The food is quite expensive. The Dürum was very tasty, but I wouldn't eat there again because the service was unfriendly and artificially upset with a customer. He scared us off with it.

The kebab is actually the best in Europe in my opinion, it tastes absolutely amazing when they manage to get my order right. Sadly though, the staff are very unpleasant, they are rude and insult foriegen people who struggle speaking German. Each time I've been there the food had been great but my ordering experience has been awful. My wife who is German also struggles to speak with them and found them very dismissive and rude. The food is amazing but the people are not very nice, proceed with caution, but once you get your meal it will be worth the toxic service encounter.

Doner kebab in a train station atmosphere. What do you expect from that? Prices high, taste ok. I got the meat that had been lying on the bottom of the plate for a while. The Dürüm was not folded at the bottom. Gravy mess is inevitable. As soon as I had eaten, my stomach started to rumble... You can imagine the rest. Don't even go there in an emergency! Better to go one step further to McDonalds!!

I ate here in December 2022, today I suddenly remembered the terrible experience I had there and thought I would add a comment. My phone had fallen and broken on the ground and it was a Sunday, I had no money, I had about 10 hours until my bus, I was very tired and tired. And I went to Munich as a tourist for a day, I didn't know German because I didn't live in Germany. The restaurant was completely empty, I politely explained the situation to the young brunette male employee and asked if I could sit inside for 10 minutes. When I saw that he put doner kebab in the lahmacun, I went crazy and went and showed it to the employee and told him that it wasn't lahmacun, that I lived in Turkey, and that I had never seen such lahmacun in my life. "Speak German, this is Germany," he said. He didn't know English. The funny part was that the man was Turkish. I hope you got fired.

The kebab is similar to the reviews already written. If you want to eat something after visiting Neuraum, you should go to McDonalds. Little sauce, little spice… disappointing.

Dürum to neuraum is important. But not from here. Tastes more like onions and sour yogurt sauce than like Dürüm.

I was in here in the morning and they gave warm up fries 🍟 from last night which was added to my food also over all food taste was really bad food, on top of it employee from here was posting resist comments. Definitely not recommended

I wanted to order a “sandwich menu” to eat there while waiting for my bus on the evening of December 31st. On the grounds that I did not speak German, the seller became incredibly angry and uttered very rude words, all alone, in the back of the store. So I decided not to eat at his place and went to enjoy a good hamburger in the restaurant next door. I strongly advise against it! It's a shame !

I was in difficulty and without my wallet, I asked to charge my phone for 5 minutes since it was turned off, all after having bought a (terrible) kebab from them 10 minutes earlier. they asked me for two euros for charging that I didn't have so I told them to **** ***. I hope you fail and get out of business very soon.

Überall auf dem Boden um jeden Tisch herum lagen viele Essensreste, und zwei Minuten nachdem ich mich am Tisch für zwei gesetzt und angefangen hatte, meinen Döner zu essen, saß ein Angestellter mit weniger als einer Armlänge quer zu mir an meinem Tisch, ohne danach zu fragen Erlaubnis oder sogar Hallo sagen. Der Döner war ok, aber ich werde hier nie wieder essen

Super Pizza ich mag sie so, Döner ok, Bedienung5- !!! Auf meinen Wunsch 2 Stück Pizza übereinander zu machen werde ich angemault, keine Ahnung was er meinte, als ich laut wurde ist er eingeknickt und schleimt mich an, igitt, leider nicht mehr. Vorher überlegen wie man mit Kundschaft umgeht, kein Kunde keine Arbeit kein Geld !!!

- Personal ist recht freundlich, macht aber natürlich den größten Umsatz durch die Clubgänger, die sich auf dem Heimweg vom Neuraum noch schnell einen Döner mitnehmen - Döner schmeckt gut und liegt mit 5,50€ noch im Rahmen - Öffnungszeiten stimmen nicht ganz, denn wenn ich morgens nach dem Feiern zur S-Bahn gehe hat der Laden entweder immernoch oder schon wieder offen

Mittags unter der Woche hoher Durchsatz, Personal ist relativ freundlich. Geschmacklich guter Döner, welcher auch frisch erscheint.

Die Türkische Pizza dort ist sehr gut und eine der besten in der Stadt. Sofern Gäste mal unzufrieden sind, kann es daran liegen, dass zu Stosszeiten der Busse sich auch schon mal eine Schlange bildet oder dass man keinen der wenigen Sitzpätze bekommt. Anso nsten: Empfehlung!

Eigentlich tolle Mitarbeiter und Bedienung, aber wenn man extra Fleisch bestellt würde man gerne auch extra Fleisch bekommen wollen!

Leider hat sich die Fleischqualität im Vergleich zu früher sehr verschlechtert...Couscous und Service weiterhin gut. Daher 3 Sterne

Also ein Stern haben die Leute nicht verdient. Ich esse aber auch immer nur Falaffel mit Couscous. Vielleicht liegt es da dran. Ich finde es OK.
