A small, cozy restaurant with very friendly service. I've always found the food to be delicious, and the value for money is good. I definitely recommend it.
It's a sports restaurant with good food and drinks at reasonable prices.
Local beers and schnapps, and delicious snacks. The Cordon Bleu is really good 👍
We certainly won't be here last time...
We celebrated our wedding here a few weeks ago, and everything was perfect, from the food to the service!
All our requests were met :)
The grand hall and the garden are also perfect for a wedding! :)
We can only recommend it :)
Thank you again!
Super cute shop. Great atmosphere, pleasant music. The shop was very quiet and hardly busy. The young woman still gave us very attentive and helpful advice (NO WAITING TIME). The peanut/lime-basil combination is definitely a fantastic choice. Thank you.
We've been regular customers of this pizzeria for quite some time now, as we've always enjoyed the pizza. However, lately we've noticed that our orders are arriving increasingly late. Yesterday, a particularly egregious incident occurred: the pizza didn't arrive for two hours and was completely cold by then (8:25 pm). While I understand that delays can occur during peak hours, a two-hour wait is unacceptable. It would have been appropriate to inform us of the estimated delivery time.
Of course, the owner offered us a replacement, but we still had to wait at least an hour for that. This is unacceptable under the circumstances.
It's worth noting that we live only about five minutes away from the pizzeria by car.
The service staff are absolutely terrible, only giving rude answers to legitimate questions, not child-friendly.
Last visit there when Annafest seems to be all about the sales commission.
La Pasteria is by far the best restaurant in Amberg. The owner is extremely friendly and will help you with anything you need. There is a great amount of options on the menu and they are all delicious. The food is always cooked fresh and will never let you down. I highly recommended this restaurant to all locals and visitors.

We were there yesterday and wanted to sit outside. There were chairs and tables, so we assumed we were allowed to sit there. After 5 or 10 minutes, a man came over, and the first thing he said to us was "Ciao" (?). We were surprised and couldn't understand what he meant. I think he assumed we weren't customers (?). He also didn't seem particularly interested in listening to us. His reactions were rude and strange. He should have just said that they only offered indoor service, and we would have understood. If they don't want people sitting outside, they could put a sign saying so, or simply not leave any chairs outside. But what happened yesterday was a bit odd and strange. I don't think I would go there again...
Edit: I don't expect you to serve customers outside in 0 degrees Celsius. The problem is that your colleague didn't explicitly state that it was like that. It wasn't normal or polite to greet customers with "Ciao." I'm sorry that it happened, I really wanted to eat at your restaurant, but you just have to understand that it's simply not okay to say "Ciao" to customers because they accidentally wanted to sit outside.
