When I complained, the employee simply replied that they can pick up the sauce from us tomorrow hahahahaha Never again, especially At these exorbitant prices!

10/10. Amazing. Food arrived within 15 Minutes. The XL Taco is HUGE ! Nuggets were perfect, i loved the Andalusia sauce. Everything was perfect, good job !

Hello people, I was hungry and ordered 2 Big Boxes, one didn't arrive after the other after 2 hours. Lateness. Then I called. They said the new ordering supplier would bring 2 with them. I said okay. I then waited another hour to order. Suddenly I get Nord See fish and chips and shrimp. This is a joke. I want my money back or else I'll get my lawyer. They took all our money and now our food too.

Half of the order was missing. Have ordered from O'Tacos many times in the past (including in other cities) and ALWAYS had sauces missing. Seems systematic. This time half of the food was missing. Incredibly easy, especially because the food itself would be really good. But I don't think it's so cool to always be ripped off :-).

Dont understand the negative comments. The food was decent and just as expected, would order again.

I ordered food through Lieferando and paid online, waited an hour and in the end the order was simply canceled for no reason. The tracker even showed that the order was about to arrive. Why do you accept an order and make the customer wait to cancel it!!! If possible I wouldn't have given it a star, but no wonder after seeing the other reviews! This shop doesn't deserve a star

I cannot express how disappointed and upset I am with my last order from your restaurant Otacos. Now I ordered a tacos, only to come across a shocking discovery while eating - plastic! Yes, you heard right, PLASTIC in my tacos! I just can't believe something like this could happen in a restaurant. Not only is it disgusting, but it is also extremely dangerous to customers' health. What's going on in your kitchen? Shame yourself!

Ordered via Uber Eats. Couriers turned away several times and order stood at "almost ready" for an hour. Subsequently cancelled. I doubt the business really exists.

Bestellt über Ubereats, essen war kalt, 50% hat gefehlt. Wartezeit mit über 1,5 Stunden deutlich länger als angegeben. Essen war nur ekelhaft fettig und kalt. Nicht zu empfehlen, ich bestelle nicht mehr!

Haben 2h!!! auf das Essen gewartet obwohl der Laden 300m entfernt ist. Wir haben nicht mal eine Benachrichtigung bekommen, einfach unmöglich.
