Disappointing Service – Not Recommended We were really looking forward to our breakfast and had made a reservation over a week in advance because we had heard so many good things about the restaurant. Unfortunately, our excitement was quickly dashed. Even upon arrival, no one noticed us. And it took a while for someone to show us to our table. We didn't receive a menu until we had ordered our drinks – which also took about 15 minutes. After ordering our drinks, we had to wait another 20 minutes before we could finally order our food because no one seemed to care. Instead, the staff stood at the counter, busy with their phones or chatting. What was particularly annoying was that guests who arrived after us were immediately given a menu, were able to order quickly, and even received their food before us. We, on the other hand, waited over an hour – without any feedback or questions about whether we wanted anything else. Our drinks were long gone, but no one cared. Ultimately, we decided to pay and leave without even receiving our food. Only after repeatedly asking if we could pay did someone come to our table. We were told that our order had "gone under." The waitress apologized and offered us free drinks. I also received a free croissant, as I had developed hypoglycemia and health problems as a result of my pregnancy. That was nice, but it doesn't change the fact that we didn't feel welcome in this restaurant. While other guests had a smooth experience, we were completely ignored. After more than an hour without food and without any attention from the service, it was clear to us: We won't be having breakfast here again.

Super friendly service. As a group we each got a very tasty kebab there late. We can highly recommend the kebab there 👌

Never again! There were four of us there, the food itself was okay, but the meat was very dry. Without exception, all of us felt bad afterwards, not only stomach cramps, one even had to vomit...

We paid almost 40 euros, ended up getting a very small portion, ordered a pizza with dried beef and got none, unfortunately I trusted and didn't look at the pizza in the box. My homemade pasta with truffles worth €29.90 had hair in it. I'm really disappointed.

Went yesterday with 6 people for my daughter's birthday dinner as we have always had very good experiences here. The service staff immediately picked up the drinks and food. Drinks were delivered promptly. Waiting times are normal here as the food is really fresh and well cooked. Despite the drinks being empty, the service staff wasn't with us again for the next 80 minutes. Only after asking another colleague who was serving the neighboring table did we respond and ask what was going on with our food. The complete order was not passed on :-( The neighboring waitress apologized, But we also expected that “our” waitress would comment on this incident herself. After ordering again, we lost interest because the restaurant was now full and we didn't want to waste any more time. The payment for the drinks was then taken care of by the neighboring waitress. Here we would have expected that we would at least get an espresso or a discount due to the inconvenience. Unfortunately this was not the case. Personally, I don't think it's entirely okay, Because otherwise I could only say good things. So at least I will no longer recommend the Kuppelnauwirtschaft or visit it myself.

Simply great here! Furnishings to make you feel good, huge schnitzel plate with fries - simply super tasty at a fair price! You get something delicious for your money! Parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant - waitresses are there quickly. We love coming here to eat on different occasions... great!!!!

Rustic, cozy and simply delicious! Great Bräustüble cuisine, great beer and quick, friendly service - absolutely recommended!
