if I would have liked a little more friendliness. Nevertheless, the food came quickly and everything tasted great. The price-performance ratio is also right.

Completely unexpected, but we ate the best pizzas I can ever remember here. I had the burrata and my wife had the frutti di mare. The dough was perfect, soft on the outside but still crispy, not soggy on the inside. The pizza was richly topped, mine had a whole burrata in the middle. The prices are reasonable, the staff was friendly and the service was top.

We went to Marktoberdorf for a short vacation. A great restaurant. Very crowded, we just managed to get a table. BUT not loud at all. You could have a good conversation. Great ambience! The service was excellent, very on point. The pizzas were very, very tasty, we got another one the night after because they were so good.

We have already been to Central a few times and have ordered pizza to pick up. Were never disappointed. Good food, fair prices.

We stopped by at 6:30 p.m. to get something to eat. Only half of the tables were occupied and every other one had a "Reserved" sign on it, which was not on the occupied tables. When we tried to sit down we were told that everything outside was reserved, but we were not asked if we had a reservation. After we asked for a table inside, the waitress told us rather rudely that she wouldn't serve inside because she was alone. The reserved tables are an excuse not to have new customers that you can't serve. Oh, and later the tables were still unoccupied.

Rustic, cozy atmosphere, friendly service and good, tasty food. Our schnitzel and vegetarian pizza were great. Good value for money.

We wanted to have dinner around 8 p.m. After 20 minutes, after repeated eye contact, we finally got a card. When, after another 20 minutes, we still didn't have anyone at the table to order from (neither drinks nor food), we got up and left.

1 star for the service because 0 stars was not possible. We spontaneously stopped by for dinner on a Thursday at 8 p.m. The service seems to be completely overwhelmed (but probably has time to chat). After ~25 minutes there was finally a card, after ~40 minutes there was still no chance of finally ordering something to drink. Eye contact with the service staff seems impossible. Food for multiple people doesn't come anywhere near the same time. The couple at the next table got a lasagna and a pizza. The lasagne had long since been eaten, 30 minutes later there was still no sign of the pizza we ordered, despite this couple asking the service several times (!). After waiting 45 minutes we finally left without even being able to order drinks. From my point of view, less seating (more feasible for service) would certainly make more sense than more customers who leave their money there one evening but then never come back because of such experiences.

During our trip we visited this restaurant, very friendly staff, fast service and the food was fantastic. Large portions, you definitely get value for your money here. We will definitely come back here when we are in the area!

Generous portions, of decent quality. The schnitzel did not excel, but the Currywurst from tablemate XL did. Cozy terrace on the square, nice service. Reasonable in price.

The Central Marktoberdorf offers a wide selection of products and a pleasant shopping experience. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are top. Unfortunately, prices have risen sharply recently, making shopping less attractive. Still recommended for special products and quality, but you should be prepared for higher costs.

Restaurant in the center of the town, in a quiet square, it is pleasant to spend the evening. The pizzas are not bad (a little far from the Italian ones especially due to the cheese which is not mozzarella). There is a good variety of choice, I recommend it to anyone who is in the area.

Die Pizzen waren alle total spitze. Toller Teig, er war zart, nicht zu viel Teig, auch nicht zuviel Käse, super gut gebacken, genau richtig Extr spitzenklasse . 5 Sterne...

The prices are actually too high for the fact that you have to get your own things at the ice cream parlor. It would also be nice if it was written at the seats or on the menu...then you would quickly get the idea that there is no service...The quality is ok so far..

During our short stay we ate there twice because it tasted so good and the atmosphere was really inviting. The service is good, very friendly staff. The food is excellent. Price-performance very reasonable!

Absolute dream of a stone oven pizza! You have to try these. Was here with my girlfriend in the evening after hiking. Very friendly service, and as mentioned above, we were extremely satisfied with the food. Will definitely come back to this area soon to hike and eat pizza.

We spontaneously went to the pizzeria on the way back from hiking. Great pizza, great dough, delicious toppings and the tagliatella is a dream. Nice, calm service staff with time for a short chat. We'll remember this for future hiking trips.

We ordered the food and it came in 15 minutes!!! Warm and crispy, I haven't eaten such delicious pizza dough in a long time! Craziness!

Wir haben schon öfter dort bestellt, nur die letzten male waren die Bestellungen jeweils kalt! Egal was das für ein Essen war, Burger oder Cordon Bleu... Im Cordon Bleu fehlte zudem bei den letzten beiden Bestellungen sogar jeweils der Käse! Schlussendlich Fleisch komplett trocken! (Pommes auch kalt und schmeckten total nach kaltem Fett) Dafür war irgend eine wässrige Substanz / Brühe in den Lieferboxen enthalten. Was den Burger betrifft war das Fleisch kalt, außen trocken gebraten und in der mitte leider noch viel zu rosa... Wir hatten Euch wirklich eine Chance gegeben und mehrmals bei Euch bestellt, werden dies aber garantiert in Zukunft unterlassen! NACHTRAG: Nach dieser Bewertung hat der Chef/ Inhaber persönlich bei uns angerufen und sich vielmals entschuldigt, bestens versucht die Situation zu erläutern und einen seiner Lieferanten direkt wieder zu uns geschickt um die kompletten Kosten für das bestellte Essen zu erstatten. Diesen Kundenservice hatte ich bis heute noch nirgends erlebt. Das ist vorbildlich! Wir behalten uns vor doch noch einmal ins Restaurant zu gehen und uns einen Eindruck vor Ort zu verschaffen. Trotzdem möchte ich hier dem Chef/ Inhaber nochmals Dankeschön sagen für die zurück erstatteten Kosten!

Das Ambiente ist Urig gemütlich und läd zum verweilen ein. Das Essen ist super lecker ob Pizza oder Pasta und die riesen Burger mit Pommes erst recht einfach lecker.

Essen war wirklich gut und ansprechend angerichtet. Für uns gab es zur Vorspeise ein Knoblauchbaguette. Schön wäre es, wenn es vor dem Servieren geschnitten wird. Zum Hauptgang Tortellini al panna und einen Kinderburger mit Pommes. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.👍🏼
