Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Besuch! Das Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und die Bedienung war angenehm schnell – man musste nie lange warten. Besonders schön war die grosse Auswahl an Sitzplätzen draussen, viele davon im Schatten, was an einem warmen Tag sehr angenehm ist.

Absolut mein Lieblings-Italiener in der Stadt! Das Essen schmeckt immer frisch, die Portionen sind fair und der Service ist super freundlich. Besonders die *Tagliolini Salmone* ist der Hammer. Dazu gibt’s draußen eine schöne Sitzmöglichkeit im Schatten unter Bäumen – auch bei warmem Wetter richtig angenehm. Komme seit sechs Jahren hierher und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Klare 5 Sterne!

Bester Italiener der Stadt, Service super gut, gehe immer sehr gerne dort hin :)

Wenn ich telefonisch darum bitte mir eine Pizza Margherita mit WENIG KÄSE zuzubereiten und der Mitarbeiter, ein weiteres Mal darauf hingewiesen werden musste, als er die telefonische bestellung wiederholte, erwarte ich bei der Abholung etwas anderes als eine Pizza mit extrem viel Käse. Es passiert ausschließlich immer bei dem selben Mitarbeiter der sich null komma null Zeit am Telefon nimmt und bewusst in Kauf nimmt kunden zu vergraulen. Wir sind Stammkunden und bestellen monatlich für insgesamt mehrere hundert euro. Und nachdem der selbe Mitarbeiter jetzt zum wiederholten Male, wünsche bei der Zubereitung nicht annimmt, werden wir vorerst nicht mehr kommen. Die anderen Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, aber bitte setzt jemand ans Telefon der nicht schnell schnell macht und eure Kunden zufrieden stellt indem er die Wünsche an den koch weitergibt. Heute mal wieder eine Pizza weg geschmissen, da ungenießbar mit zuviel Käse

Ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und schmeckt sehr gut bin sehr zufrieden

Leider kann ich das Essen nicht beurteilen. Wir haben telefonisch bestellt und ich habe Gnocchi explizit ohne Aubergienen bestellt, da ich allergisch bin. Bekommen habe ich Gnocchi miit Auberginen. Auf Nachfrage beim Abholen wurde bestätigt, die Gnocchi seien ohne Augerginen, darum habe ich es erst zu Hause bemerkt. Nun ist das Essen für die Tonne, da ich keine Lust habe nochmal hinzufahren 🤬 Es wäre toll, wenn die Mitarbeiter soweit der deutschen Sprache mächtig wären, korrekte Bestellungen aufzunehmen.

Ich habe diese Pizzeria in Ravensburg als Tourist besucht. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön. Innen sah es auch sehr toll aus und es war auch sehr gemütlich. Ich fand das Essen dort auch sehr lecker . Meine Kinder haben es auch gemocht und sie fanden es auch sehr lecker. Die Preise waren auch relativ gut angepasst . Es war einfach schön .

Hervorragende italienische Küche, zubereitet von einem italienischen Koch. Das Personal war erstklassig, die Atmosphäre exzellent. Ich kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie in der Stadt sind. Als Kanadier, der bereits in Italien war, merkte ich gar nicht, dass ich in einem anderen Land war – ein absolutes Muss!

Wir sind spontan zum Essen, haben einen tollen Tisch bekommen, wurden freundlich empfangen und haben super gegessen. Rundum gelungen.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im „Da Giuseppe“ und wurden wieder nicht enttäuscht. Zur Vorspeise haben wir uns Vitello Tonnato geteilt. Eines der Besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Die Brötchen dazu hätten etwas frischer sein dürfen! Zur Hauptspeise hatten wir Penne Gorgonzola und flache Spaghetti mit Rinderfilet und Tomatensoße. Beide Gerichte kamen super schnell, waren sehr lecker und ordentliche Portionen. Wir haben bisher immer Nudeln gegessen und wurden nie enttäuscht. Beim nächsten Mal wollen wir auch die Pizza probieren. Zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Es war sehr sehr kalt im Restaurant & ich musste irgendwann sogar meine Jacke drüber ziehen (beim Essen echt ungemütlich)! 2. Nicht alle Kellner waren freundlich. Ein Paar könnten noch etwas mehr lächeln und netter sein!

Das Essen sehr lecker. Wein bezaubernd und sehr schnell wurden wir bedient sogar unser Essen schnell bekommen.. Nettes Personal und Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. Empfehlenswert 🥰

War gut, guter Preis, super Leistung

Ich habe Pasta mit Sahnesoße und Pilze mit Steak Stücken bestellt. Das Essen war zwar lecker aber ich hab eine Lebensmittelvergiftung davon bekommen. Musste ins Krankenhaus und es lag an den Pilzen. Diese waren nicht gut.

Das Essen war nicht überzeugend. Was mich jedoch am meisten störte, war die falsche Darstellung der Küche. Wenn ein Restaurant sich als italienisch bezeichnet, erwarte ich authentische italienische Gerichte und eine entsprechende Atmosphäre. Leider wurde diese Erwartung nicht erfüllt. Vielleicht sollten sie sich auf ihre Stärken konzentrieren oder ihre Marketingstrategie überdenken.

Dieser Ort ist nur dem Namen nach italienisch. Ich kann ihn absolut nicht empfehlen.

