Just not good at all! Sorry... but I can't think of anything else! Never had such a bad chicken curry with coconut milk! I threw it away after two forkfuls because it was absolutely inedible!

Every time something was missing. 9 out of 10 orders were always missing something. Chicken was always dry. Unfortunately they didn't improve it

The worst mini spring rolls I've ever had. They also get these things as frozen goods, I don't understand how they can screw that up themselves. They were burnt and dried out, so if you forget them in the deep fryer, you should just throw them away and not sell them. The rice and stuff was just the usual, like with all run-of-the-mill Asian delivery services. But the whole thing for €20 is pretty cool. I will never order from them again and I would advise against it. The other billo delivery services at least have large portions and smaller prices.

Warning: complete disaster!!!!! We ordered and had to wait 3 hours until something finally came! Quality complete disaster!! Staff was just unfriendly. After an hour we called and asked that it come at the agreed time. After 2 hours the statement came: “You are not the only customer waiting!” Please do not order anything from this restaurant!!

Delivery was a complete disaster!! Food is OK. We ordered at 5 p.m. and the food was delivered at 6:55 p.m. We tried to reach someone by phone several times, but of course no one answered the calls.

Both the food and the service were below all……. The only friendly thing was the poor man who had to deliver the food 2 hours late! We will definitely order from best Friends again next time 👌

The food itself is really tasty and I'm actually really satisfied, BUT the delivery was the worst I've ever experienced. I entered my address correctly, but the delivery person just couldn't do it. I described it, went out and walked to the main street to find him. That's how it worked out in the end. But the worst delivery person complains to me because I didn't go to the address he was looking for and didn't open the door there to pick up my order... A single check on Google Maps would have been enough to find my door. Please explain to the supplier how the deliveries actually work! This definitely didn't just happen to me.

The crux of this negative review is the lack of delivery over a period of 90 minutes with a stated delivery time of 50 minutes. After a call to ask about the lack of delivery, I was told that they would drive in a convenient manner and therefore not deliver each delivery individually, which I can certainly understand. What I don't understand, however, is the statement that my food would be delivered to me immediately, only to then wait another 20 minutes without success until I canceled the delivery on my part. Unfortunately, the employees are overwhelmed or simply not on task. Absolutely outrageous for such a price for a delivery service and therefore not recommended.

Dirt loading something was missing for the 3rd time in a row. Today it was the 3 times the 120 m1 maki salmon and avocado

I ordered something today for 5/5:30 p.m., it wasn't complete and I called them to find out what was going on and was told that my order would arrive with the next delivery. That would mean if the next one was at 9 p.m., my order would also be there at 9 p.m. and I don't see that. I said I wanted my money back or delivery within an hour. In protest, I said I would get my order and they hung up straight away. Showed zero understanding, rude and absolutely 0 professionalism.

I ordered fried noodles with duck and a Peking soup. Order time: 9:19 p.m. Arrival: 10:52 p.m. Personally, I think this is a poor performance. Unfortunately, I have to say with regret that the soup was only lukewarm, as were the fried noodles. The food itself was quite good even if it was only lukewarm. Recommended: Yes, maybe if you go out to eat locally, but definitely not for delivery

I ordered there and the food was very good and the delivery time was very pleasant and didn't take too long and it was delivered perfectly to the hospital without any problems. If I'm in the area again, I would come back at any time and eat there. Always my pleasure

We have been ordering from Kyo for many years, as not many deliver to the Würzburg area. It's normal that things go wrong every now and then. However, a lot has been going wrong lately and the staff isn't necessarily understanding. People like to be fobbed off with the promise that they will give you something next time (if they deliver a dish incorrectly, forget it or it takes twice as long as stated). The next time you mention this you'll be happy to get the offer for crab chips. 1 portion is so little that it doesn't even cost the delivery service 50 cents to purchase. This weekend everything went wrong again. Actually the order should have taken 60 minutes, after 1.5 hours there was no sign of the driver. When he came and accounted for everything, the spring rolls were missing. Then they were paid. We were told on the phone that next time we order something we will get something on top. But the fact that we wanted the food we ordered today was only accepted after discussion. Apart from the fact that our food was only lukewarm, it took the driver another 40 minutes to bring the spring rolls. We definitely won't order there again!

