The worst goulash soup ever. It was just goulash water, 2 pieces of potato, thin slices of carrots and 3 mini pieces of meat with so much pepper that you couldn't eat it at all. I have no idea what the (cook) was thinking. Were there last September following a recommendation.

Nice staff, great food, nice restaurant. From my point of view, a clear recommendation, especially since we came unannounced and a table was immediately made available to us as there was a sufficient time slot open. Super nice, good entertainment!

The food was great, the prices are adjusted to the region and are a bit more expensive but it's worth it.

There is a new tenant in the house. New recipes give the dishes a great taste. Super friendly staff. Can only be recommended.

Had breakfast today with the whole family (19 people). We were all very excited. The buffet was attractively presented and had everything you could need. From salmon, sausage, cheese, antipasti, fruit, vegetables, pastries and muesli etc. everything was there. You can also order eggs in a variety of shapes. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The price including gondola ride is reasonable. We'd love to come back.

Located above the town of Bergen, Sabine's guesthouse offers a great view of the Hochfelln. In the winter season (without a beer garden) a small, very fine inn. Cozy atmosphere, delicious food and drinks. Added to this is the extremely friendly and courteous service. The pricing is fair. We were happy to come here. Always my pleasure...

super nice, friendly, helpful staff. As a frequent traveler, I had to share this “positive” experience here with other people. The gentleman at McDonald's - I think the manager - was very competent and friendly, as was the gentleman at the coffee bar... Many other rest stops and their employees can take a lesson from this! super super super people! we'll be back! lg

We cannot recommend the Öderkaseralm. In the first week “after the first Corona lockdown” the innkeepers should actually be motivated. This is definitely not the case here. Instead of greeting us as guests or assigning us a table, they preferred to sit at the regulars' table and loudly make some Corona jokes. When we were noticed, the service was confused and cold. You didn't feel welcome. To make matters worse, our food was taken, but five minutes later we were informed that none of the three dishes were available. Of course things can go out, but ultimately it remains a question of communication and how you teach the guest. At this point it should have been clear to us that this couldn't happen anymore. We were hungry and ordered cheese spaetzle, which definitely didn't deserve the name. The spaetzle looked like pearl barley, was dry and tasted really horrible. We absolutely cannot recommend this Alm for the reasons mentioned, also because the operators don't seem to care at all whether the guest is satisfied or dissatisfied. Instead, we prefer to go a little further to Bachschmiedkaser. Here we were warmly welcomed, well looked after and the snack tasted very good. Two stars because the drinks were okay and fairly priced.

The gentleman - I think the manager of the branch - was so concerned about the well-being of the customers that it didn't pass me by and I had to share it with others! He responded to the customers' wishes and at the same time cleaned the chairs and tables in the dining area. I observed this at the table while eating and am sharing it here with everyone! I wish it were like that everywhere! lg

We only had Leberkäs roll and 2 coffees, Leberkäs was cold, coffee was inedible, at 9:00 the McDonald's next door opens, I hope it's better there
