Not family friendly. Were asked to be quieter by the staff in an extremely unprofessional and unfriendly manner. Very clumsy and moody. Played UNO with 2 children. It hasn't been a problem anywhere in the last 10 years, even in much better restaurants. Even if a standard may have been violated here, we accept this, but the manner was terrible.

Actually, they don't need a good rating anymore. Simple, clean restaurant, but not cheap, simply reduced to the essentials. The whole staff is super friendly and nice. I really like the food. The pizza bread with garlic oil is particularly delicious. Unfortunately I can't take any more photos because the restaurant is always full and I don't want to take photos of strangers, suitable for wheelchair users, although I've never been to the toilet and don't know how to access it. On the weekend I recommend making reservations just to be on the safe side. I'll be back, ciao.

Nothing to eat there. We went there because of the attractive website. But we couldn't eat there. Only take away would have been possible. There is no corresponding note on the website.

This place is moderately nice, it is just that for Asians, you need to know this is European-taste based. Many rolls/makis you can enjoy with practical cost, but nigiris tend to be very expensive. I gotta say the miso soup is very authentic and I love it!

Pizza and pasta taste good. UNFORTUNATELY the telephone will be switched off just in time for the weekend, so ordering is not possible... The service could be significantly improved here!!! I would be happy to give more stars if normal ordering is possible

Diese Mal waren wir anlässlich eines Geburtstages da. Für gute Kunden macht Denis ein echt chinesisches Menü. Das war eine tolle Überraschung. Vorab Suppe mit Spinat, Schweinefleisch, Shrimps und Pilze. Als Hauptgang, Wolfsbarsch mit Pak-Choi, gebratene Ente sowie Rinderfilet mit Prinzessbohnen, Brokkoli und Erbsenschoten. Alles hat so geschmeckt , wie in China. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

We stayed in the beautiful Romantikhotel Adelshof, to which the restaurant belongs, and were really looking forward to a lovely evening in the Ratskeller. The concept and the advertised quality of the food increased the anticipation. When we came to the restaurant, there were 4 tables occupied in the Ratskeller and 3 in the integrated Town Hall. We had reserved a table in the Ratskeller. There were 3 waitresses and a head waitress looking after the physical well-being of the guests. After a waitress assigned us a table, nothing else happened. We were simply ignored for fifteen minutes. When I started to get annoyed, the head waitress came to our table. We were asked in a rather unfriendly manner whether we had even made a reservation. After we confirmed this, this was checked. By the way, three quarters of the tables were and remained free that evening. We were given the menu and found it very good to be able to order all but two of the dishes as a small or large portion. When we asked whether we should order everything immediately or be allowed to choose course by course, we were told that it didn't matter. We decided to order again after each course. It was still early, we entered the restaurant at 7 p.m. As a first course we ordered Swabian specialties, cheese spaetzle and Maultaschen. Plus the 2 white wines. The wines and the spaetzle were very good, the Maultaschen were below average. So far so good. From that point on nothing was right anymore. We were ignored again. The head waitress was clearly having fun chatting with the kitchen staff and wasn't seen in the restaurant for over half an hour. Then she was seen going for a cigarette break, and this happened more often. We had lost our appetite in the meantime and didn't order any more food since it was now 9 p.m. For us the question actually arose as to whether we were unwanted as guests. We were not aware of any guilt for doing anything wrong and were always friendly. In summary: Nice atmosphere. Great concept. Substantially poor service, especially from the head waitress, which I have rarely experienced and never experienced in this category. The wines were very good, the food was okay. If you ignore the performance of the staff, I would give it 4 stars.