Contrary to the bad reviews, everything was fine with our order. Arrived on time (about 30 minutes) and tasted good!

The taste of the food was ok. The prices were cheap. However, the food and the restaurant were a bit cool. The ambience is very simple.

So the delivery via app is a disaster here and the server isn't particularly friendly, so I refuse to give an additional tip. According to the app, the food was supposed to come in an hour... I received it again later - this was the 2nd time that my food came over an hour later. The food itself is good, no question, but what really annoys me is that the food is cold every time it arrives. So I won't be ordering anything else here. Service can be forgotten, not to mention customer friendliness... Simply terrible, I'm really disappointed.

Ordered again after a long time. Was immediately disappointed again. Sushi wasn't good. Starters weren't good either. Over 2 hours delivery time. I do not recommend it. Never again.

Catastrophe!!! Ordered there again after a long time (due to a bad experience) and was immediately disappointed again. Ordered over 2 hours in advance at 8:45 p.m. and the food arrived 40 minutes late, only to find out that half of it was missing! The best thing is that the subsequent delivery should now take another 30-45 minutes and I should still pay for it!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

If it were possible, I would give zero stars straight away. First I waited almost 1 1/2 hours and then another 15 minutes until the driver was there. Absolutely unfriendly on the phone. I changed my order a bit because I can't eat some things. Everything was wrong and not as ordered. When I called there they just said "sorry" unfortunately that doesn't do much for me if I can't eat this value?! Zero concessions for such an expensive meal. Absolutely no recommendation.

Ordered from Uber Eats. Delivery time should be between 30-45 minutes. Called the store after 2 hours. Was put off for the classic 10 minutes and there was no excuse. Food wasn't there after 10 minutes. Called again and apologized, but food arrived after 2.5 hours. Unfortunately the food was cold, didn't taste like much and was just not good. Don't order anymore

Update: I still order here regularly and am still very satisfied. Delivery times have always been adhered to for me and ordering on site has never taken longer than 15 minutes. Super tasty food, nice people, fast delivery. So I always enjoy eating here :-)

Schlechtes essen schlechte Fleischqualität...

Delivery took forever and after I called they said the food would be there in 5 minutes. then it took another 25 minutes longer. The food is also really not good. The sushi no longer tasted very fresh and the rice with pork was lukewarm. The sauces are also really disappointing and hardly taste like anything. I wouldn't order here again

Order was already 45 minutes late. When I asked on the phone, I was told the order was on the way. Then it took another 30 minutes. Unfortunately delivery is not recommended.

Habe dort sehr gerne bestellt, jedoch sind leider Gottes die Wartezeiten sehr lang und das Personal, wenn man dort nach 90 Minuten warten anruft, sehr unhöflich obwohl man nur nett nachfragen wollte wo das Essen bleibt. Sehr schade, dass man trotz dieser simplen Frage direkt auf Gegenwind stößt ohne selbst ausfallend geworden zu sein. Das Essen ist immer Top, leider jedoch meine letzte Mahlzeit dort gewesen

Sushi: es war durchschnittlich und nicht perfekt gerollt. Zudem relativ große Stücke. Die Portion war ausreichend und preislich in Ordnung. Gebratene Nudeln mit Ente: An sich lecker, aber leider lauwarm. Die Portion im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants etwas kleiner was die Nudeln betrifft. Und 4,50€ Aufpreis für Nudeln? Fast 20€ für dieses Gericht und dann auch noch lauwarm und relativ wenige Nudeln.

essen war Verbrannt und hat dadurch komplett nach verbranntem geschmeckt sehr schade. ich kann das essen hier nicht weiterempfehlen

Wir haben paniertes Hühnchen mit Curry und Kokosmilch, vietnamesische Reisnudeln mit gegrilltem Hähnchen und 2 Sorten Sushi bestellt. Alles war super lecker, auch das Sushi hat meine Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen! Gerne wieder

Mein Lieblings-Asiate in Würzburg. Ich bestelle hier regelmäßig Gerichte nach Hause, die in vertretbarer Zeit und immer frisch nach Hause kommen. Die Preise sind angesichts der Lieferung ohne Zusatzkosten, der Menge und der guten Qualität völlig ok. Es gibt zahlreiche leckere Gerichte und auch eine große Auswahl an Sushi 🍣

Sehr leckeres Essen. Die Wartezeit war auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Was nicht so toll war, die Parkplatz Situation aber hierfür kann der Laden nichts. Wenn ich mal wieder asiatisch essen möchte und in der Nähe bin werde ich Kyo Asia Xpress wieder einen Besuch abstatten.

