If you're looking for something like delicious Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle), this is the place to go. The Maultaschen (ravioli) are also highly recommended. The food in general is very tasty and very well prepared. The service is very friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended.

We had a very good meal; everything was freshly prepared with regional and fresh ingredients, offering good, home-style Swabian fare, cold snacks and hot dishes from a lovingly curated menu, as well as special dishes. The salad was also very delicious. The owner and waitresses were friendly and attentive, and the dining room was beautiful and appropriately rustic, along with a wonderful, shady beer garden in a quiet location yet still in the city center. We'd love to come back!

We made a reservation for four people, as the restaurant is always quite busy. I would recommend it to everyone. The food is super delicious, and the prices are great for the quality! 4 adults, plus drinks and dessert, €103. Highly recommended. Good, home-style food and delicious, with generous portions! We ate there yesterday with our two dogs. We didn't have a reservation and got a seat inside straight away. Even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food. It was super tasty and absolutely recommended!!! I've never tasted such good Maultaschen.

Very tasty food and drink and the service is great

Went yesterday with 6 people for my daughter's birthday dinner as we have always had very good experiences here. The service staff immediately picked up the drinks and food. Drinks were delivered promptly. Waiting times are normal here as the food is really fresh and well cooked. Despite the drinks being empty, the service staff wasn't with us again for the next 80 minutes. Only after asking another colleague who was serving the neighboring table did we respond and ask what was going on with our food. The complete order was not passed on :-( The neighboring waitress apologized, But we also expected that “our” waitress would comment on this incident herself. After ordering again, we lost interest because the restaurant was now full and we didn't want to waste any more time. The payment for the drinks was then taken care of by the neighboring waitress. Here we would have expected that we would at least get an espresso or a discount due to the inconvenience. Unfortunately this was not the case. Personally, I don't think it's entirely okay, Because otherwise I could only say good things. So at least I will no longer recommend the Kuppelnauwirtschaft or visit it myself.

We were invited to a private birthday party. The service was unobtrusive but very attentive and courteous. The food was excellent, there were various dishes at the buffet that you could pick up yourself. If a dish or side dish was out, it was immediately refilled. It was a wonderful evening!

Wir waren das erste mal in der Kuppelnau seit Sven und Esther das Restaurant zum 01.01.2024 übernommen hatten. Wir waren bei ihnen aber bereits mehrmals gingst in ihrem vorherigen Restaurants, dem Medano und beim Krattenmacher. Wie schon früher super essen. Sehr gute und ausgewogene Auswahl an gutbürgerlichen Gerichten. Sehr frisch und schmackhaft. Ich würde fast auch sagen der beste Wurstsalat im Stadtgebiet Ravensburg. Gute Bratkartoffeln dazu. Aber auch die anderen Gerichte unserer Gruppe, Zwiebelrostbraten, saure Leber etc. Waren ausgesprochen gut. Das einzige Manko. Das Essen kam recht zeitversetzt, d.h. das letzt essen wurde erst serviert als die ersten schon fast fertig mit essen waren. Die Bedienung hat sich allerdings proaktiv entschuldigt und von sich aus ein Getränk erlassen. Service ist sehr nett und gut. Das Ambiente ist wirklich nett und stimmig zur Karte. Ausgewogenes Rezept. Im Sommer kann man auch sehr nett draußen sitzen. Ein kleiner Geheimtipp in Ravensburg und fussläufig zur Altstadt. Super Alternative zu den Meiner Meinung nach oft überteuerten und teils schlechten Restaurants vom Marienplatz und der Innenstadt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We had dinner there again yesterday and it's time to write a review. So far we have never been disappointed, it has always been delicious and these Swabian dishes are simply magical. A Swabian inn as you would imagine. So it's no wonder that this restaurant is very popular and very busy. Everything was done right 👍, keep it up.

The meal is delicious and inexpensive. I noticed that the restaurant is very popular, but at 6 p.m. in the evening this is at the expense of waiting times.

Everything perfect. The only disadvantage: the acoustics. When the economy is full it is really loud.

A solid place for traditional Swabian food. Think Käsespätzle, Maultaschen, Zwiebelrostbraten, Wurstsalat and the likes. Not all of the dishes we tried were 4 or 5 stars, especially the Käsespätzle were a disappointment, clearly not using the quality cheese that is needed for good Käsespätzle (I suspect that there was cream in it as well, a no-go) The Maultaschen were a solid choice as was the potato salad. The Wurstsalat I had once was heavy on the vinegar side (a bit too much for my liking but that is personal taste). Service is friendly and swift. Nice terrace to sit outside in summer. Overall I'd give 3.5 stars, but the shortcomings on some dishes flipped the pendulum to 3 instead of 4.

After initial irritation about the space for eleven people, it was still a cozy evening. Food was good, as was the service and friendliness. Gladly again.

The Maultaschen were very good, as were the side dishes and the salad. Only the wait staff were slightly overwhelmed that day and need a little more composure, i.e. routine. The food was definitely very good, we recommended it, and that's what it's all about. Delicious!!!

