I've eaten there several times now, and everything was perfect. The pizzas were the best I've ever eaten. The service was excellent; I'll be coming back more often now.

Excellent pizzas, ice-cold service. Waitress clearly allergic to smiling. And even when I got up from the table to ask for hot oil (which is industrial), she pulled a face... even though we had ordered 2 pizzas. In the end, she didn't even ask us if we wanted a coffee. Really a shame!

Was here on a rainy Saturday evening with two friends, which turned out to be a good evening despite the wet weather, the pizza really got us thinking about funny topics, the staff was great, especially the nice lady with the pink hair who is super motivated, the boss was great too, I'd love to come back 🙃

We ate there on two consecutive days and tried both pizza and pasta – both were extremely delicious and freshly prepared. We would especially like to highlight the service: Martina is an excellent server – friendly, attentive, and has the place completely under control. Unfortunately, the demeanor of the employee named Carolina was very irritating for us. I've visited a variety of restaurants on five continents, but I've never encountered such strange behavior as hers. As soon as we entered the restaurant, she rolled her eyes and looked at us with a noticeably dismissive expression. When we politely asked for a seat, she immediately claimed that everything was full – on a Thursday afternoon. The friendly male employee, however, immediately offered us a table until a certain time – very accommodating. We then decided to sit outside. After our order, which was also taken by the friendly colleague, Carolina brought the food. She shoved the pizzas directly into our hands without a word and with a dismissive look, instead of placing them neatly on the table. The same behavior was repeated later with dessert. During the visit, I observed how she interacted with other guests – there, her behavior was completely different: friendly, attentive, professional. I found it difficult to find any other reason for the noticeable dislike towards us – except perhaps our southern appearance. I sincerely hope that wasn't the case, but that's exactly how it felt to us. We've always been big fans of your restaurant – especially because of the very nice and dedicated owner. Therefore, I won't completely downgrade our overall rating – if only because of her and the great young staff. Nevertheless, I want to make it clear: Such disrespectful behavior as Carolina's is absolutely unacceptable and unfortunately, it really soured our visit. We are very disappointed and hope this remains an isolated incident. My wife and I were here on June 21st around 9 p.m. The pizza was incredibly delicious – you can immediately taste the high-quality ingredients and the love with which it was prepared. I've rarely eaten such good pizza - by far the best pizza in the area! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. The terrace is also particularly lovely, where you can sit and relax and enjoy your meal – perfect in good weather! Essen Service ambience and price-performance ratio are great!

The service was unfriendly and bad-tempered. The tablecloth was dirty, which was completely unacceptable, and one napkin was dirty. The pizza, however, was very tasty. It's a shame that the service doesn't reflect the quality of the food.

Unfortunately one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. Relatively tasteless, except for the bitter flavors from the many burnt spots under the pizza. The burger wasn't a highlight either, only the fries were quite good.

A real moment of pleasure! I recently went on a day trip to the picturesque surroundings of Marktoberdorf, and I had chosen the Rusticana Café as a permanent stop in advance - and rightly so! The coffee itself was a poem - aromatic, full-bodied and simply delicious. The pastries purchased were in no way inferior and were made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. You could literally feel the quality on offer here, and I had the impression that they naturally rely on organic quality without making a big deal about it. A particularly positive aspect is the competent advice when buying a pack of unground coffee for home. The staff took the time to answer my questions and give me a suitable recommendation. Yes, the prices at Rusticana Café may be a little higher than elsewhere, but the investment is worth it in every way. The outstanding quality of the products and the excellent customer service are in a fair relationship to the price. My conclusion is clear: The Rusticana Café in Marktoberdorf is a place that I would be happy to come back to. Here, drinking coffee becomes a little moment of enjoyment that rounds off the trip perfectly. A clear recommendation for everyone who values ​​quality and warm hospitality!

Yesterday my wife and I spontaneously wanted a delicious barbecue burger with fries and a delicious farmer's salad. We went to the Rusticana without a reservation, everything was reserved, Özay the nice host still organized a place for us, and our growling stomach was calmed 😃. Update 10/2024 wow - I'm surprised it's been upgraded to 4 stars, which is a top spot in my strict ratings. The pizzas were very tasty, as were the fried potatoes and mozzarella, all very lovingly prepared. The salad is good with a subtle dressing! The food was served in a flash. OK, we were the first guests. You can't do magic in the kitchen when the restaurant is full, so that's not a criterion for me, unless it takes over 30 minutes. Unfortunately there are clear communication problems with the service staff. She is motivated and very friendly. There are good basics in service, the language skills could be improved, but you can live with that and it will certainly get better. There is a quiet, pleasant atmosphere even in a full restaurant. The service staff asked several times whether everything was okay 👍 Visit May 2022 under a new tenant. The menu is clear, but unfortunately the design of the menu conveys a snack bar feel. The furnishings are completely new, friendly and everything looks classy and tidy. The pizza on the wooden board is great, stays warm longer and the base doesn't get soggy, great! Not crispy enough for my taste and still has potential for improvement, but that's a matter of opinion. The salad is delicately dressed and tastes very good. Conclusion here we come back to try more dishes.

Centrally located restaurant in the middle of Marktoberdorf. There's a road that runs directly past the terrace near the outdoor seating, which I find a bit annoying. But that doesn't change the incredibly delicious pizza and the friendly staff. If you want to eat good pizza, you should definitely eat here.

I find €5.90 for a portion of fries almost outrageous. There were enough service staff but, as I said, waiting time was a no-go because of the kitchen.

Rusticana is our absolute favorite restaurant in Mod. The pizza is simply delicious and in our opinion by far the best around! Even if you follow a vegan diet, every extra wish (without cheese, etc.) is fulfilled here. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating and make you feel comfortable and in good hands. Even when the store is full, the quality of service remains really excellent, which I find remarkable. So a big compliment and at the same time thanks to the entire team for the great work you do! We don't go out to eat often, but when we do go out to eat we go to Rusticana in Marktoberdorf. No matter what we've eaten there so far, we've never been disappointed. You can eat well in the “Rusticana” restaurant! A surprising number of people pick up their lunch here. Pizza day on Wednesdays - each pizza for EUR 9.90 - is highly recommended! Very nice staff...always friendly and accommodating! I've never been disappointed with anything - food, service, ambience, etc. (and I only go here 4 times a year because I'm actually from Cologne.