Schnell angekommen alles warm und lecker

Wir sind die einzigen Gäste und Google meint, mehr los als gewöhnlich (das gibt mir kurz zu denken). Essen ist gut, Sushi, Hähnchen Spieß, war gut, das scharfe Torfugericht aber mild und nichts zum nachschärfen auf dem Tisch… Alles in allem OK Besucht im Mai 2023

Erhöhte Wartezeit vor Ort trotz vorheriger Bestellung und mitgeteilter Dauer. Das vegetarische Sushi ist okay, aber natürlich nicht mit dem Sushi guter Sushi-Restaurants zu vergleichen. Die knusprige Ente war leider etwas trocken. War alles in allem „okay“, steht aber nicht auf unserer „da müssen wir nochmal bestellen“-Liste :-)

Essen ist schlecht und Lieferzeit ist lange.

Wir haben telefonisch Essen zur Abholung geordert. Keine Nummern, sondern jede Speise so wie auf der Karte bezeichnet. Speisen abgeholt und zuhause festgestellt, dass nicht gebratener Reis, sondern gebratene Nudeln in der Thermobox waren. Sofort angerufen und reklamiert. Die einzige Rückfrage war „Haben Sie schon davon gegessen?“ NEIN, wollte ja Reis statt Nudeln 👿. Mein Mann also nochmals mit dem falschen Essen zurück und in die Original-Bestellung umgetauscht, während sein Essen zuhause kalt wurde. Und was mich echt aufregt, ist der Fakt, dass überhaupt nichts!!! zur Entschuldigung angeboten wurde. Ganz schlechter Stil!

Immer leckeres Essen und gute Qualität. Zum selber abholen meist in 10-15 min fertig 👍

Habe dort bestellt. Das Essen war gut, nur hat die Lieferung über 2,5 Stunden und drei Anrufe gebraucht. Keiner wollte an der extrem langen Lieferzeit schuld sein, es gab auch keinen Rabatt oder so als Entschuldigung, nur faule Ausreden.(Es war an einem normalen Wochentag, abends) Zudem war das Tiramisu vom Discounter oder Supermarkt und nicht selbst gemacht (Das MHD stand auf dem noch versiegelten Deckel...). Frechheit, das hätte ich deutlich günstiger auch selbst im Supermarkt kaufen können. :(

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder hier bestellt und sehr angenehm überrascht. Essen sehr lecker und frisch, auch heiß angekommen. Die Lieferzeit war mit 20 Minuten sehr kurz, und das am Sonntag Abend. Fahrerin sehr freundlich.

Leute ihr habt echt stark nach gelassen. Geschmacklich sowie bei den Zutaten...keine einzige sprosse im Gemüse, und kaum Honig auf der Banane.

Schon einige Male bestellt. Essen kommt sehr schnell, Fahrer immer freundlich. Essen ist immer warm und Sushi sehr lecker. Preise sind für die frischen Zutaten mehr als toll. Wurden selbst bei Sonderwünschen nie enttäuscht. Bestellen gerne weiter

Normale Gerichte und Sushi war bisher immer lecker und warm. Lieferung geht immer problemlos.

Die Lieferung des Essens hat 2 Stunden gedauert. Qualität war ok.

Personliche Meinung: ein typische Asiate. Essen ist gut und Preise sind Durchschnitt in WÜ. Der Lieferservice rundet das Angebot ab.

Wantan extrem weich und in die tüte gedrückt die banane mit honig war nicht schlecht 80min lieferzeit

hab sushi bestellt, wurde schnell geliefert. ich weiß nicht was die mit dem reis machen aber der war wirklich sowas von gut, war so ziemlich das beste sushi welches ich hier in wü bis jetzt bestellt habe :)