From the outside it looks very small, but once inside you realize how big it is. The waiters were incredibly friendly and very attentive. Parking is available nearby, both free and paid. The food was delicious and highly recommended. I'm deducting one star for the ambiance because it was quite noisy inside. However, I can wholeheartedly recommend the food.

Seasonal penne with pumpkin sauce and shrimp unfortunately had a rather bland flavor (like at the youth hostel on Veit). It was filling, and that's it. The gnocchi, on the other hand, were like something out of a discount store bag. Perhaps other dishes are better. The food is good there, but it wasn't quite up to the standard of a "nice meal" at lunch.

The quality has remained consistently good for years, and the service is exceptionally friendly and courteous. Top location!

Nice place, affordable prices, we were without reservation, with a baby card. They found a table for us, nevertheless that the place was full. Good service, delicious food. What else can you desire in Sunday night.

My wife and I dined at Da Giuseppe and enjoyed a wonderful evening. We started with a variety of appetizers. I had the antipasti platter for one person and quite honestly: a real treat! The melon was fresh, juicy, and sweet, and everything else was simply delicious. For my main course, I had the ribeye steak with rosemary potatoes. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the potatoes were also delicious. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. The sweet red wine spritzer also tasted very good with the meal. Highly recommended. Despite the large number of guests, the staff were always friendly, and we never had to wait longer than 15-20 minutes for a course.

I don't understand the many 5-star reviews. We had bruschetta as an appetizer, but the bread wasn't toasted, which wasn't worthy of the good toppings. The pizza was also just average. The salad was nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Ate lunch to take away. The tomato strand is in the salad (see photo)! But there's no tomato in the salad... The food tastes good, but that really isn't necessary... was the salad garbage? It definitely went in the trash.

We came randomly on a Sunday afternoon and found a table outside under a great tree that made a pleasent shadow. Everything arrived fast, I was confused thst we were served by 3 waiters. The food was good, the only thing I was missing that we were not offered to have any baby seats although we were with a 1 year old and holding him made the eating uncomfortable. We tried the ice-creams too, but I wasn't convinced by them.

This is my family’s favorite spot, we would eat here every day if we could. The pasta and pizza are both so incredible. There is no need to waste your time at the other Italian place down the street.

I can only agree with the 3-star recommendations. We had a similar experience. The 5-star reviews had either never been to Italy or had a completely different chef. The food, lasagna and pizza diavola, was average (not bad, but nothing special in terms of taste). The waiters were polite, but not particularly friendly or attentive. All in all, average and a nice evening. The price was okay. They could get more out of the restaurant.

We're regular customers at Guiseppe's, or rather, we were. Some of the staff members are really good now, and we talk even when we see each other without eating there. Unfortunately, the old staff members don't stay forever. As for the food, I have to say it sometimes tastes really good, sometimes not so good. And the last time my husband got food there, he was given a cold pizza. When he asked for a fresh pizza, and the waiter said yes, but unfortunately, the pizza was only heated up, and only lukewarm at that. My husband threw the pizza in front of the waiter. I think it's a real shame that our favorite food spot has made such a fuss of itself. To all the other staff members who know us, you're the best, stay the way you are :)

Pizza de Fruiti di Mare, way too much cheese, no taste of garlic. No peppermint offered. Bruschetta overloaded with tomatoes, hardly any onions. We're used to it. Location is quite central, waiters are friendly.

Today's visit to the restaurant was very disappointing. Canneloni al Forno, portion 12.90. What came was 6 or 7 small cannelloni filled with tomato sauce, baked in a small dish. It doesn't fill you up. It has gotten much worse since autumn 2024. Pizza was delicious. My comment that the portion was very small was only briefly noted. The grappa on offer is of no use if I leave the restaurant hungry. I won't be going there again. I'm just fed up with getting ripped off like that. And as for traditional, tasty cuisine, you have to taste it, you have to smell it and see it. It really wasn't anything special. ..I can do better than that....I once made stuffed cannelloni for over 80 people.... great tomato sauce...superb filling and a mega bécamel sauce topped with cheese...mixed with Italian herbs...a feast...and not the store-bought kind in a cardboard tomato sauce, and that in an...Italian restaurant, mind you... Dear Owner of the above-mentioned pizzeria First of all, there was no confusion because we specifically chose your restaurant that Saturday...Okay, so the price was 12.20. But I'm still cognitively very well-positioned to know what I ordered and what was served to me.... I don't want to offer any further criticism here, but I was simply surprised by what was presented to me as cannelloni...And there were actually 6 or 7 mini cannelloni, in a small oval mini dish...And I complained that the portion was very small and not filling, and I'm not a big eater. Eater...And my request was dismissed with the grappa...and the waiter wasn't interested at all...And it was definitely a ready-made product...Then the chef apparently didn't feel like it... We are also a restaurant family, so to speak, and we always eat and cook very well...The next time I'm in RV, I'll stop by...and order the cannelloni and send them back if they aren't as they should be according to the description...with a photo

Just on the edge of Altstadt and a hopping restaurant. Great wait staff. Lovely indoor seating and nice garden seating, weather permitting. Extensive menu. Great prices and terrific food. Weisse Bier is superb!! Wanted to take the glass home!
