Very polite and friendly staff. There was nothing to complain about about the food, everything was great, except for me there was too much salt in the main courses, but that's a matter of taste. I'm already looking forward to tonight.

We went there for dinner after the Franken-Therme. Super tasty and just that certain something in terms of taste. You can taste the quality of the meat and feel the attention to detail. The salad with homemade dressing was also very good. The home-baked cake is also recommended. For us, after a long time, it was a gastronomic experience that we will remember fondly. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Salza :)

We love going there for breakfast! The buffet is always well stocked and is always refilled when necessary!! The service is always friendly and ensures that used dishes are removed from the tables! Even children are welcome here! The only drawback is the parking situation! Disabled parking spaces are occupied by unauthorized and inconsiderate guests! 😠 We will still be happy to come back! Keep it up 👍🤞👌

Le Anfore - Hotel Braustube is a small, family-run hotel and Italian restaurant, centrally but quietly located on the edge of the old town of Bad Windsheim with spacious, comfortably furnished rooms. The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone, there is plenty of everything. The cozy dining room and Italian restaurant are also appealing, the hospitable boss cooks himself, there is also a good selection of delicious pizza and the boss from Ampulia serves the guests very courteously and runs the restaurant and hotel very lovingly. We felt very comfortable for 4 days. Highly recommended, both hotel and restaurant.

We ate there on Friday evening and it was really delicious. The salad with all the trimmings was juicy and so delicious, as was the carbonara! We'll be back 😍
