Unfortunately, the restaurant does not value customer satisfaction, I ordered food worth €52.29. After waiting for 1 hour, the app said the food had been delivered. Yes to a neighbor but not to me, the driver Dominik also testified to this and I then called the restaurant. Then I was told more or less "The food was delivered and I'm not entitled to a refund" "we'll make an exception" I was told, Lieferando doesn't respond to my request and the owner doesn't attach any importance to correcting anything . In my opinion, as nice as Dominik was on the phone, since it was your mistake not to check your identity, you should pay for it out of your pocket and feel free to say something unpleasant to your boss. I won't recommend it anymore, your food isn't that great anyway, there was always something missing, overpriced portions too small.

1 star is already too much. I ordered at 12:00 and stated that it should be there at 1:00 p.m. I got a call at 1:30 p.m. and was told on the phone it would take a few minutes. At 1:50 p.m. there was still no one there and then I called them and they told me again it would take longer. WHY IF I ORDERED AT 12 PM DOES IT STILL COME AN HOUR LATER WHEN YOU HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO PREPARE THE FOOD?! THEN YOU ARE SO BOLD AND DON'T APOLOGIZE FOR THIS DELAY EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN SEE THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS WASTED THEIR ENTIRE BREAK JUST BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GET THERE TO BE THERE ON TIME! The food looks okay, the sauce looks like it's been smothered on it but it tastes okay, but for me it's neither worth ordering nor visiting. There are much better stores in this area.

I will never order here again. Since my usual restaurant was on vacation, I was forced to order from another sushi place...I wish I had just skipped it. I ordered on a Sunday evening around 8:20 p.m. and I can understand that sometimes they can't deliver as quickly as promised, but I waited over 2 hours for the food and didn't get any notification as to when or if the food would arrive . After several attempts to contact the restaurant, I made myself something else to eat around 10:10 p.m. The restaurant officially closes at 10 p.m. and I could no longer expect the food to come. When the delivery man rang around 10:30 p.m., I stopped accepting the food and instead asked for a refund. The restaurant has since refused to refund the money. In addition, it does not respond to telephone contact. I can only advise everyone to order from one of the many other good restaurants in Würzburg. The hassle with the JooLee noodle bar is simply not worth it. Addendum: Luckily I was ultimately able to have the matter sorted out via PayPal.

absolutely substandard customer service. Asia Jolee doesn't read the notes on the dishes, so I got my vegan dish with eggs, which I'm allergic to. The lady on the phone was extremely unfriendly, there was no understanding and now I'm stuck with it. What's exciting is that exactly the same situation happened to me last time, I was naive to believe it was a one-time mistake. So I can only advise vegans and allergy sufferers not to order here. In addition, we only received a pair of chopsticks and no napkins with our order. The delivery person also came too early and not at the agreed time.

We were always very impressed with the dishes. Unfortunately, today was an absolute disaster. Ordered via Lieferando at 8 p.m. Food came at 7:35 p.m., we weren't home yet. Luckily the supplier waited a short time... But the food 😱 Duck meat was tough, wonton was dry and inedible, salmon in the sushi was super dry (as if it were from the day before). I have never been so disappointed with a delivery service. Therefore, unfortunately only 2 stars for the food, as it was otherwise always very good...

MUST TRY !! Overall brilliant restaurant. We had only tried the delivered food but dine in experience was really good. My all time favorite for the Asian food in Würzburg. Really really amazing flavors which induces different taste buds. Every dish that I have eaten here is just awesome as per my taste and preference. The dishes with schewzan preparations are the ones you must try. The sushi’s are also good. The plating and the presentation of the food is impressive. Nice and friendly staff. A small but good outside sitting area.

I ordered sushi through Lieferando, but unfortunately I mistakenly ordered it to be picked up. So I called to cancel the order, which was confirmed to me over the phone. Then an email to Lieferando so that I can get my €55 back. Well, end of story, the owner said that I had apparently picked up the order and I wouldn't get my money back. Even when I asked the owner over the phone, I didn't get any help. And by the way the sushi was not recommended. Isn't worth the money. You have to know.