We were there for dinner and had good traditional German cuisine. The food was average but good. Unfortunately, the meat of my onion roast was very tough, even though it was very medium well. The Maultaschen, the schnitzel and the potato salad were good. The highlight of every plate were the cheese spaetzle. If you are looking for traditional German food, at very fair prices, with friendly service and a nice ambience, you have come to the right place. However, my recommendation would be the spaetzle instead of the roast beef or the potato salad. The desserts are very good. All in all a successful evening.

Hats off to how the new tenants from the Kuppelnauwirtschaft are creating a feel-good place! Actually, this is how you imagine a contemporary village economy. But this one is (almost) in the middle of the city, has a modern, homely interior, has a wonderful little beer garden and impresses with really fresh, feel-good cuisine at very fair prices. The service is super fast and very friendly and the dishes you order come out of the kitchen quickly (the Leberle with fried potatoes are awesome and the side salad is also lovingly prepared). The audience is diverse, from card regulars to students and families. Clear recommendation!

Very good local restaurant with generous and typical cuisine. The service is fast and friendly. The prices are very correct. Count between 13 and 18 euros for a full, tasty hot dish. We are in heaven!

We have been regular guests at the Kuppelnauwirtschaft in recent years. It's been almost impossible to get a reservation since January, so we've only been there twice so far. The service is simply top and the dining room continues to radiate its usual cosiness. The beer garden simply invites you to linger. We are very disappointed with the food. On the first visit we had the “Swabian Viererlei” and the sour liver. Maultaschen consisted mostly of pasta dough and the breaded schnitzel was soaked with oil. The seasoning was missing from the sour liver. On the second visit we ordered the “Swabian Dreierlei” and the Kässpätzle. The sour cheese wasn't soaked in vinegar or oil and the dressing on the sausage salad wasn't exactly tasty. The Kässpätzle is completely lacking in seasoning. You don't necessarily need to put the "plate decoration" on the plate without a dressing. We will probably no longer visit the Kuppelnauwirtschaft for dinner.

We have actually been coming to the Kuppelnauwirtschaft regularly for years and have always been very, very satisfied. Since the beginning of the year we have only managed to get a place twice because reserving a table by telephone is unfortunately very difficult... always fully booked, although when we walked past in the city there were still free places to be seen. That's why it's worth going by in person and asking for a spot on site. Unfortunately, the conclusion to the food is pretty sober. I wasn't really impressed with the cheese spaetzle that I ordered today. Visuals were fine, but they could definitely use a little more spice. A spicy cheese might help here... This was a big disappointment. The service, which belongs to the old Garda, made up for it in a very charming way... that's why we'll stop by for a drink in the summer. It's a shame actually... You notice that Otti is no longer there...

We often go to the regulars' table here. The food is delicious and the portions are good. The restaurant seems to be mostly used by locals, but that can only be my impression. So it has a good mix of young and old. The service staff always try hard, but sometimes get out of step when there is a big rush. In other words, it can sometimes take a little longer, but they make up for it with friendliness and a lot of effort. All in all, I think the restaurant is recommended.

We had dinner here on Valentine's Day and it was really delicious. Little by little the economy has filled up - a great sign.

Always very busy and no chance without a reservation. But if the two of you show up at 6 p.m. and say that you'll stay there for a maximum of an hour and there are tables that are only reserved from 7:30 p.m. and then you're rudely sent away again, they seem to be doing well. You only do that to me once and then never again. I would highly recommend a gastronomy course to the owners.

Food is very good. The price is also right. The onion roast roast was perfectly fried. Salad was very nice and the salad dressing was awesome. So I will definitely be there more often.

Fantastisch! Essen und Service waren beide absolut top. Wir hatte u.a. die hausgemachten Maultaschen. Die Maultaschen waren definitiv die besten und leckersten, die ich in meinem Leben bisher gegessen habe. Unglaublich lecker. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Mehr kann man nicht wollen. In Ravensburg immer einen Besuch wert.

Non è un luogo frequentato dai turisti ma è davvero ottimo sia per il cibo tipico regionale e tedesco cucinato in modo casalingo che per il servizio. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili anche nello spiegare la composizione dei piatt. Siamo stati 8 giorni in zona e per 3 sere abbiamo cenato qui. Prezzi normali e adeguati e porzioni abbondanti. Consigliatissimo!

Tolles Essen und Getränke, leider super voll

Essen war gut und Bedienung freundlich. Mir hat jedoch die Auswahl an Speisen nicht zugesagt und es wird ausschließlich Girocard genommen, alle anderen Karten wurden abgelehnt. Hier würde ich mir bei beidem mehr Auswahl wünschen, z.B. nicht nur Schwein sondern mehr Alternativen mit Geflügel.

Exzellenter Service Grandioses Essen, lt. Beschreibung keine Fertigprodukte und alles regional Besuch war sehr angenehm, konnten bei bestem Wetter den Aufenthalt im Außenbereich genießen
