Very tasty and simply a good shop

Sometimes I wonder why people are so mean with the ratings. We purchased takeaway dönner and falafel here twice, both times were pleased with the value for money ratio. It is cheap, it is open when almost nothing else is, and the food is fresh and tasty. We don't go here for the atmosphere, we go here when we are hungry and just arrived from a late trip, and it never disappointed us.

Ordered there online today. After more than 1.5 hours there was still no food. Frequent calling followed. Good thing I hadn't paid yet. Hotwok used to be really good, but now it doesn't work at all. Nobody available on the phone. If they are available, they should at least pass on information. Hotwok is now dead to me

It's not a 5-star restaurant, but a 4-star snack bar. For me, it's important that the staff is very friendly. The gentleman was so friendly that he even gave me a good piece of baklava for free as a sample. The doner kebab was very solid, the meat was very good, and the bread wasn't homemade, but it was still fresh. Definitely recommended

Basically, the canteen food is solid, but I don't think the price is justified; neither the selection nor the quality of the "cooking" is up to scratch. Unfortunately, the portions are extremely small. The canteen is full because many people want to avoid the trip to a restaurant further away.

The beer was good, sausages were good, burger was really oily and it tasted like old oil. Service pretty fast,and nice, but they should ask ealier about 10% of the tip, not include it to the bill, come only with terminal without my bill and tell us about the tip afterwards. Location was really good, in heart of the city center.

I have rarely had such a disappointing experience as at this so-called "romantic" candlelight dinner. What was sold as a special experience was nothing more than a complete failure. The room was far too bright - and not in a comfortable way. The service was a disaster. The service was very unfriendly and anything but attentive. For what we were offered here, the price was an absolute disgrace. We spent way too much money on a miserable experience. You simply feel ripped off. All in all, this candlelight dinner was a huge disappointment. It was neither romantic nor enjoyable - just annoying. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Hands off!

We ordered via a delivery app. There they are obviously known as Cha cha cha Mexican Fusion and have decent reviews. If I had seen this before, we definitely wouldn't have ordered it and now it was the last time. The two burritos were tasteless, half consisted of unseasoned rice. The vegan burrito was actually not edible at all with the pickled onions that were too sour. That must mean something to me! I haven't eaten so badly in years.

Ordered and payed 5 hours ago, no delivery yet. Their phone number jumps into a vodafone answer machine. They should be called Hungry & Angry, at least thats how we feel.