Incredibly bad and disgraceful Ordered from Lieferando...delivery should come after 45 minutes. After 60 minutes we called and said the driver was supposedly on the way. Another 15 minutes later the delivery arrived. We ordered 2x baked chicken with yellow curry + wonton... 1x duck with yellow curry + wonton was delivered. After we asked the driver to call the restaurant, he couldn't reach anyone and said it would be super stressful tonight anyway. He didn't know what to do now either. Then he left. When we called again and complained that our food was missing, the lady on the other end said that they were no longer delivering today and then simply hung up. We haven't come across such an underground delivery service for a long time. The wontons were cold and didn't taste good, we shared the duck curry and went to bed hungry.

Die Preise wurden um bis zu 40% erhöht, aber dafür der Service herunter geschraubt. Die Lieferzeit wurde mit 30-60 Minuten angegeben, aber wir mussten fast 2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten. Wir bekamen dafür weder eine Wiedergutmachung noch eine Entschuldigung. Wenn man zu viel zu tun hat, sollte man keine Aufträge mehr annehmen oder anrufen und Optionen anzubieten. Ein wichtiger Aspekt bei der Wahl eines Lieferdienstes ist die angegebene Lieferzeit und wenn diese um das 2- bis 4-fache überschritten wird, sollte man etwas korrigieren. Das Essen war gut, hat die Stimmung für mich aber auch nicht mehr gerettet.

Wir haben 11 Uhr bestellt um Pünktlich 15 Uhr zur Pause zu essen. Dennoch ist die Bestellung 20 Minuten später da gewesen. Das Essen ist sehr mäßig. Alle 4 Gerichte waren geschmacksneutral und die Menge der Gerichte ist für den Preis auch nicht unbedingt überragend. Das Essen wurde warm geliefert.

Wir haben per Lieferando bestellt. Die Bestellung kam nach ca 1 Stunde fehlerhaft an. Es war das falsche Sushi. Nach öfteren telefonieren wollten sie uns die richtige Bestellung liefern, welches allerdings schon bei anderen Kunden zuhause war. Wir haben darauf bestanden, dass neues Sushi zubereitet werden soll. Es kam ein anderer Lieferant und hat das falsch bestellte Sushi wieder abgeholt und zu Kunden gebracht. Alles hat ca 2 1/2 Stunden und mehrere Telefonate gebraucht, bis wir das richtige Sushi bekommen haben. Zudem wurden wir am Telefon beschuldigt, dass wir angeblich aus der anderen Sushibox etwas gegessen haben, obwohl wir die Box nicht mal aufgemacht haben.

Ich freue mich, meine Erfahrung im Sushi Restaurant "Asia Joolee" mit euch zu teilen, wo wir kürzlich zweimal zu Gast waren. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants fiel uns das bemerkenswerte Preis/Leistungsverhältnis auf. Wir waren wirklich zufrieden mit dem, was wir erhalten haben. Die Qualität der Sushi-Gerichte und die breite Auswahl stehen definitiv im Einklang mit den gezahlten Preisen. Ein kleiner Aspekt, der jedoch beachtet werden sollte, ist die schlichte Einrichtung des Restaurants. Es ist eher minimalistisch gestaltet, was vielleicht nicht jedermanns ästhetischen Vorlieben entsprechen könnte. Trotzdem haben wir uns davon nicht abhalten lassen, die hervorragenden Speisen zu genießen. Unsere beiden Besuche im "Asia Joolee" bestätigen die gleichbleibend positive Erfahrung. Wir schätzten die Sorgfalt, mit der die Sushi-Gerichte zubereitet und präsentiert wurden. Die Frische der Zutaten war unübersehbar und trug erheblich zu unserem Genusserlebnis bei. Alles in allem wäre das "Asia Joolee" für mich zu einer regelmäßigen Anlaufstelle geworden, wenn ich öfter in Würzburg verweilen würde. Die unschlagbare Kombination aus Qualität und Preis macht es zu einem lohnenswerten Ort, um köstliches Sushi zu genießen. Wenn ihr zufällig in der Gegend seid, rate ich euch definitiv dazu, dem Restaurant einen Besuch abzustatten.

