Grünspitz could be a nice meeting place in the neighborhood, but it doesn't seem very inviting at the moment. When I was there on a Saturday evening (around 7 p.m.), there were a lot of people who were obviously drunk, and someone next to me had apparently lit a joint. I quickly decided to leave and not wait for the open-air concert. As I left the premises, an elderly man, also drunk, was pushing his shopping cart full of bottles, loudly clinking, towards a bench with his friends. Personally, I felt uncomfortable and wouldn't currently recommend the place for families or a relaxed visit with friends. On the plus side: good tram connections and a few places to sit. I hope the square will be better looked after in the future – it certainly has potential.
Ordered today for the first time in a while, and it's still delicious. The portions are really generous, and no matter what dish—Indian, Chinese, pasta, or pizza—they've always been delivered fresh and hot.
The drivers are also very friendly. 5 ⭐
The best pizza 🍕 thin, crispy, well-topped – exactly how a pizza should be! We only pick up from here. The restaurant would appreciate a modernization; the 70s/80s charm doesn't exactly make it a good place to eat, unfortunately. That's why we, and many others, only pick up from here.
I will definitely report this shop to Lieferando. I wrote a bad review because my food arrived half an hour late and was cold. I ordered Regartoni alforno and it came without cheese. I then received an email from his lawyer about my bad review, saying that I was attacking him personally, bad-mouthing his shop, making up all sorts of things and that I hadn't ordered from him. I suspect that he simply reports bad reviews so that his ratings are higher. I was able to refute every accusation with proof of order and photos. You shouldn't take action against reviews if you aren't even able to distinguish whether the person doing the review was a customer or not 🤣 In any case, I received serious accusations and I will personally take action against them because I certainly won't put up with something like that. Being threatened with legal action if I don't take my review down, just because I wrote a normal review like everyone else. The owner also told me on the phone that "it sometimes happens that ingredients are missing due to stress. It's normal and he doesn't understand why I'm giving him one star just because I missed cheese. It should be at least three." With this statement, he confirmed that he is aware that he does not sell his dishes truthfully, as stated online, and, among other things, that he also knows that some orders are missing ingredients. I don't need to say anything more about that. I am simply deeply shocked that criticism is handled so badly and that one is now being threatened with legal action. I mean, it was just pasta🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and he has reported several bad reviews to his lawyer.
I ordered takeout. Everything was great! But there were no chopsticks or any other cutlery. The food was packaged very messily. I think they should at least provide plastic forks or wooden chopsticks, since the whole point of takeout is eating outside the restaurant, and it's difficult without cutlery. Please provide tissues in the future and improve the service, because I don't want to eat my food with my bare hands.
Not open even though there's staff, people sitting there, and the sign says it's open until 10:30 PM.
You can just save yourself the trip and go to decent restaurants.
