Sorry, but I'm very disappointed! I ordered 3 x Mix and 1 x Diabolo with a delivery time of 20 minutes! Then after more than an hour the food finally arrived and the driver couldn't find the wallet! And since when is tuna, olives and artichoke on the mix?????? We will have a richer experience and will order somewhere else in the future.

My partner and I were there for breakfast today and were served in such a rude and disrespectful manner by a lady of older age. After the tip there was neither a thank you nor a “do you need the receipt”, the receipt was thrown at us and at the same time she turned around without saying goodbye, we will definitely not let this person serve us anymore, you felt like the last idiot.

I ordered Pizza Frutti di Mare and I had to look for the seafood! It was just a mess of oil! But we didn't skimp on Surumi. As a "real Italian" it's a disgrace for Italian cuisine 🤢

About 2 years ago the restaurant was still good, the quality of the food was good, the price level was okay, service was always stressed but still friendly. After La Vita or La Bella Vita was represented in the press in recent years with drugs - champagne, two bankruptcies and various court proceedings (according to the press, social security fraud and tax evasion) we were invited to a celebration there. After waiting there, I can totally understand the negative reviews here. What are white covers and tablecloths for if they are dirty and full of holes and the owner doesn't seem to care how comfortable the guest feels? There was no toilet paper (ladies' toilets) and after repeated references it was not refilled during our entire stay. Furthermore, a toilet lid was broken and there were no towels. A sign of how much guests are worth if the owner doesn't value hygiene. Service is absolutely unfriendly, prefers to stand at the entrance smoking with colleagues instead of taking care of guests. After we made it known several times, our order was taken by an annoyed waitress who smelled of cigarettes. Hair in the food and salad, glasses with chipped rims and lipstick stains, pizza was burnt and lasagna was floating in grease. This was dismissed with an “Okay” and a pat on the back when we complained. The food was then brought into the kitchen, but what was served again after a very short time looked suspiciously like exactly the same thing that we had complained about. The fact that there was no tip due to the lack of value for money and the more than unfriendly service was answered with a "Typically German" from the waitress, who then slammed the bill onto the table in annoyance, disappeared towards the counter and let out a torrent of Italian words. Fortunately, there are many good Italian restaurants in Weiden - many of them within walking distance of this one - that value their guests and also offer good value for money and service. Therefore, you can safely avoid this one.

Very nice hotel. Renewed bedroom with nice design. Restaurant is closed on monday and front desk is closed in the evening, but okay, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and your bedroom's key opens the hotel's door.

We were here today with my mother, great food and a cool host! We'd love to come back!

Nach längerer Zeit haben wir uns wieder für das "La Stella" entschieden. Grundsätzlich gibt es an der Qualität des Essen nichts auszusetzen, das ist ausgezeichnet. Doch der Service war unterirdisch. Unfreundlich, unaufmerksam und lustlos. Zum Abschluss wurde uns die Rechnung auf den Tisch hingeworfen. Kein Dank, oder wie früher üblich, wollen Sie noch einen Grappa? Gar nichts. Die Bedienung ist auch sofort wieder verschwunden, hat sich nicht verabschiedet, das ist ein NoGo. Empfehlen werde ich das Lokal nicht unbedingt.