Essen vor Ort ist wirklich hübsch angerichtet und hat mir bisher immer gut geschmeckt, kann die Beschwerden beim Lieferdienst deshalb nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Personal ist immer nett und höflich. Empfehlung: Gui Cuon (Reispapiersommerrolle), Pho Saigon (deftige Nudelsuppe mit Rindfleisch), Fried Chicken Sushi (ja, ich weiß, Blasphemie und so, aber schmeckt GEIL)

Ich war mit meiner Freundin an einem Sonntag Mittag hier. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und auch das Essen war schnell da. Die Wan Tan sehr knusprig, ebenso wie die Frühlingsrollen. Außerdem wird das Essen extrem schön mit Deko ( zur Blume geschnittene Karotten und Minzeblättern) angerichtet. Der Hauptgang war auch sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Ambiente ist schön modern und sehr Sauber. Insgesamt ein sehr zufriedenstellender Besuch. Wir kommen wieder !

Habe Sonntag nachmittags Ente mit Knoblauchsoße und eine Tom Yang Gun Suppe bestellt. Beides heiß, beides super lecker. 👍 Reis und Ente wurden getrennt von der Soße mit Gemüse verpackt, was ich genial finde - die Konsistenz bleibt so erhalten. Richtig gute Performance!

Wir haben schon öfter hier Sushi und Ente bestellt. Lieferung oft kürzer als angekündigt. Frühlingsrollen leider oft kalt und die typischen aufgewärmten Fertigrollen. Aber bisher war bei jeder Bestellung alles vollständig und hat immer geschmeckt! Auch die Fahrer sind sehr nett. Wir würden immer wieder hier bestellen :)

Ich habe schon öfter beim Asia Jolee zum Liefern bestellt und heute zum ersten Mal vor Ort gegessen. Die Lachssuppe war wirklich gut und an den Udon Nudeln hab ich auch nichts auszusetzen. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Das einzige was mich ein bisschen stört ist die fehlende Möglichkeit mit Karte zu zahlen. Ansonsten top!

About a week ago I bought baked sushi on offer with a friend, 4 packs for €10. At home we both realized that the sushi was unfortunately no longer good, so everything ended up in the trash, the taste was really bitter and dripping with fat. I tried to call there five times but no one answered. It was no longer possible to drive back either, I don't come directly from Würzburg. Today, when I had the opportunity and was there, I asked the lady about it and showed her the video that I had made. She said since it was on offer she could only give me freshly made sushi, but of course she just wanted the money back No apology, just a stroppy answer and that she has no use for customers like me. Thanks but I will never get anything there again!!! One star too many

The food came 1.5 hours later than stated and so the waiting time since the call was now over 2 hours. Lieferando said it was delivered and it still took 1 hour to arrive, apparently so as not to get into trouble. As expected, the food was cold after such a long time, the warming boxes didn't help either, and of course there was no apology. Good service is definitely something different.

Friendly staff and food as you would expect at an Asian snack bar. You can also buy other little things there. Overall recommended! Addendum 6 years later: The food is still prepared in front of you, but there is now only one employee. The little things you could buy are no longer there. Otherwise everything seems very listless and loveless.

We are currently visiting Würzburg a few years after our studies and had to try our favorite sushi at the time. And what can I say... today as then, for us, it's simply the very best sushi far and wide. It is always freshly prepared and you can taste it. The ingredients (e.g. avocado) are not stingy here either. Simply top and recommended to everyone!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Delivery was on time, but the delivery person was very unfriendly. Without saying anything, he waits calmly in the yard and expects me to come down. After I checked that he wouldn't come towards me, I went downstairs. Then the container my food was in broke and half of the sauce leaked into the bag. After I pointed this out to the delivery person, he simply said that he couldn't do anything about it and that I should take the food now. Well, I thought maybe at least it tasted good. Unpacked my order. The gyoza were burnt, dry and inedible. The summer rolls were also some of the worst I've ever eaten. They are not served with this dark sauce as usual but with a fish sauce that tastes terrible. Then the highlight: the expired duck in Szechuan style. Terrible. The sauce didn't have a single szechuan peppercorn in it. It was a cheap (probably) ready-made sweet and sour sauce that tasted really terrible. In addition, it was a maximum of half a duck breast, which was fried to death and was drier than a pure tablespoon of cinnamon. I will never order here again and would advise anyone not to order here. Really terrible.
