Die besten Restaurants in Oberammergau

We went there for dinner during our stay at Oberammergau. We didn't enjoy the food at all - the taste of the food we ordered was quite poor. Prices and portions were fine but the taste was such that we would never visit again.

The hotel is very nice, the staff pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast and lunch very good. I recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

We were there for lunch with two small children. Unfortunately, there is no children's chair or a larger seat cushion to raise the height. We ordered 2 pizzas, a pasta dish and a salad. Apparently the waiter misunderstood the order and brought the wrong pizza, which unfortunately only became apparent after the first bite. The operators saw no fault on their part and therefore did not take the pizza back. The real pizza that was then delivered and the other dishes tasted good, but we had to pay for all the dishes (including the wrong one). We decided not to tip - but the waiter obviously wasn't good with numbers in general and gave us back a euro short. We left it at that. Card payment was not possible, only cash payment. Summary: + Food tastes good - Incorrectly served food had to be paid for - Not child friendly - Knife too blunt for the pizza crust - No card payment possible - Too little money given out

Best food especially the kebab box with extra fries. Only recommended. The staff is also great. The kebab man I trust 👌😎👍

Unfortunately I didn't like the pizza, the cheese seemed to come out of the bag grated (and tasted accordingly) and the sauce tasted quite sweet, as if it had been "seasoned" with sugar. I would have liked better quality ingredients here. I was satisfied with the service.
