Hot Wok Zentrum in München

We ordered online today. After over 1.5 hours, the food still didn't arrive. I called repeatedly. It's a good thing I hadn't paid yet. Hotwok used to be really good, but it's not working now. No one is available on the phone. If they're closed, they should at least provide information. Hotwok is dead for me now.

Outrageous! We ordered the food on the Hot Wok website and have been waiting for our food for ages. According to this, a confirmation email should come shortly, the only thing that came was an email from Paypal about the debit. 🤬 Nobody can be reached by phone or email. We won't be ordering there anymore.

The food arrived very quickly. We ate there, the staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious.

Ordered for me and my son at 8:11 p.m., and by 9:13 p.m., the food still hadn't arrived. I called three times, but they hung up on me, and no one answered the three times I tried to call! Thank goodness PayPal refunded the money. There won't be another order.

I ordered fried noodles... Never again 🤢 they weren't fried noodles and the tofu was disgusting too. I've eaten fried noodles before, but I've never eaten anything so disgusting. I wouldn't call it fried noodles. The taste and smell was blehh 🤢 I tried to eat it but ended up throwing it away.. Just like my money..

1. Order wrong! Well, it can happen sometimes, ordered again after a few weeks and waited for over 2 hours even though the delivery company said it was on the way! Never again !!!

Ordered food online. 1h 40min later the food’s still not here. Tried to call them 4 times with no luck and additionally they’re closing soon. I’ll try to get my money back from PayPal. Can not recommend this place…

Sehr gute Auswahl zu akzeptablen Preisen. Freundliche und schnelle Lieferung, vor allem Fahrer 7 und 9 sehr freundlich.

2 Stunden Lieferzeit, geht gar nicht

Braucht ewig lang bis Essen da ist. Haben über eine Stunde gewartet und lauwarmes Essen bekommen. Hier wird nie wieder bestellt. Noch was: Die Preise sind so hoch, wie in einem feineren asiatischen mittelklasse-Restaurant mit um ein vielfaches besserer Qualität.

Bestellen regelmäßig Sushi und Gemüse mit Reis und Erdnusssoße. Bisher immer TOP zufrieden. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Empfehle ich gerne weiter!
