The beer was good, sausages were good, burger was really oily and it tasted like old oil. Service pretty fast,and nice, but they should ask ealier about 10% of the tip, not include it to the bill, come only with terminal without my bill and tell us about the tip afterwards. Location was really good, in heart of the city center.

I'm really so upset that something like this happened in Germany. The waiter was so clever, he thought. And he tried to steal from me. Without asking, he added an 18€ tip to our bill. I told him to call his boss, and he simply said he'd give me the money back.

Pretty decent strudel and nice wine. Got tap water with our order and when I asked for more water, I was told no as I would have to buy some. They only serve each customer a little bit of tap water. We had paid for 2 drinks and a dessert, and I think it's pretty ridiculous that they don't allow you tap water!

We were in the city center and decided to have lunch with the kids in a cozy corner. We ordered pintxos (the same as pizza, but first they bake the crust and then put the filling on it). It was very tasty! And the kids "got it". The waiter spoke English. The menu is in two languages.

I decided to try this restaurant because I got a recommendation from a local customer to try some local food and Augustiner beer. As I sat down the waitress Miss Sara handed me a menu in German. I politely asked her if they had a menu in English and I was completely appalled by the response she gave me: “We don’t have a menu in English but you can use your phone to translate it as I don’t have time to translate it for you”. I informed her that as much as I would like to translate a 4 page menu I didn’t have any internet connection. She offered her personal phone which I refused and then proceeded to order the only thing I could understand from the menu. I ordered the famous currywurst which was served to me slightly cold. Personally, as a customer service professional I was shocked that a busy restaurant in the most touristy spot in Munich can’t offer an English menu and also hire staff that had absolutely no touch when it comes to serve people. But at least I had a good beer…

The vegetarian Dürrüm (€6.50) was ice-cold and bitter. Otherwise, the food was pretty tasteless. The staff weren't particularly friendly and didn't even say goodbye, even though we clearly and loudly wished us a nice evening. The decor is okay.

Dachauer Str. 143We ordered online today. After over 1.5 hours, the food still didn't arrive. I called repeatedly. It's a good thing I hadn't paid yet. Hotwok used to be really good, but it's not working now. No one is available on the phone. If they're closed, they should at least provide information. Hotwok is dead for me now.

I purchased the food, and it was served to me, but although it contained very little meat, it was mostly salad and vegetables. And for that, I paid €7.95 for a doner kebab – that's outrageous! To all customers: please check your doner kebab after receiving it, open it, and see if there is enough meat inside. Sincerely,

Münchner FreiheitI go there almost every time I take a Flixbus to make my wait more pleasant. The doner kebab is decent and perfectly acceptable. The meat isn't raw, the tables aren't dirty, and the staff isn't rude. Quite the opposite, in fact. I don't know how anyone can speak so negatively about it. As if Munich had some amazing doner kebabs to offer! It has nothing to do with doner kebabs. Greetings from Berlin.
