We were at xxxl on a Saturday to look for patio furniture... first we went to the restaurant to have some breakfast. We arrived at the same time as other guests... and sat at table 1. The waitress, Ms. Feser, walked past our table, ignored us and took breakfast at 4 other tables. That wasn't the first time. So I stood up and ran after her and asked to take our order, she reluctantly took the order. We don't know Ms. Feser and don't understand the different treatment of the guests. An older couple next to us comforted us: “She's always like that”, but there are also really nice waitresses. We will no longer come…….and order the garden furniture on the internet. We won't allow ourselves to be treated like that.

Pizza schön knusprig, nettes Personal, gute Preise. Wenn's mal nicht so teuer sein soll, aber die Küche kalt bleibt ist das bestimmt eine gute Adresse.

No, very unfriendly. Wanted to eat a yufka with my son and had it cut in half. They DIDN'T do it, you can still buy children's kebab. I left.

Usually it's good here if the restaurant is open. I don't think the opening times are good. You can't get anything here after 7 p.m. It was different.

Everything was very unhygienic and dirty. The drivers and delivery cars are dingy. Food (chicken wings) is cheap frozen food.

I find the staff very friendly and nice, but the waiting time for drinks is quite long, probably because the waitress was alone. Otherwise very pleasant and tasty.

Worst pizza in a long time! We ordered two party pizzas to pick up at Carnival, which worked out well in terms of timing. Hence two stars. However, the pizza was really bad: Tomato sauce hardly present + little taste. Topping careless and also without taste. Haven't had such a bad pizza in a long time

Wir hatten nicht reserviert an einem Samstag Nachmittag. Man bat uns einen Platz an der Bar an, mit der Option an den Tisch zu wechseln, sobald einer frei werden würde. Hat Max 5 Minuten gedauert. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr nett, gute Karte mit außergewöhnlichen Kimbinationen, sehr lecker.

Sorry, but I've never eaten such poor quality in a restaurant before (and I'm 70 plus). They tried to offer us something alternative to make up for it, but that's not why I'm going to eat.

I visited the IKEA restaurant today and had a truly pleasant experience. The food was, as you'd expect from IKEA, delicious and reasonably priced. The meatballs were fresh, and the side dishes were well-seasoned. I'd especially like to mention Thomas, one of the employees. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on his face despite the hustle and bustle. He took the time to answer questions and was simply a true professional in his service. It's rare that someone stands out so positively—but Thomas really made the visit special! All in all: A solid restaurant with good food, but above all, with great staff. Thank you, Thomas! I'd be happy to come back.
